These guys are a true gem. Owning sports cars is expensive and having guys you can trust is priceless. They took care of my Porsche 718 Cayman and Porsche Macan. Prices are fair, crew is experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

The guys at Euromotion are THE BEST. The level and quality of service they provide every time is unheard of in the car industry. I ve had my various cars at other euro shops in the area and was not impressed. It s obvious that the team at Euromotion take pride in their work. And it shows in how well they communicate when working on your vehicle. They re the only shop that will touch my families vehicles as long as I live in the area. I can t praise them enough.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. They are honest and very down to earth. My car (Cookie) is like my baby, and Range Rovers can be very temperamental. They are so good to her, and extremely knowledgeable of foreign built automobiles.As a woman who knows close to NOTHING about cars (except that they need gas and detailing haha) they are patient with me and they teach me things.Good honest people, doing quality work. I love the entire staff! Cookie loves them to ;)P.S If you're a veteran with a specialty/foreign car... go see them and thank me later !!

This was the best experience I ve ever had in terms of getting my car serviced. I came in with an issue with my car that I thought would take a few days to fix. They fixed it in under two. In the diagnostic they didn t just check what I came in for, they looked over everything. Overall my problem was solved and then some. On top of that they even informed me on what I would need to get serviced next time to keep my car in its best condition.You have definitely earned a customer. Thank you Euromotion!

Super impressed with their customer service. They provided detailed estimates, breaking down the prices of everything, and photos of the areas that needed repair. Fabi took time to explain everything in detail and Matt was super attentive. Although it was cost-prohibitive to repair my car, I m sure it would have been in great hands!

We are new to Raleigh from out of state and I needed to find a good shop for my Mercedes. I turned to google reviews and wow, Euromotion did not disappoint. Matt and his team are personable, pricing was fair, and the job was done quick and easy. I also felt safe going there to drop off my car without my husband present and young child with me. I have a 2002 Mercedes S500 and was having issues with my air suspensions. I called several European mechanics and decided to go with Euromotion because they offered the best service and quality. The quote for the service was very reasonable and they are very experienced in working with high end European vehicles. From the time they started the work, they kept me informed and they provided exceptional communication and wonderful customer service! Fabi and the team at Euro-Motion took great care of my 2010 VW Passat. I had a timing belt snap and render the engine unusable. This thing wouldn t even turn over.The first German car shop said the engine was seized and couldn t be fixed, just replaced.I wanted a second opinion and contacted Euro-Motion, speaking with Fabi. He managed my case from start to finish, walking me through what my options were to get back on the road, providing details and photographs and patiently answering my questions.They worked with me to figure out a solution to rebuild the top end, rather than a full engine replacement.Fabi kept me updated every step of the way and was able to provide answers same day.For great expertise with VWs, transparent quotes and diagnostics, and great customer service, I highly recommend Euro-Motion.Ask for Fabi, he ll treat you fair and honest.

Highly recommend the Euromotion crew. Had a check engine light come on and the code was unfortunately mildly serious. Brought it over and they were able to diagnose and repair all in the same day. Did the job right, and quickly. What else needs to be said? It's clear they have a passion for the cars they work on. Staff here are very knowledgeable and honest, know their ins and outs about Euros. Reasonably priced and won't upsell you anything. Saved over $200 to get my transmission fluid changed than what the dealer charges. Will be bringing my VW here going forward. I took my newly purchased 17 Maserati Levante S to Matt & Fabi (Euro-Motion) and it was in pretty bad shape. They replaced my thermostat, oil level sensor, spark plugs, brakes and gave me a fresh oil change. I ve had no issues and will continue to have them service that vehicle. My Cooper A/C stopped working in the heat of the summer and went to the local Cooper dealer but the machine that they use to fix the air condition was broken and no timeline to get it fixed. That s when I was referred to Euromotion by a friend. Not only were they able to fix the air conditioning, but they fixed it in less than a day. I recommend this shop for all euro cars trying to escape the main dealer constant overpricing and lack of service. 10/10 establishment.Service: Auto A/C replacement

