I've used John's Collision for 3 different paint projects over the years and have always been very pleased with the results. Excellent quality and workmanship. Paint color match has been spot-on. Just finished a partial repaint on an aluminum bodied Jag, perfect match to the factory paint. I can't tell where any repairs were made. Highly recommended for any body repair and paint work!

We used John's Collision after we were hit from behind at high speed at a red light. John and Sheri provided a quote and worked well with the insurance company, of the other persons car. The repair took longer than estimated, but the car looks like new. John went above and beyond just fixing it, but treated it like his own. He also discovered more damage than the insurance company estimated, after disassembling the damaged parts. We would definitely use them again for future repairs.

John, Sherry and team are the best. They researched to give me the best price on what I needed and were very helpful in the insurance process to help save me money. Appreciate the customer service and the way they walked me through everything. Made me feel much more at ease in a situation where I was at fault. Would certainly recommend them again.

I had an unfortunate collision with a deer, and John repaired my car good as new and did it in an efficient timeframe. I had called around to other shops and they couldn t even get me in for a quote for 2 months. Sherry worked with me to get insurance coverage and was pleasant on the phone and in person. I have since had another encounter with a deer and they repaired that one too. I will be bringing my car here for any future bodywork, and will tell all my friends and family about them. This is a great locally-owned business and customer service definitely means something to them.

Had great experience with Johns Collision. Gave me the most competitive price with multiple options to repair bumper dent. Took cheapest option and they did and outstanding job. Can hardly tell there once was a dent there. Rubbed out all the paint marks too. I highly recommend them not only for very competitive price but quality of their workmanship.

A car salesman highly recommended John's Collision. I did not want to pay the dealership's high price for a minor repair. I talked to John on Friday, he was short on staff and suggested I come back this week. Got there today about 920a and was pulling out by 1025am. He did an amazing job!! At a great price. No haggling, no running around to get various quotes. One and done! I'd definitely go back if I needed to. THANK YOU John! It was worth the trip from SE Raleigh. I've included before and after pics. I am very impressed with John's Collision.I recently experienced my first wildlife collision with my 2013 Altima while driving during the early morning. It appeared as though I hit an animal in the road but would later discover that it was a deer. AAA Insurance referred me to John's as a certified shop. I read the Yelp and Google reviews and my instincts trusted that I would be in good hands. I visited the shop and John completed a estimate for me within minutes sharing that the damage appeared to be from the impact of a deer in headlights. The business is so popular that it took about 4 weeks to schedule the repair. When I arrived Sheri took care of me and John personally dropped myself and another customer over to the Enterprise Rental Car office. We got to ride in style in his brand new hellcat. It took a little over a week to complete the bumper replacement and the paint job was challenging. Sheri explained that John wanted to get the paint blended accurately. My Altima is a 2013 and has had body work completed quite a few times with different collision shops in New York. John is honest and worked hard to make sure that I was satisfied with the outcome of the body work. The car looks the best it's been and he even covered a paint chip on the hood that was an eyesore.The service that John & Sheri provided was excellent. They are kind, down to earth and professional. I can tell that John loves this business and treats everyone who walks through the door like family. I highly recommend John's.

had an accident with my vehicle last month and I was devastated. I am new to the area and didn't know any shops around so I searched around, most of them where booked until next month. Until i called Mr.John and told him about my problem, in a few days my car was at the shop and getting worked on. Now my car drives better than before the accident! if you need a collision shop Johns is the place!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Awesome. I had a very good experience which keeping to myself will mean selfishness. From phone calls to in person, their customer relations was professional and impeccable. I had a messed up bumper. They took their time to loose the trunk components to really determine the extent of the damage before rendering their formal estimate and when they were done fixing my car, it looked like straight out the dealership. They even cleaned the interior of my car before handing me back my key. They have water for visitors to drink and their environment was clean and welcoming.

Needed body repair after the security gate at a health care facility accidentally slammed my car door. Repairs paid for by the offending facility. John and office manager Sheri (spelling?) treated me like I was paying for it myself (and they sometimes had a couple damn cute basset hounds in the office). From estimate to scheduling to (most importantly) follow through to finish, they were very attentive to what I wanted. Very happy with final result.

John helped me out with a paint small damage. Very friendly place, honest and efficient. The original quote i got from the place was at a great price. No overcharge, but John offered for free to fix and he did buffed out the scratches of the door. Very professional person and business. Love this place. Pics show after and before.

