Wonderful experience at Fred Anderson's Toyota. I was visiting in the Raleigh area and had an unexpected breakdown. I was able to get a service repair appointment. It took several hours but I was very appreciative that that I was given an appointment for today. My car was repaired. The sales representative was so friendly and professional. I appreciate the service.

Today was one of the best visits to Fred Anderson Service Dept I ve ever had, from the very minute I pulled in to the bay all the way to when I was back in my car. This was my 10,000 mile visit and I waited barely 30 minutes for the service and the full visit under 45 minutes. I ve always been extremely pleased with Fred Anderson Toyota, this is my 3rd car purchased there and they continue to top their own excellent service.

You don't expect the experience from a dealership that I received. I walked in the door frustrated knowing that the issue with my vehicle was not going to be cheap and possibly not resolved. I had spoken with a manager, had planned only dealing with the manager and then I met Daniel Brown. He was quick and with-in two seconds solutions started flowing from his mouth. I wasn't expecting that. He told me he could see that I was a long-time Toyota customer, and he gave me his word that he would advocate for me. People have a lot of well-meaning intentions, but Daniel Brown delivered, every single one! He advocated for me, provided me with an unheard-of discount. He was an answer to prayer. I'm so grateful for people that still keep their word. Toyota, whatever you are paying Daniel Brown, it's not enough! I have had decent Toyota experiences but none like this!!

I went to Fred Anderson Toyota for the first time earlier this week (I previously went to another Toyota service dealer). From my first call to my service experience, everything went well. The customer service staff was friendly, and the overall day-of service was professional and informative. Their lobby is spacious, clean and welcoming. I even received a video as they did my state inspection, showing me the areas they observed (and they even addressed the concern I mentioned during check-in). I definitely plan on scheduling with them again in the future.

I love how easy it is to schedule a service appointment at Fred Anderson Toyota. I was able to schedule a same-day Express Maintenance Service through their online appointment system in under a minute. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly & knowledgeable service advisor, Danny Deweese. Danny educated me about aspects of my car I didn t know, and he kept me in stitches while doing it. He s a great communicator and really knows how to connect with his customers. As for the express service, it was fast! I was in & out of there in about 15 minutes. The Fred Anderson Toyota Service Department is a very warm & welcoming environment. I was treated like a VIP and that meant a lot to me.

I'll quote myself saying "this place is swanky!" We purchased a 2023 Highlander in October and had just shy of the first 5,000 miles for our first (free) oil change and tire rotation. The service bay is great!! All indoors with lots of service technicians available to assist. Daniel Brown helped me, and he was fantastic! Enthusiastic, welcoming and friendly are just a few descriptions of his personality. Service time was an hour or less, as promised. We didn't even have time to eat breakfast and finish our errands before the car was ready! I'm very satisfied with Fred Anderson - from buying the vehicle to service, they are top notch!

Tyrone was really nice and got me checked in and out quickly. My technician did an amazing job on my tire service and oilchange, sent a tire quality report and a video of how my service went. I've never been so included and updated in a service anywhere else. Absolutely thrilled to be part of the Fred Anderson family. Will Absolutely be getting all future service and vehicles from Fred Anderson from here on out.

I have never had a bad experience here! However, today I had AMAZING service!! Thanks to Anthony Hobberchalk who helped me out so much! I don t know much about cars so I had a lot of questions and he took the time to explain upcoming services and review pricing. I think I asked him questions for a solid 10 minutes and he was very patient with me.. I really appreciate his good attitude and willingness to explain everything multiple times, because I m pretty sure he had to repeat himself until I understood it!

I got my RAV4 serviced today at the Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh and Latisha was fantastic! She was extremely helpful in making sure that my information was updated and I was very well taken care of. She also had an awesome energy and was a lot of fun during my visit. I recently moved from the Atlanta area where I purchased vehicles and service from an amazing Toyota dealer there for over ten years (Nalley Toyota of Roswell). I ve been to Fred Anderson twice now. So far decently happy. Yesterday the service rep was Esperanza, who was totally on it. She was cheerful, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about every detail of the service options. Clearly she was extremely well-trained and took her work seriously. Very impressed! I had to leave the car and the mechanic / technician uploaded a video of my vehicle recommending additional service. I reviewed these with Esperanza and she helped me assess what was needed now and what could wait 5,000 miles. My only reason for the four 4 star rating was the vehicle pickup process was weak. Esperanza was at lunch so I had to walk around the shop to get someone s attention to let me pay and pick up my vehicle. A guy finally helped me but it didn t feel like he was all that happy to be interrupted. The dealer could improve the pick up process.

