I'm another extremely happy customer and just wish I'd discovered this place sooner! I arrived on a weekday mid-morning and was the only customer. The female employee greeted me warmly and directed me to the nice waiting area. I had barely gotten a chance to check some work messages on my phone when the mechanic Alexander came out to tell me he was done. I had a bulb out and while I usually replace these myself, he offered to do it for a very low fee so I agreed to the labor. I also had some water accumulation in one of my headlight cases that he offered to dump out without any charge. As he replaced the one bad bulb, hew saw the opposite side go out and he replaced that as well without charging me more. I literally couldn't have done it faster myself! I was SO impressed and really grateful! It's clear that the 1-star reviews here are mostly in regards to window tint, which isn't something I have (and I really appreciate that it seems like Just Inspections is just following NC laws in regards to tint, so the customers complaining have illegal tint and should expect to fail). If you don't have tint either, this is the place for you!

This is my second time coming here. The first time they failed my car because of a side marker. This time they failed my car because my windshield wiper was showing wear and tear. It wasn t even that bad it had just started tearing from the sides. Didn t even cause an issue when driving in the rain. They basically forced me to buy a wiper blade from them or they wouldn t pass my inspection. I won t be coming back here at all and I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone neither.

Do not come here if you have tinted windows. My factory tint has passed inspection for ten years without issue. I go here and they tell me my tint level is too high.They also claimed my front parking lights weren't working so I went to an auto parts store to get bulbs and they looked at them... they were working just fine.A waste of $34 and a waste of time.I strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable inspection station to avoid this place altogether.

Will not be coming back. Alexander S. needs to learn basic customer service skills and how to properly speak with customers. His hot attitude needs to be adjusted. Do not recommend this location.

I really wanted to write a good review for this place! I ll say I loved how fast they did they inspection. But it is definitely geared towards making money. They told me my back window tint was too dark (18%) to pass the inspection and in order to get it to pass I d have to have it removed. The tint has been there for 8 years and I ve never failed an inspection because of it. Normally, I get charged $10 extra for a tint fee. I called USA Automotive and they said they d charge a fee if it s 18%, I m not sure why Just inspections is saying something different.Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere they don t try to nickel and dime you.

Absolutely the fastest, easiest, best place to get your car inspected. I am in and out in less than 15 minutes. And they never try to upsell me anything! Highly recommend them!!!

What a find! After not being able to schedule an inspection at any of the local oil change or tire places I found this place and boy am I glad. They only do drive up inspections so you don t have to schedule anything you just pull up to a sign and they pull the car right in, I couldn t have been there more than 15 minutes. I will definitely be bringing all my cars here for a quick and easy inspection.

It was the absolute quickest car inspection I've ever had. This is all they do & they do it well. The mechanic was pleasant & got straight to the job at hand. It helped going at the right time of the day, but i was in & out on under 10 minutes. In case you are wondering, the price was even cheaper than i expected and extremely reasonable. I will be using this station next year. Thank you for the! excellent service

Had the best experience here. Went for an inspection. They had me in and out, adjusted my light no charge and gave me some great advice/tips for my future car care.They are so kind and helpful. I will be returning here!
