I live near Cary so much closer to go to Hendrick Kia for parts etc but very unhelpful especially once I said I didn't purchase the vehicle there Brittany of Fred Anderson parts dept on the other hand always goes the extra mile to ensure the correct part. It's nice to see such a dedicated employee who cares about the customer.
