Best experience I ve ever had for mechanic shop, They were prompt , friendly & the service was helpful. I always go here when it s time for an inspection & they always get me in and out under 30 minutes. The atmosphere was very clean, & welcoming. I highly recommend for any car service . They even followed up with me afterward on other inquiring issues with my vehicle . This assures me that there are still good workers providing excellent service. I ll be coming here for my oil change.Thanks guys!

My husband took in my car for coolant flush/replacement and to run a diagnostic for a check engine light. He left the house, went to Jiffy Lube, and was back home in less than an hour. We had a similar experience in December for an oil change & engine filter replacement. Super fast!! Love this location

This location has demonstrated genuine integrity in the interactions I have had here. I will continue to return thanks to the guidance of staff like Don who put their morals above profit driving. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience and recommend to anyone who shares my fears of the automotive maintenance industry.

I went to get an oil change today after a road trip, upon said oil change completion I was told i have a pre broken oil dipstick and an oil leak at the back of my motor, i believe the back of motor but the pre broken oil dipstick could not have possibly happened unless at the hands of these professionals, i had just opened and looked under my hood yesterday and everything was fine.They taped my broken dipstick back together and drove it around the lot, my engine bay sprayed oil all over from the tape job they did. I had to walk to autozone to get a cadillac dipstick for my ford so its not spewing oil everywhere right after i get an oil change. I had to pay out of my own pocket to fix a mistake made by jiffy lube employees. Im just disappointed and dont want to go back because that type of fix for service is unacceptable for me.

I went here last week. Although the staff were nice, they were not honest. I asked for a standard oil change. After it was done it was somehow over $100 and he said it was bc they recommend synthetic oil for my vehicle. I didn t agree to that but felt I had to pay bc they had already done it. After I left and looked it up the manufacturer does recommend synthetic but only if the vehicle has over 75k miles, but mine is only at 35k. They also told me I was due for new brake pads and filter changes. I said no thank you after the surprise oil change charge. They said it was dangerous for me to not get them updated.I just took my vehicle to another place and they said my brake pads still have over 50% life and filters are good too.I m very disappointed and feel that this location is not honest. They tried to sell me up on many things I did not need and overcharged me for an upgraded oil change I didn t ask for.

Two years ago during Covid I went to a different store on highway 70 in Garner and was totally disappointed with the service. The man under the car was on the phone arguing with someone the entire time, I was not happy watching him with his shoulder holding his phone up to his ear. I d rather see someone paying attention to and taking care of his job. My tires were never checked, no sticker in the window - yes, the same window that hadn t been cleaned, nor was the car vacuumed . The protective cover under the engine came loose and dragging the ground on my next trip to the grocery store the next day - so it wasn t reattached it properly. I called to speak to the manager the day after the change, she listened to me but that s about it.So, I started using the Chapanoke Road store. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday, and I hadn t realized it was so late. Instead of asking me to come back, they took the car in and took care of my oil change. I appreciated that very much. And EVERYTHING on the checklist was actually completed.It s NOT at all about the company. It IS about the people that they hire, whether they take pride in their work. When you find a store that does their work properly - STAY WITH THEM.Service: Oil change

One of their workers (Keith Squires) saw me at a local Taco Bell, heard that I was having car troubles and offered to fix my car himself (to help me out). Well Keith charged me full price for an item he said he was giving me a discount on and not only did he charge me full price for this NEW part, he actually put on a used part and broke three different pieces putting it on. Once he saw he broke the new pieces, he USED DUCT TAPE to put them back together.Needless to say my car continued overheating and my check engine light came on. This situation got so bad I called the store and asked for a supervisor but they REFUSED to put one on the phone. I had to call corporate office in Texas to get someone to call me back. Now that I ve paid this man almost $200 I had to go back and purchase the parts AGAIN because apparently Keith never purchased the part, he FOUND a used part to put on my car. Now I had to pay someone else to go behind him and fix what he messed up. I now have an attorney involved as the supervisor said Jiffy Lube is not responsible because Keith did a side job that he wasn t supposed to do.But Keith did this job on jiffy lube property in a jiffy lube uniform on Jiffy Lube s clock! So my lawyer is now looking into this because I m suing everyone involved for messing up my 2016 Chevy Trax. This is why I typically ONLY go to Chevy, for this very reason. So I do NOT recommend anyone going to this Jiffy Lube, and if you do, DO NOT GO TO MARKEITH SQUIRES he will mess up your car and try to cover it without telling you, in hopes you won t find out. They do this often to single women and they ALMOST got me but another mechanic went behind him and showed me everything he broke, now I m stuck paying someone to fix his mistakes. Go to the Jiffy Lube down the street in Garner, this one is a rip off!!!!!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

As far as quick oil change locations go, this site is pretty decent! They are fast and courteous. Needing to be on the road within 30 minutes, they were able to get me in and out under 15 mins. Granted, I went in there just before the lunch rush, and I appeared to be the only customer.

