Best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to. They were busy. But with good reason, they are excellent. From the time Talek greeted me with kindness to checking out with the manager Shawnee (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) it was first rate service. She made aware of a problem just for knowledge with no money to be gained by them. They did the inspection so its nice to have NC inspection available. Management is outstanding and it shows in their employees and their service. Highly recommend

Been here a handful of times before for state inspections and oil changes with no problem. My most recent visit was for a state inspection and the guys managed to scrape/chip the paint on my car door. It's a pretty bad chip, and while I have other scrapes and dings that aren't as bad and wasn't really expecting anything to come from it I would have appreciated someone at least taking the time to follow up about it and acknowledge that I said something about it. Was told the manager was out but left name/number for them to contact us. But they couldn't even bother to call us back. Will not return.

Quick service. Friendly service. The guys at the location did not waste any time and recognised the car from the last visit.Update: there's also free water for customers...Just in case you're thirsty!!

A+ to whoever manages this Jiffy Lube. I drive 20 mins to go to this location in particular. I can count on them to get the job done fast, efficiently and done correctly. Everything runs smoothly from dropping off my car to paying. The location is a little sketch but you can trust this place with your car!

Completely disorganized, I was waiting in line more than 40 minutes for an estate inspection, and two people who arrive later are attended to first. You claim your right and they just ignore you , no one cares about it . Not recommended.

Failed my parking brake a couple weeks ago, I spent 650 at a mechanic to get it fixed. Came back to get it reinspected and the guy checking it said it's still not working. I mentioned I just got it replaced at a mechanic but I guess I'll take it back to them; the dude started acting tough and giving me attitude and said "you sure you wanna do that? I can fail you again right now" for some reason? Like dude I just said I'll take it back, then he was asking if I was gonna take it back today like it matters to him.Needless to say I'm never coming back, guy was a major prick.

The plastic plate under my car has been damaged and dragging while driving. I called the store and the person over the phone was super friendly and told me that they will take it off. I took my car to the shop and they completed the task in no time. I wanna say thank you. Everyone at the shop working was super friendly and polite.

I had a digital coupon that would not work, but the service man honored it anyway. They were professional, helpful, friendly and trustworthy. I will return, gladly.

They did not put my air filter back in correctly, left my oil dipstick out I have oil all over my driveway, NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN, I m a disappointed and dissatisfied with Jiffy Lube. The employee was unprofessional due to the fact that he made statements that were untrue. The level of unprofessionalism is too much to state on a survey and need to be addressed with phone call or email.

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and they immediately pulled in my car. They quickly changed the oil, vacuumed the floor mats and topped off the fluids. They honored my discount coupon and had me on my way in minutes.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

STAFF TOLD ME MANAGER IS ON BREAK AT 1:44p so they re closed for 45 minutes and no one can ring anyone up. With 4staff members walking around. Smh

Went in for a oil change and the workers were arguing and fighting and complaining. noticed oil in the parking lot at work.... they never put the oil cap back on... will never return and will telll everyone to stay away.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I just found my go to quick oil change place. Larry worked on my car & he was very nice even though It was the end of the day, he still had a smile on his face. The young women who rang me up, also very sweet & genuine, great experience.

Do you have a car do you need to lube? Why not let jiffy do it. The people working was polite and chill. Doing all they can. But they won't change the oil on my car as home because I won't bring it to them so only 4 stars. This murica come to my house and do it.

The staff greeted me and asked me questions on what kind of service I needed. There was not much of a line so they worked on my car right away. The manager came to greet me as I was waiting and talked to me about my car. He said that he checked my car battery in addition to the oil change and suggested I have it replaced as soon as possible. I was very appreciative of this advice and am pursing his suggestion. I am grateful that the staff go above and beyond their job descriptions to provide the best possible service for their customers. All the staff seemed very friendly. They did not make me wait any longer than I needed to. The Shop was clean and professional looking and all the staff were busy completing different tasks. I was very impressed by this Jiffy Lube and have recommended it to others.

Daughter took 2015 Prius in for state inspection and oil change. They didn't process paper work so she had to go back to get inspection info to the state so I could renew license plate. Then I notice a week or so later one hub cap had fallen off and the other on same side was not on fully. Then noticed access cover under car was hanging down. One retainer pin just need to be pushed in all the way and a second was missing and needed to be replaced. Hope they actually did everything correctly with the oil and filter change!Services: Tires, Oil change

The oil change I went for before getting on the highway for a weekend trip was very fast! The guys were very knowledgeable of the pricing and friendly. That's the sole reason I gave this location a 2.I noticed that some change that was in my car door when I got out of my car was not in my door when I went to use it. After paying almost $100 (bc of the synthetic oil). I was really disappointed when I went to use the change (which was immediately after) was not there. It wasn't much change, but it was MINE! It was the principal behind it! I'm a paying customer and you still from me is just awful. Not to mention as I'm on the highway I noticed that they hadn't vacuumed the floors, nor did they do the windows.I usually go to the dealership, but this time I chanced it bc I didn't have time to wait at the dealership, but treatment like this makes me certain that I will not be back. I will not pay to be mistreated!

I've been here for almost an hour waiting on an inspection. All of the employees are sitting on the ground behind the shop doing nothing. I asked 5 minutes ago how much longer it would be and they said 10 minutes. No one has moved. They are all still sitting behind the store doing nothing. I won't be back

They had no windshield washer fluid, for the second time, I had to ask for my windows to be washed and he did a horrible job, for the money being charged, the service should be better, ijs!

Quick service, but they were heavily pushing different upgrades When the service technician first met me at the desk, the options presented we're at the high end of their offering spectrum. I had to specifically ask to see the lower priced options.I know they are taught to push additional services, but the manner presented here just seemed sleezy.I won't even go into their misleading cabin air cleaner/filter he tried to push me to buy to replace one put in there just 2 or 3 months ago.

Whaaaaaat a RIP off! Came for an inspection and they said I needed one windshield wiper blade and wanted $25. Was told if I came back and the wipers were installed I wouldn't have to wait in line. Came back 15 minutes later and was told I had to wait in the full line which was then over an hour. I understand a business needs to make money, but come on! They were trying to charge the same price for one wiper as I paid for a pair of a better brand. Won't be coming back here! On a side note, the guys working were very nice and tried their best to move things along. The woman managing seemed to try to make things as hard as possible.