I had used John collision on a couple of my vehicles and my family and friends as well. My latest fiasco was on my new ford bronco where my brother ran into my spare tire and dented my tailgate. I only had the vehicle three months!! Anyway i consulted with Sheri and John and although they could have pulled the dented area out they felt best to replace the whole tailgate altogether. They only had my vehicle for two weeks and its perfect!!!! They always do an impeccable job on repairs and they are very responsive. The work is detailed and meticulous. I would like to start by saying 5 stars is not enough! Their thoughtful professional manner and attention to detail was like no other. My beautiful Mustang was hit and needed to be repaired. I chose 3 places to get estimates. Calibar Collision, just down the road from John's did not even send me the quote I stood in the rain to get. The other company I went to, implied I would have "more damage". I soon realized while I was talking with John that he would treat my car as he would his own! The end result, my Beautiful Blue Mustang GT is back to being PERFECT! and while this kind of unexpected expense is a stressful situation, the moment I decided to go with John's Collision Center my mind was at peace. I stopped at John's Collision Center today to have the front side of my car looked at. I had scraped a pole and thought there would be a lot of buffing and maybe some paint touch up involved. I was there to have them look at the damage and to get an idea of what would be involved to fix it and to set up an appointment to bring the car in. John looked at it, got out his cleaning supplies and made the area look like new. He would not charge me and would not let me give him any money. I was there for only about 15 mins (and it was during lunchtime). I will definitely recommend John to my friends and whenever I need any body work done on a car or a truck, I will definitely take it to John's Collision Center. John was very professional and it was great to meet him.

While driving on a busy highway, rocks fell out of the back of a landscape truck in front of me. It appeared to cause damage. Thought about the deductible, rental and aggravation. Based on several neighbors' experience, I took my vehicle to John's Collision Service. I met and talked with John and showed him the issues. John began to work on the windshield, bumper and hood, completely rubbing out all scratches. Turns out, John was able to totally restore the windshield, bumper and hood like nothing happened. More importantly, I met an honest, hard working man who listens intently, was able to remedy this issue with no strings attached to customers, AND provided absolute honesty about the work. I cannot remember the last time I experienced such incredible professionalism and compassion for customers!John - Thank you for not just restoring my windshield, but my faith in the possibility for honest businesses and business owners!Service: Body & Trim

Great, thorough, and timely service. Jon and his team were very nice! They did a great job, were detail oriented with work I needed done on my car. I noticed they even vacuumed inside my car and placed service mats to ensure my front seating area would remain clean. Also, very good customer service. I would highly recommend!

This morning I stopped in for an estimate and a church parking lot side swipe on Easter Sunday. John greeted me promptly and looked at the side of my truck. He came back with a bottle of cleaner and a rag and proceeded to clean up the side of the truck and after he was done it looked great! No charge and he refused to accept even a token of my gratitude. This type of neighborly service is something you don't find every day and is reflected in the way the shop treats its customers. In full transparency I had used Johns Collision before to a replace a bumper last summer and they also did outstanding work. The shop is very busy but never too busy to treat you like a real person. I took my car to John s Collision for a minor fender bender. He did an excellent job with the repairs and worked tirelessly with Toyota to fix a sensor that was unrelated to the accident. He is such an honest man and truly cares about his customers. The pricing is very fair. I highly recommend him and will never take my car anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fantastic place. Car looks like new, the process was painless, Sherri was awesome, and the price was incredibly reasonable. 2 things stuck out to me.1) I needed an estimate but wasn t using insurance as it was for my track car - they did not make me make an appointment or wait around. They simply came out, took pictures, whipped up a price, and then asked if I d like to schedule a drop off date. Simple. Fast. Effective.2) I had a messed up headlight. Sherri called not only a dealership for a new part, she also called around for an aftermarket part, AND a used one. She gave me the options so that i would know what I was getting. This was really important to me and fantastic to hear.I have gotten my car fixed at a few different locations over the years and I have to admit that Johns collision center is probably the one that made it the easier and least stressful (you can only be so relaxed knowing you parked your car against a tire wall on a track). Highly recommend

I was referred to John s by Fred s since Fred s the best transmission place in the area.Turns out John s is the best collision repair shop in the area!I ve been truly blessed getting my vehicle serviced by these two great shops!Let me focus on a John s Collision Center.I highly recommend this place, honest good people that are not going to steer you wrong!Today was a great day having John s Collision work on my truck!

Had a problem with a part of my 2009 Nissan s undercarriage hanging down and was concerned it might be something serious. Took it to John s this morning. His tech figured out how to reattach it. Picked up the car this afternoon and went to pay .NO CHARGE. Shocked & thankful. Says a lot about their character.

I cannot say enough good things about John's Collision Center! From the minute I walked in to get a quote until I picked up my van a few days later, the service was incredible. Extremely professional and kind staff. So easy to work with, excellent quality repairs to my van, impeccable paint job, and great pricing. At drop off, I spent a few minutes talking to John as I waited for my ride and he was so pleasant to chat with. He runs a great business that treats customers with care and respect (which is not the feeling I always get when taking my van in for repairs/services). He even surprised me by fixing a portion of my tailgate without charge. Highly recommend John's Collision Center for your repairs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
