This morning I noticed my tire pressure light was on so I stopped by Firestone (near my employer). They immediately had me pull up to check the pressure. My driver's side rear valve core was leaking! They replaced it, confirmed it was repaired and wished me a good day! This is way above and beyond what I expected! Great customer service by Jorge, friendly quick service from all the staff. Great location! Thank you!

I ve been taking my cars here for several years. They do conduct an inspection each time, but there is no high pressure upselling. They are honest and dependable. The one time they made a minor mistake with my service, they corrected it quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Thank you for taking care of Marco. I have been coming to this Firestone since 2019. I will not go to another. I have moved and pass by multiple other establishments and Firestone. I moved to NC when I was 19 with no family. Johnny always took the time to explain things to me to make sure that I was not overpaying or doing work that was not need. I pray that this company takes care of him and cherish such a wonder person. I truly want to say thank you and you will always have a loyal customer for life.

Called to make an appointment for a front end alignment for a Saturday morning. Dropped off my truck, had two brand new tires mounted and balanced, no extra work to be done as part of the alignment and my truck steers as good as the day that I bought it 20 plus years ago. Very happy with the service that was provided

Aaron and all the staff at this location are very courteous and helpful. Got my car in at appointment time and notified me when car was ready. Very knowledgeable crew. Have already recommended them to my brother and sister.

Top of the line service! We limped in from out of state and needed a tire replaced without an appointment and our problems were immediately reaolved. I had an appointment for 12:00 noon, but two tires still took 2.5 hours. We had storms in the area which caused a small delay due to power surges, but 2.5 hours for two tires still seems excessive. Other than that, all staff members were courteous and professional and everything was fully explained.

Aaron Beau and Johnny Hughes Jr are absolutely wonderful human beings, I can t thank them enough for their patience and assistance on helping my sister and I. My sister and I rented a car from Hertz at the airport who sent us with an unsafe car with bald tires and also chunks of tires missing as well. They went above and beyond to help us as we are visiting NC for a difficult family situation. Anyone should definitely see these wonderful people if you have any issues with your cars.

I had a rental car that was delivered to me with a damaged tire and Firestone was able to help me same day! They were terribly busy, but fit me in. They were professional and patient even after a very long day when I was able to pick it up. I appreciated their flexibility and patience as I worked through a frustrating issue. They even noticed it was also due for an inspection. I hadn t been to Firestone in nearly 30 years. Maybe it s time to patronize them more regularly when I have the need.

Tire rotation, had brake dust on tires and you could clearly see no one touch them. Young guy John lied to my face. Now I m wondering if they changed my oil and filter. It s sad you can t trust anyone to do simple job.

These guys are awesome and honest. My daughter was here visiting, her tire pressure light came on so we took it here. The guys here took a look at her tire and added air. We wernt charged at all! Thank you. I will always go back to this place for any tire needs.

I needed to replace my tires and get an oil and filter change, so I looked for competitive rates and pricing in the area and decided to make an appointment online for that afternoon. I got a confirmation response quickly with a drop-off time and when I arrived the process went smoothly. A bit before my estimated pick-up time, I got a call saying that the time had been moved back half an hour, but everything went smoothly. After picking up my car, the new tires with a balance and alignment feels amazing on the road and the oil change has the motor purring like a kitten.

I have taken all of my cars to Firestone on Fayetteville Rd. Normally, I take my car in to have my brakes repaired, they would always tell me that I have to have my rotors resurfaced because you can not do one without the other. There has never been a time since I've been going to Firestone that they would do one or the other, it was always the two services. It was always breaks and rotors. This time should have been no different. After getting my brakes repaired, they are making more noise now than they were when I had the old brakes. After driving it over the weekend, I took it back, and I expressed my concerns. I was told all that happened sometimes because we never know how your car would react to new brakes, and we will replace the brakes again. I have gone through that cycle three times, and now they keep telling me I need tires. Prior to this, I was not having any issues with my tires. I go out and buy tires, now my car is still making the same noise. I have finally come to the conclusion that they never replaced my rotors. Prior to replacing my brakes, they charged me for an inspection to see how much wear was done to the brakes in doing so, why wouldn't you have check the rotors? You did before. I was charged for this break inspection, but they never noticed that I needed rotors during their inspection? So my question is, what was the purpose of the inspection? I knew my car needed brakes when I brought it in. For you to be the professional, why do I have to tell you how to do your job. Normally when the old management was there they would inform me of what was needed after their inspection and I could decide if I was going to get it or not, this time I was told nothing but I needed tires. I am tired of the back and forth, for me to bring my car in and get nothing resolved.

Tried to make an appointment for Wednesday 6/21, but had to reschedule for 6/24 in the morning. Guy on the phone said he had me rescheduled to drop off the car Saturday morning. Come Saturday, I call and find out he never rescheduled me at all so I have NO appointment. They weren't helpful with rescheduling either this time, so I guess that's my queue to NEVER come here or even attempt to. Abysmal customer service, don't bother.

My review has been edited from a 1 to a 4 because the Regional manager resolved the issue. It wasn't this location that sold me the defective tire, but the Manager should have addressed my issue rather than telling me I was wrong. He should have investigated my complaint so I wouldn't have to escalate this to the regional Manager. I've always had satisfactory work done at this location, but the Manager needs to go back to the course 101 for Managers..

Booked an appt that morning for a mid- afternoon flat repair & tire rotation after work. Done to my specifications in less than 30 minutes. Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable & straightforward. Workmanship timely & cost efficient, the best FCAC in the area.

How about a lifetime alignment pkg. for my truck for around $220. You can expect to pay $100 or so each time otherwise and they will align it every 5000 miles! $ well spent. Great job Firestone!

This was my first time at Firestone. All employees were helpful and professional. It was late in the day and I needed an alignment on my truck. Though they were very busy, the manager Ricky was nice enough to squeeze me in and get the job done very quick. The Firestone team did a great job.
