Integrity Auto Care is just that, they treat customers and cars with care and integrity. Before performing work on my Hyundai Sonata, Integrity provided a reasonable estimate of work and then completed the work quickly. I live out of town and owner Simon Withers authorized me to receive a loaner vehicle to use while my car was repaired. Doug, Integrity's shop manager, is extremely friendly and gave me updates on the status of my repair throughout the repair. Doug was very accommodating, allowing me to pick up my car a few days after it was repaired due to my schedule and the fact that I live out of town. I was kept informed of the repair process and there was no high pressure sales for additional unnecessary services/repairs from anyone at any time. I highly recommend using Integrity Auto Car for your automobile needs.

It is unusual to find a place that lives up to its name. Integrity Auto Care has been an excellent source of reliable, quality care for all of our cars. I can go there and know my needs will be met, and my concerns will be acknowledged. Best of all, I receive excellent service for a reasonable price. I trust Doug Dowling to be honest, caring and professional in addressing my concerns and repairing my cars. To say I trust a mechanic is an amazing thing. While I am sad that Integrity Auto Care has changed/merged...the service at Torque Automotive is also quality, reliable and done with Integrity. Torque Automotive is a great place to have your vehicles repaired. I highly recommend it.

This was my first time using Integrity Auto Care, and I am very pleased with the quality work they provided. Doug was very professional and kept me informed each step of the way. Fair price and they worked quickly to get my vehicle repaired same-day. I will use them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for auto repair in North Raleigh.

Very pleased with the professionalism and service from Integrity Auto Care. Doug was great to work with. A previous owner had slightly lifted my 2006 Dodge Charger and I wanted it restored back to factory ride height. They handled it, along with other maintenance work such as a transmission flush and alignment. The car runs great.

Great service all around. You get double the care for half the price compared to other places.Time: Got the car back to me in two days despite them having a full workload already planned out days ahead. One of the days being a half day.Price: Half the cost the dealership wanted to charge me. Integrity was very straightforward and upfront about the cost of each part and the labor required to complete the work. They didn t try to overcharge me in any way.Quality: Equal to what you would get at the dealership.Care: Great people working there. They have been working on cars for a long time and know what they are doing.Result: They are the auto-shop that you have always dreamed taking your car and not having to worry about being overcharged.

The service at Integrity is phenomenal. Doug explained everything thoroughly and repaired my vehicle within the estimated time. I had multiple services performed and it was very reasonably priced. One repair was $261 less than a dealer quote. Highly recommend!My vehicle is an Acura MDX.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received at Integrity Auto Care. Doug has been very helpful and is trustworthy. I drive a 2007 Prius and I ve had my battery, condenser and combination meter replaced here. I highly recommend them.

My 10 year Dodge Ram had a number of suspension issues that was supposedly fixed by another shop to no avail! Doug at integrity's did great job checking all components both underneath and inside the cab; repairing/replacing those requiring attention! My Dodge Ram now runs smooth and tight as if it were new and at a reasonable cost! I recommend integrity for auto repair.

Brought my car in for engine problems. Doug was able to get me a quote same day and had the problem fixed in a timely manner. There was an issue after the repair but it gave them a chance to prove their name. They stood behind their work and fixed the issue no questions asked!! Would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for the great work and service! Car runs great!

I cannot say enough about the service, professionalism and honesty of this company. I am a woman, widowed and know nothing about cars, I could have been taken for a ride and not in my car, instead I received some of the best service I can remember. When my car stopped running I had it towed to Integrity. It turned out it needed a new engine, quoted by dealership at $15,000. Before Doug called me back, he had already researched and found another engine with 30,000 miles in another state. He could have hit me with a new engine but he didn't. He called me every couple days to update me on the repairs.

I own a detail shop and pre-owned vehicle business so I'm always in need of a mechanic, not just any mechanic shop but a shop or mechanical advisor I can trust! Integrity lives up to their name. Doug is a great service advisor and the pricing is reasonable. Will highly recommend this business.

