Can't say enough good things about Chris and the G3 team! These guys have gone above and beyond time and time again for me and I would leave 10 stars if I could. The best BMW service I have ever experienced in Raleigh, big thanks to these guys.

G3 rescued my 98 M roadster! I had disassembled the motor to replace a head gasket and it had a cracked head so I had to source a replacement. After acquiring one, I realized that putting it all back together and getting it right was above my skill level. Chris and Harrison agreed to take it on and put it back together from a bunch of organized bags and boxes and gave it back to me running properly. I can t thank them enough. Very satisfied with the communication with them and the very reasonable price for the job they did.

Wouldn't take my MINI anywhere else, the G3 crew is great! Highly recommend as they are extremely knowledgeable and have great customer service. I'm thankful to have trustworthy experts in the area that I can rely on for any of my automobile needs or issues.

If you need service on your BMW (or mini Cooper) I highly recommend Chris and the crew at G3. They are very knowledgeable, and super friendly.. really go out of their way to help you understand what the issues are you're having and how to get them fixed in the most cost efficient manner. My search for a quality BMW mechanic began and ended with G3 Auto Solutions. Since my initial visit five years ago, I've consistently relied on G3 for maintenance & repair projects and they never disappoint. Therefore, it seemed like high time to leave a glowing review. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to them and this clearly reflects in their exceptional workmanship. The team members are all very personable - especially Chris, Harrison, Brent, and Gabe - and my experiences with them have never been anything but positive. I just can't say enough good things about the G3 crew! Thanks, guys, for being so great!!

There workmanship is superior. They do really good work. They repaired my car in a timely manner and car drives like new. I only take my car to them to be serviced and repaired. I don't trust other shops to work on my car.

My go-to BMW shop. Chris and his minions (shout out to Harrison) are friendly, knowledgeable, and always always do good work. I recommend them any time and every time someone asks where to take their Bimmer.

My experience with G3 has been awesome. Chris and staff are extremely knowlegable of the vehicles they service and are always extremely friendly. Great communication and they got my car taken care of in a timely fashion. An excellent experience.

Hands down THE BEST. I've had a lot of experiences with shops that claim to service Minis. Chris is the REAL DEAL and a good person. G3 did an engine swap in my 2009 Cooper S and it could not have been a better experience from start to finish. My Mini is running better than it did the day I bought it! Highly recommend!!

I know my MINI is in good hands with the team at G3. The team is always friendly and service is on time as quoted. (Thankfully) I haven't needed service other than preventative maintenance but know if and when I do need something more extensive, Chris and his team will take good care of me. If your looking for a local shop to take care of you and your car then I highly recommend the team at G3.

First of all, I want to Thank Chris and Rae for everything they did for me. The customer service at G3 is exceptional and they know how to treat the customer. I was in a bind and needed work on my John Copper fast. Not only was it done fast but the quality of the work far exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had my vehicle by the end of the day and they only had a few hours to work on it. Only service my mini at G3 now. So glad Chris opened that shop and employed good people to make sure that they take care of their customer. Best experience I've had when dealing with a car service department . Thanks again guys, you rock!

I have had nothing but good experiences with G3. Chris has helped me several times over the years with problems with my cars. He's always given solid advice and steered me in the right direction. He has a very solid team working for him with some of the best techs around and the customer service from Ben is always top notch. There is not a better shop in town for Mini repair.

G3 has been my go to tuner for my Mini Cooper. The owner, Chris is super friendly and knowledgeable. Chris put a stage 2 tune on my mini, and it really woke mini up! I almost forgot to mention that he works on BMW as well. Even if you don't live nearby this shop, I strongly recommend that you go to this shop. You will not be disappointed!

I had been going to another local shop that advertises their "trusted/honest" service. Had a couple minor issues with them, enough that made me look around for another shop, and that's how I found Chris.If you own a BMW in the Raleigh area, it is in your best interest to get to know Chris and his staff. First time I took my car to Chris, he took me back and showed me everything that was wrong with my car. Not to try and sell me anything, but showed me what really needed to be fixed, what was probably going to need to be looked at in the future, and stuff that didn't really matter if it was fixed or not. Friendly, honest, good prices (it is a BMW, so it can only be so good :-)), highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about Chris and his crew! I recommend him to everyone I know that has a Mini or BMW. I constantly have been impressed with Chris' knowledge of everything about Mini/BMW every time I have a question. His level of service is top notch as well. I got a nasty flat tire one Morning not far from the shop, so I got it there and left it for the day and he had a new tire ordered, delivered and on my car before day's end. I will not trust my Mini wth anyone else!

