Avoid buying form here if you can.When I bought my car the windshield had an asterisk. They assured me it had been treated with filler, which is an easy fix, and that it wouldn t spread or crack. 6 months later I have a crack on the windshield over 10 inches long. Their lack of honesty ended costing me 1300 dollars. If they had been transparent, I would ve gotten a repair for a fraction of the cost. In my opinion they are not trustworthy and I wouldn t recommend doing business with them.

I wasn't ready. They have a good inventory, but watch out for "Market Adjustment." I paid basically an extra $3,500 for nothing. Stick to sticker or below and walk away! Didn't need a car, but wanted one and we paid to beat out the other 5 people who were test driving the same car that day. Watch out folks.

The place is nice and clean but the service I received yesterday was not up to the same standards as the other 2 dealership I visited the same day. The gentleman was not concerned about customer service nor interested in selling cars.

Kia Service Center Review: I was fortunate to get an appointment on the same day I called, since they are usually booked out almost 2 weeks for appointments at the moment. I had maintenance issue that disabled my Kia Sorento completely from driving. Their diagnosis was that, the vehicle has burnt out spark plugs that could be caused by contaminated 93 grade gasoline at one of the gas station I used. They fixed the vehicle up in one day and got it back to running. They have also suggested regular maintenance services on top of the car issues, as well as fixed 2 recalls the vehicle had for that model. They were not pushy about these additional services and I appreciated that they were friendly and very informative about the service recommendations. They answered every single question I had. The staff here seem very friendly, eager to assist and give a positive experience as well as positive attitudes. I also appreciated their notifications and communications can be done electronically (minimal phone calls needed) via texts or email. They can also send you a video of your vehicle diagnosis so you can see what the they're talking about in their diagnosis of the issue! They are keeping up with the times of technology.

I normally go to Hendrick Kia since they are closer to home, but when I needed to get some recall updates done and an issue looked at for my car they told me I had to wait almost 6 weeks to get an appointment. They also told me it would take a day or two for to diagnose my issue and did not guarantee a loaner car, only a ride from and to the dealer. Well I gave Fred Anderson a call and they said they are normally 3 weeks out, but they had a cancelation and got me in the next day.On arrival I was surprised they vacuumed out my car which Hendrick never does. They were friendly and the waiting room had a free coffee machine and TVs. Hendrick just gives waters and no TV to watch while waiting. It ended up taking only an hour to get the items done and I was sent a link to a video where the technician walked around the car showing no damage and explained what they did. They then ran it through a car wash (also not something Hendrick offers). Going forward I will be taking my car to Fred Anderson for service.

Do NOT buy a car from here! They lie. They tell you, you get free oil changes. For me that was a huge bonus.. yeah, sure the oil change is free but you have to buy the additive,the cabin filter, pay for a tire rotation... nothing is free. 70 bucks for a cabin filter change.. don't even get me started on the mistakes they made along the way for me to get the car.. what a joke.. stay away!Service: Oil change

They are very sales pushy, always wanting you to give them 5 star ratings. I get that it's their job but I always feel uncomfortable when I go in knowing they are going to try and tack on unnecessary services. The only time this doesn't happen is when my male partner is with me, which just isn't right. I'm there to get specific services that are required for maintenance, last time I went I ended up paying much more than planned to do a "recommended" cabin air filter change. It didn't need to be done, the system was working fine and is something we could do ourselves but cost me quite a bit. They do good work in the auto shop and I love my car but I don't like the pushy sales making approach. I bought the car, I have to come in for maintenance as part of my family plan, leave it alone.

While mask wearing is stated as mandatory, several staff wore their's around their chins and several patrons didn't even bother. While outwardly friendly there was a palpable tension. Same great service. Your best option during these trying times would be drop off.

I went in for oil change and routine service and as always, they vacuum and wash my car. They are awesome! Disappointing. I made an online appointment and drive 4 hours to be there on time, only to discover they were 2 hrs behind in the Service Department. Was also overcharged for multiple add ons to my service. Had go schedule an appointment to have a recall done on my Kia Soul. Dropping off my car, and getting checked in was very easy however....I have a little damage to the hood of my car from where I hit a deer. The service tech said they didnt open my hood and check for anything in there because they didnt know if they would be able to close it....I have been opening and closing the hood myself many times since it happened...I cant believe a service tech working for the company my car was made from didnt even try to open the hood or ask me if they could that felt very lazy and left me not trusting them, so I won't get any other work done at this location.

My now fiance and myself went here to purchase a new vehicle. Everything went great she ended up getting a 2022 Kia Sportage and black.I have to say that the young man Tyvon was absolutely incredible. He was so funny charismatic and knew so much about the vehicle in which he was selling. He was not pushy he was extremely courteous and more importantly he provided great customer service.We ended up leaving our garage key in the old car and as soon as we pulled up he had it in hand and handed it to us. Not to mention I noticed the tire pressure was a little low and he had no problem with directing us to the back of the building so he could fill and balance out the tires.Without a shadow of a doubt he provided and was the complete epitome of providing great customer service. I am beyond grateful that he made my fiance feel great as well as myself.I would definitely consider coming back to get a new vehicle with him.

This place right here!! Smh!!! Why make a appointment if you're always behind? Why have a family plan and pretend you're saving people money when your trapping them into services that they might not need or can afford? What a joke!!!The CSR do their job, but the flack they have to endure on behalf of the company is crazy... There no words to express my feeling about this company...I'm sorry if I offended you and your company. I have no problem with the CSR I agree they most definitely do their job: however having an appointment at 11:30 and leaving at 12:50 just to have the oil changed not and lot of time lost still that was not a appointment.The crazy thing is this wasn't my vehicle I brought it in for a friend.I'll give you a call or maybe stop back by to see you tomorrow.. if it's alright with you. Although I can't imagine what it would solve the company slow service on the this past Thursday.. the job was done, and done properly that's not my complaint..

A good experience both time we bought here. And the follow up service has been quick and thorough. Some my question this, but buying here was a real pleasure. This dealership has treated us with respect and courtesy. And we got a good deal on our new car purchase - after doing a lot of research, we visited Anderson KIA and got the best deal. No, I'm not affiated with them.. just a satisfied customer.

I traded in my 2020 Forte in August and the remaining amount was put as a down payment and used that to renew the coverage on my 2022 K5 but when I went to get my first oil change they are charging me 40$ for the tire rotation (which is supposed to me free). I then found out that my maintenance plan did not switch over do to someone not paying attention with my paperwork. I normally do not post reviews like this but the service advisor who helped was very rude to me when I tried to explain to him that it transfered over and treated me like young girl like men do in the service industry thinking they can just walk all over and well oblige. That was not the case. But in the end Ms. Kate with the office staff caught the mistake and found out finance used the down payment but didn't not finalize the renewal and got me my maintenance for 4 years for free do to their error. So I am very grateful for generosity and kindness today. Thank you!!!