Although it has been a couple of months since I've had my car repaired. Integrity Auto Care deserves thumbs up. My transmission went in my Nissan Altima. The Nissan dealership was no help for me. My brother found "Integrity" online. Doug and everyone whom we spoke with was always pleasent. My car was completed within the time frame that was quoted to me. I am well pleased with my service, better price and warranty compared to Nissan. I am considering taking my Jetta there to get some service. Thanks once more.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Mike Scott and his son Michael abilities in auto mechanics are second to none, as is their fair pricing practice. They bring integrity back to the automotive repair industry, and I don't trust my vehicle's needs to anybody else.

I have known Mike for over 10 years and have had him and his son (Michael) working on my cars exclusively. They are friendly, honest and great partners to have when it comes to automotive maintenance and repair. They take a no-nonsense approach and will give you straight answers and options so you know what your dealing with. I highly recommend "Mike and Mike" ,and have, to anyone that is fed-up with the dealership expense and run-around.

This is the only place I take my car for service. I came on the referral of a friend and have had nothing but wonderful experiences for three years. The team is expert - it's clear they have a ton of experience. They are helpful and they do fantastic work for a fair price. There's also free wifi and it's easy to work in the lobby if you just need a quick diagnosis or fix.

It took three weeks to get our Prius repaired. Simon & co. kept working on it till it was in working order. First, the battery needed to be replaced. Their cost was competitive, and their warranty longer (5 yrs.) than the other companies around. The car stopped again after a day, and they came out to replace the battery with another one. That didn't fix it either, so we had it towed back. Initially it appeared that it might be the transmission, but in the end, it turned out to be the compressor, which was much less costly to replace. Unfortunately the first used compressor failed, so they replaced it with another. Though it took quite awhile, I don't know if anyone could have done better, unless we were willing to pay to put new parts into a 13-yo. car.I just picked up the car yesterday, so I suppose I should be tentative in my praise. That said, I don't know how they could've done better.

Service is world class. If you need any type of auto repair done, your first stop should be with the hard working folks at Integrity Auto. They do a great job explaining the issue and providing a solution that is effective at a cost that is efficient. They have earned a customer for life.

During routine service Doug noted a previously replaced steering rack was leaking. Integrity lived up to their name and replaced it and still returned my truck to me the same day! Awesome service and an example of 'Integrity'.

They did an excellent job on my Lincoln Navigator. Friendly and knowledgeable. No unnecessary repairs recommended to me, even though they could have done it since my truck has 180k miles on it. Honest people.

Doug and the staff were very trustworthy and honest about problem requiring coils. Brought our second car back when it had a problem with power train. Both problems were resolved more quickly and less cost than the dealership.Thank You Doug.

I had my car recently serviced at Integrity Auto. They were able to diagnose the problem and replaced the part promptly. Pricing was fair! I definitely recommend them for all of your auto service needs!

Awesome place so far! They tell you exactly what's wrong with your car, if it needs to be fixed right away, and they don't try to upsell you. I can be pretty stingy and cautious of who works on my car when I go to a new place; I think they own up to their name.

My 2006 Prius showed the Red Triangle of Death. My OBD2 phone app connected to the data port via bluetooth. I saw the code to replace the hybrid battery. Car was driveable to their location.With no appointment and in less than 24 hours, I was back on the road. The mid 30s mpg that the car has slid down to over the past few months is gone. Now getting 45 - 47 mpg with 212,000 miles, and my wife's mpg is even better than that.Good product, fair price. I'll check back in a month to update and potentially add the final star.

Better than superior!!! 10+++. Unbeatable price and friendly smiling service. I have a working HYBRID BATTERY and a working COMBO METER. Would and have already spread the name of Hybrid Geek/AKA Intergrity Auto Care to neighbors and family here at Calabash, NC.

Great guys! Great work done on my daughter's Xterra! Doug and mechanic, don't remember his name, did good estimate and performed all work as expected. For major work I would go back!!