Markeith, Willy, Travis, Donald, Tamika, and Danny have excellent customer service and did a wonderful job on my cars.. I chose this jiffy lube because they do a wonderful job and they recommend the best servicees for your vehicles

Took a car i planned to buy to inspect a burnt oil smell, inspection didn't show anything in Jiffy lube and they suggested it only needs oil change, paid their fees and left, smell kept coming out from the car so i took it to a different place and they found a bad Axle leaking grease! Not very professional to miss such a problem in a car Jiffy lube!

I originally came in to Jiffy Lube at around 8AM with the hopes of having a straightforward in-and-out inspection.The inspection itself was performed within a reasonable amount of time.I got my car back and left happy, until I noticed I had actually failed the inspection due to an issue with my tires.So, I had to drive back and ask for clarification, where it was then pointed out to me that my two front-tires tread level was too low to pass inspection. Meaning, the front two tires needed to be replaced.Not a big deal. I do wish they had pointed that out to me at checkout and let me know what my options were instead of me having to find out right after leaving, but nonetheless, once I came back they were very helpful and helped me find replacement tires at a good price.I was told since they had none in Stock, they would need to be delivered, which would take about an hour.I was alright with that.Unfortunately, that hour quickly came and went. In the end, I ended up waiting roughly 4 hours there from getting my inspection done to having new tires put on.I did end up nosing in and watching them a bit to see what was taking so long. It seems like they had issues getting one of the tires on the second wheel, and this combined with the abnormal amount of business they were experiencing that day lead to my vehicle request being put on the back burned a bit while they attended to other customers.They did eventually get things worked out. There was no issue with the services they performed that I saw.But a little more communication would have really helped make my stay a bit less miserable. Having to sit in a waiting room for 3 hours having no idea what is going on can drive you a bit insane.In the end, I got several apologies from staff members that thanked me for my patience as I was leaving.Outside of that though, I wasn't offered any compensation or credit for the extra time the services took. I didn't want to ask or pressure for one either, considering how nice everyone was, but some type of compensation would have made me feel a lot better over the whole ordeal (and would have made me more comfortable providing a 4-star review instead of 3).---So, in summary, very friendly staff. Communication could be improved on. When there are issues, let the customer know and keep them updated on estimates where possible. If things end up taking way longer than originally quoted, a courtesy credit for the extra time spent waiting can definitely help alleviate some of the frustration built up after sitting in a chair waiting for hours on end.You guys do seem great and seem to be doing your best, so I really have no hard feelings over my visit, I just have to be honest with my review here.

Each time I bring one of my many vehicles for servicing I am treated with so much respect and compassion. My doors are opened for me, I am greeted with a smile and professional introductions. I come often enough where I am remembered and feel extra special when they tell me "I got you". They are always quick, informative, and genuine. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube off Chapanoke Rd, in Raleigh NC!! These guys are the best!!

Good job...hate that they messed up my service reminder...changed my A service to B6 service which doesnt apply to my car model. I wish they would have asked me first before trying to change it. I dont know how many miles I am over for my A service with the dealership.

Been coming here for years. Personal cars, work,trucks, etc. The employee turn around is obvious out of control at this location. Unfortunately the quality of service and attention to detail is no longer a priority. On a recent visit a few weeks ago, a new hire was testing on a computer located by the front desk. He asked every employee that walked by to give him the answer to test questions. I asked if he did not get the material to study, to which he replied I m just getting started, I m new . I totally understand, however I told him I would not want him working on my cars. Today, I returned with a different vehicle. Busy rainy day. It was my daughters car and I love that a quick vacuum and window cleaning has been the norm. Not today. The new guy was on that detail, some cars got that done but not my car. Please train your mew hires to maintain the level of service we have received in the past.

Fast service, beware of upsell, I get it, it's their job to try to sell products but maybe they can ask the customer if they do their own maintenance and if not, then they can try to upsell. I really don't need to pay jiffy lube to change my wiper blades, or pay a mark up on wiper blades that I can get cheaper from across the street.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was the first one their at 8am and it took 26 minutes to complete oil change. The cost of the oil change was over $129. It s usually around $110 for the same exact (same oil). This will most likely cause me to find another shop for my frequent oil changes in both my vehicles. Way too much for an oil change. I can get it cheaper at a dealership which is sad to say.Service: Oil change

I went in for an oil change. They tried getting me to rotate my tires as well as get more coolant added. I had just gotten both done right before going in so I know they were just trying to make an extra buck off of me. I also had a coupon for $15 off and the guy at the register tried only taking $10 off and looked disappointed when I corrected him. I do not recommend going here alone as a female. The service was amazing. The gentlemen were courteous and professional. They completed my oil change quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed I went back the following week for my inspection.