I had great service got a great deal on oil change with coupon and changed my headlight also. Very fast service and weren t trying to upswell me. Even got a video link for the multi point inspection. Definitely will be coming back. Ryan Stern and someone under training forgot his name were very helpful.

Had my oil change done today and the staff was pleasant, efficient, and friendly. My car was ready well before the estimated time. The facility was very clean including the bathroom. I will definitely be going back for my future service needs.

This was my first time going through a service for my new RAV4. Everything was great. Esperanza Umana was my contact person and she was great, as well. She got me through the check-in process and then I was shown to the lounge. My service was expected to take 45 minutes, but I got out of there after around 35 minutes. No issues at all (except for the main drink machine being out of order ). The service department also feels very futuristic, with high-speed roll-up gates for vehicle entry/exit, virtually everything being inside the building; it was very cool.

They were able to schedule a State Inspection the same day I called. Inspection was completed in an hour. They were courteous and helpful -I m especially grateful since my registration renewal is due in a couple days. I ve had my car serviced by them for years, so I was in their system. Not sure if that helped or not.

I came into the dealership because I needed my tire plugged. I was told it was going to be a pretty long wait. (2-3 hours) It literally ended up being about an hour which was amazing because it was so last minute. Brandon Faucett really helped me out. I was very surprised at the level of customer service.(top notch) I will definitely be back! They truly took care of me. Satisfied Customer!

I always ask for Roland when scheduling my appointment.He is very knowledgeable, patient and goes above and beyond to answer your questions.It s all the customer experience and Roland exemplifies the true meaning of customer care!

Super nice with taking my walk-in. Also didn't push/pressure (in a bad way) when explaining what on my car needed service. Very pleased with our service experience. Our service rep was extremely helpful and fully explained the services that were needed. Great people, very clean shop and waiting room. Checking in and out was so easy. However, 3.5 hrs for an oil change with an appointment!!!! It was because they didn t have an oil filter for my car. That s an issue- why didn t you have it, and more important why did it take 1.5 hrs to tell me? The communication about the delay was un excusable. I could have made other arrangements- but you didn t tell me what was up. Totally wrecked an otherwise amazing experience.

Chris greeted me and asked what Fred Anderson Toyota could help me with today. He was courteous, polite and professional. Once it was determined what I was there for he went about gathering the required information and explaining the process and gave me a timeline for completion of the work and told me he would keep advised of the progress, which he did. The work was completed within the timeline and I was pleased with what was done.

Was booked in today for a 90 minute scheduled recall update for my Sequoia that actually took over 4 hours. The only thing I was told is the download is taking a long time. Not helpful when you ve planned your day around the appointment and have children to fetch. Guess it s my fault for trusting the time estimate.

I scheduled a service appointment for 12:15. I arrived 10 min early for my appointment and the service was simply for an oil change and not even a tire rotation. I waited 3 HOURS without any update on my car. The only reason I made this review 2 stars was because the representative offered to skip the tire rotation and save me money since I will be getting new tires this week. TERRIBLE service here and I will likely not be back.

Went to get an alignment for the 2nd time and still not right. Management did attempt to make things right but it s still not. I want my money back for the alignment. Now my car steering wheel is lose and seems as if it will tip over if you accidentally move the steering wheel or if the wind blow wrong. Other work her has has been great not understanding why alignment is so challenging. Will have to pay for another alignment at another place just to travel far.

Scheduling our service appointment online was very simple and quick. Once we arrived, we were greeted with very friendly service advisors and our vehicle was taken back within minutes. The waiting area is very clean with lovely amenities. Very pleasant experience overall! Great job Fred Anderson Toyota of Raleigh.