I bought my GL550 summer of 2022 and found Euromotion through google because of their many positive reviews. The reviews are all true! They are all great to work with, very accommodating, super responsive and the customer service is bar none. Fabi does a fantastic job keeping me in the loop every step of the way and explains everything so that I understand fully. I worked with Alex and Fabi to have a pre-purchase inspection completed on a 1995 Porsche 911. I am not local to Raleigh and needed a shop to look at it for me so I could decide whether or not to proceed. The team was upfront and honest with the costs and the work to be done. They listened to all of the special requests I had based on my discussions with the seller and gave me honest and prompt feedback, as well as quotes to repair the discrepancies they found. The quote for repairs seemed reasonable to me. I ultimately decided not to purchase the vehicle for a variety of reasons, but I felt very comfortable with Euromotion s work throughout the process. These guys are overall fantastic! I needed to get a bunch of things done to my BMW Z3 such as the bushings, power steering lines, etc and I needed somewhere that had experience with euro cars but could still do it for a relatively inexpensive price. They were not only honest, but super nice, they let me back into the shop to talk to them while they were working on my rear differential bushing, and Ben even showed me around the shop a little bit. You can tell they all love what they are doing, and are ready to get to work on your car no matter what you throw at them. Hi there, stop right there don't even search for another auto repair shop in Raleigh. @euromotionautomotive is the best option you've on the table. The entire team there have peoples best interest at heart. Why I love this place:#1 Affordability#2 Employees show genuine care and concern for others#3 Effective communicatorsI drove all the way from Pinehurst, NC to the Leith Volkswagen of in Raleigh on May 15, 2023 because they had an open appointment for service. That was a bad idea. Here is why:#1: They could not identity the problem of why my coolant was leaking. Coolant went into the car that past Friday, and by Saturday afternoon the entire coolant leaked out all over my apartment parking lot.#2: The service providers treated me differently than other customer who had brand new cars. I have a 2012 Volkswagen cc Luxury Sedan, very old but I am driving it until the wheels fall off because I do not have the cash to purchase another car right now. Car payment is not my thing, find out more here @anachanginglives.#3: I waited over 20 minutes just to get dropped off at the local Enterprise in the area because the driver had to get gas for a 2023 Volkswagen SUV Atlas. This driver kept saying how new the vehicle was, which was such a sales pitch for me to trade in my car.#4: I waited over 15 minutes just to get my car when I returned to pick up my car.The only good thing happened during my visit was that they didn't charge me a diagnostic fee. They recommended a bunch of services (brake fluid exchange, tire rotation, replace spark plugs) which was not in my budget other than changing my spark plug, which was affected as well due to the coolant issue.Overall, I had such a negative experience @Leith Volkswagen Raleigh. I'll never go back there for any ANYTHING. I knew the Fayetteville location wouldn't have any openings, so that why I went to Leith Volkswagen. The Fayetteville location is much better.I found @euromotionautomotive by desperately searching Google, and I am glad I did because they were able to identify the issue with my coolant within an hour. The guys in the front offered exceptional customer service experience, which I appreciate after the catastrophic experience I had at @Leith Volkswagen Raleigh. @euromotionautomotive offers affordable pricing for all their services as well. The mechanics did such a good job, and I am still in awe of the service I received. Some of them are former workers at Volkswagen so you'll be in good hands.Check them out today, you'll be glad you did. I almost traded in my car out of panic and fear that my car would broke down on the road with me. But I got so much hope and confidence from @euromotionautomotive that my car will run for a few more months until I am able to upgrade to another car by paying cash. @euromotionautomotive will be my one stop shop for all my car repair needs going forward. Euromotion was able to fit me in next day and their communication during the job was excellent. All of the guys here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and have excellent communication skills. I am completely saddened by this auto shop. At first things seemed great, until I picked up my vehicle yesterday and noticed that my clock and keys were not working anymore. My keys do not lock/unlock my car now and the clock on the dash is completely off. The clock is one thing but for the keys, this is a big issue as I have to manually lock all the doors every time.I have had my car for 5 years and never had these issues.When I spoke to Alex he was always nice, except he began dancing around my concerns. When I spoke to a supervisor named Bobby/Phoby, he was rude. He was not hearing me out and insinuated that I was lying about the issues his shop caused my vehicle to have afterwards. He even proceeded to hang up the phone on me.I have been nothing but patient, kind and professional towards these men. And as a first time customer who paid almost $600 to receive such poor customer service after I made my payment is disheartening.As a business you should make things right with the customer for a mistake your establishment made. Not accuse the customer and proceed to say that you will not provide anything for free. I never asked for anything to be free, but to make things right.I don t know if because I am a minority women that they chose to try and take advantage, but either way, I will not bring my vehicle back to Euromotion.Very disappointed.

I am so grateful for the team that works here. Thank you all so much for your wise advise and support. Alex and Fabi are by far the best service advisors I have ever worked with since I got to NC. I got the following services done in record time: transmission fluid and filter service, remove and replace DSG transmission pan gasket, and a carbon cleaning of intake system on my 2012 Volkswagon cc (Sedan) with 121,000 miles. If you have one of these vehicles, you certainly need to take it to this shop for repair and maintenance services.My visit yesterday (15June23), helped saved my engine from blowing up with me on the road. I drive an average of 90 min each day to work, so maintenance is a big deal for me. I'll continue to go to @euromotionautomotive for all my car services and repairs because:1. They are so friendly and they care about people.2. Affordable pricing compare to the dealership.3. They are honest and transparent.I also like their text messaging and service update processes, which is so efficient and user friendly, especially for people who are constantly on-the-go.I thought microscopes were only use in a medical setting, but I was completely blown away by the technology and equipment they use to diagnose my car problems.Give them a call today, you'll be happy you did.