These guys are my go to for my BMWs. Chris, the owner, is very much a car enthusiast and personable. When I arrived for my alignment we spent the first 10 mins talking about my car, mods and how much we enjoy taking cars to the track. Chris is also not afraid to get his hands dirty. I saw him personally working on another clients car. The alignment is perfect and was completed in under an hour. If you want personal service and guys who love to work on cars go to G3.

Professional, courteous, and they know everything there is to know about Mini Cooper and BMW. They just modified my Cooper with Manic software and tuned it properly all in less then 2 hours. At at a price that was great. Let's be realistic car repairs and upgrades are never cheap, but G3 goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best product possible. I will gladly drive the 3.5 hours again just have them work on any of my cars.

Chris and the gang know what's going on. Along with helping to fix my 2009 335d they help me to understand what it is that they are fixing. Always have great communication with these guys and they're always more then happy to take the time to talk on the phone and explain what's going on. Unlike many shops that may push a customer away while they work on your car Chris and his team are very informative. Along with the unmatched knowledge these guys have, their pricing couldn't be any more fair. As long as I own a BMW it will be taken to G3.

Great shop. If you're a BMW enthusiast, you'll be among some very skilled friends. They specialize in BMWs and their experience shows. I gave them a call with my issue and they knew exactly what parts were needed and gave me the cost in just a few minutes. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the evening, paying exactly what they quoted. Accurate, quality work with strong attention to detail. Also, really cool cars in the parking lot.

Can I leave 6 stars? I have been having my BMW's (E30, E83, F25) serviced for nearly 5 years with Chris and the team. I highly recommend G3 for professionalism, quality of work, reasonable prices, and prompt service. G3 KNOWS BMW's and MINI's! I have the utmost trust in their work and their advice and I would be highly suspicious of any reviews less than 5 stars on here. They bend over backwards to make things right!

I've owned nine MINI Coopers and outside of warranty service, this is the only place I'll take my MINI . Chris has great attention to detail and superb customer skills. If you need something done to your MINI or BMW go see G3 - they'll fix it right the first time and at an affordable price.

Benjamin and Chris were attentive to my needs and professional when replacing the battery in my BMW 135 convertible-2013. In addition they were able to take care of me on short notice. Highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again. They also saved me over $50 vs. the dealer.

Chris, Benjamin and the G3 team is awesome. These guys know BMW. We had our 2 Mini coopers brought in for service and general overhaul after a disastrous Carmax experience and G3 had us up and running in no time.

The two things that really set apart G3 from other shops is unrivaled Knowledge and quality of work. They've done a great job of keeping me informed and helping me make decisions in repairs. It's been obvious that they know what to look for to make sure a job is done right.

Hi, I like to write nice reviews, so I am not going to say much bc I believe in Karma. I will just say the ultimate service I received on a particular issue was poor, and I don't want to think the way I look has anything to do with the ultimate service I received (especially when there are so many good reviews???). Benjamin is the equivalent of a used car dealer (not good) and Chris doesn't return messages timely or sometimes "AT ALL"! There is no gate or fence to keep your car protected, so anyone could wander onto their property and either damage your car, break into your car or steal your car. It's important to be truthful to your customers! THINK TWICE before going there, and if you decide to go there and leave your car, make sure you have GAP insurance!

Drove 4 hours for an aftermarket pulley upgrade for my mini Cooper. Made it back only to find out they had botched the job. The manager claimed it left their shop working and somehow it wasn't their fault? He didnt seem to care in the least in making things right, not to mention the quote magically went up 50 dollars when I arrived. DO NOT bring an r53 here. Maybe they know BMW but I don't trust them with my car.

I had been looking for a piece for my BMW for a long time and couldn't find it anywhere for a reasonable price, but when I called Chris he found the piece for me in less than 5 minutes and gave me a great deal on it. Chris' customer service and knowledge of cars is outstanding!
