I purchased a Range Rover in NC online without physically looking it over. Was having it driven north. Had the vehicle inspected at Euro Motors before the 600 mile trip.Unfortunately the LR3 needed some repairs before it could safely make the journey.Doc spent a lot of time on the phone with me discussing the issues. The cost actually came in lower than I was originally told...THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!!Great customer service, wish they had a shop up north.Also, the LR3 made the trip no problem!!!Thanks guys

Justin and his team are top notch mechanics. They are very thorough on the evaluation and repairs necessary on your vehicle and they don't replace any parts that are not absolutely crucial to it's operation. They don't take in your car and just throw a bunch of parts and labor at it and hope it fixes the problem. I was informed of all repairs needed and was given a fair and accurate cost before they were made. I felt like they genuinely cared about my car and how happy I was with the work they performed. Highly unusual these days! I can't say enough good things about Euro Motors and how pleased I was with their service department. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a European import vehicle and I feel confident that the repairs will be much less than the dealership!

Justin took great care of me and my 5 series when I was having a suspension issue that other shops couldn t figure out. He s so easy to work with, caring, and a genuine auto enthusiast who gets it. would give 6 stars if I could.

I purchased a 13 Evoque pure from a local dealer in June. It has had some quirks shocking for a Rover. I had a PIP prior to buying the vehicle and was given a green light. For me it was an upgrade and working in the Great Smokies I need the AWD capabilities of the Evoque . Then boom the Battery goes dead two days later Radiator explodes. Followed by warning lights and power steering failure the next morning. I've had the car for just over a month, when the estimated repairs from JLR was $8,0000 a private shop turned me away and said no,the repairs exceed the trade in value of the car. At this point I'm looking to just sell it or trade . The best offer was $551.00 for the car as is that would be a loss of over $13,000. I took one more chance and contacted Euro Motors spoke to Justin he is the Service Advisor there told him what was going on. Bring it by he said so I did the shop is clean and they all are kind and professional. The car went in they tested it drove it and yes I need a new steering rack. Now here is the best part they will be replacing the rack for a price that I can live with $2,700.00. It hurts when you buy a car from a dealer and when you call and tell them what happened they laugh and hang up. I own the car outright and well with a bit more work Justin and Doc will be my Evoque's Mechanics. Honest, clean,well appointed workshop and a well trained staff. If your vehicle is a Rover this is your place.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair

Took my old model X5 for an oil leak. Justin was able to identify additional issues and spoke honestly about the cost and expectations to help me make an educated decision. I appreciate your honesty and will be back to see you if I ever have vehicle issues or even before I buy another used vehicle.

I was in the area visiting family for Thanksgiving. After driving for 7 hours I noticed I was leaking oil. After reading the reviews for Euro Motors I called to see if, the day before thanksgiving, they could take a look at my Cayenne. They were able to squeeze me in, diagnosed my problem and repair it the same day.

I m pretty fresh to the Land Rover scene and have been bringing my 01 Discovery to euro motors for a couple months now. While this is my first Land Rover, it is definitely not my first car and I can say that without a doubt, Doc and the guys at euro motors are the most personable and professional people I ve ever brought a vehicle to. On top of that their level of expertise is unparalleled in the area, and the quality of their work is incredible. Prices are unbelievably fair and they always get everything done in a timely manner. Came in due to my car being low on coolant and they were able to see me same day. Turns out the car was barely low and it may be a newish BMW thing. They topped me off at no charge and said to come back if the warning comes back on. Thank you!

When you need reliable service for your luxury import, give Justin, Doc, and the team at Euro Motors a call. I trust them to reliably diagnose my issue and recommend a solution. They will do what is needed and not recommend unnecessary services or repairs. I have been taking my GLC 300 and my wife s C 250 to them for the past four years and highly recommend them. And their new location has a sweet waiting room too!

FIRST time coming here and for sure WON'T be my last...There is a reason these guys have been in business as long as they have. Unmatched Land Rover/Ranger Rover knowledge paired with exceptional customer service. Justin and the team at Euro Motors went above and beyond to make sure my 2012 RR L322 was ready for a long 3K+ mile road trip.I was able to book a routine service and oil change super last minute before a major holiday. Work was done within a matter of hours and my Rover left their shop fully detailed, looking and driving brand new. I asked Justin several times if a few items outside of the standard checkup needed to be done that day and he confidently reassured me that they could wait after thorough inspection. Not once did they try to sell me on unneeded maintenance or part replacements..."Shocking" right?!I can't recommend these guys enough, I left fully confident that they will keep this Rover and any of my other vehicles running for a long time.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I didn't use them this trip because they were booked for a week out...they referred me to their competition. Doc and Justin both know how flipped out I can get about anything going wrong on my 17 year old Range Rover. They never make me feel my concerns are over reactions or being petty which, most of the time they are. I have bought two Range Rovers from them and all service has been done exclusively by them. I think it's a very confident business that refers regular customers away and trusts that they will be back. Which I will be.

I've gone here for several years, and have a friend who introduced me to them and still uses them too. These guys are great, and they stand behind their work. They are the most reasonable guys I've found for BMW work. I've been a loyal Euro Motors customer since 2017 and can sincerely say Richard, Doc, Dan and the rest of the Euro Motors crew have always provided the absolute best customer service for both of my Land Rovers. I trust them with any work required, from routine oil changes up to replacing the engine in an old Discovery 2 that I now daily drive. Doc always takes time to clearly explain his recommendations, reasoning and associated costs item by item before we agree to moving forward with anything. THE place to go in Raleigh for Land Rover service at a fair price. They know all the quirks and problem spots on your Land Rover... and believe me there are quite a few. I had to get fairly major work done - timing chains replaced on my 2016 LR4. They went to bat for me with my extended warranty company to get it covered and also finished the work up quickly so I could get it back before the Thanksgiving holiday. Naturally there were a couple of extras they recommended while they were that deep in the engine... coolant crossover pipe, water pump, etc. Well known LR failure points. ...replaced basically for the cost of the parts - a rare good deal when it comes to Land Rover service. Will continue to use them as long as I own a Land Rover.... which hopefully won't be too much longer.

Let's face it, Land Rovers are corky cars, and average technicians can not work on them. Euro Motors have specialized technicians on Land Rovers and they managed to fix an issue that another shop couldn't address. Definitely recommend.

I want to thank Euro Motors of Raleigh for the excellent service I received for my Audi A3. They gave me the exact diagnosis for my vehicle, and they fixed the issues. These guys are the best friendly professionals. They took care of my 11 year old Audi towards end of its life. When I took my Audi to fix a fuel leak, they called me back saying, there is a factory recall and asked me to get it fixed for free at Audi dealer. How much more professional can they get?Their quote to fix my Tension belt was $300 less than Pep Boys. They advised me to get rid of this aging Audi, which aligned with my thoughts. They are the perfect Car Doctor. Thanks Justin and team. You guys are awesome

Replaced the cats and fixed a troublesome electrical issue on our Range Rover Sport that another garage spent two weeks - unsuccessfully - trying to diagnose. I've taken my 2010 Camry to Euro Motors multiple times and each time I've been satisfied with the quality of service I received. Most of my appointments/drop ins have been spur of the moment and each time my car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is friendly and will go above to figure out what "I think" lol is wrong with my car-even if my descriptions are way off or if I text after hours. I am honestly so disappointed in how rude and disrespectful they were. Whoever the owner was, was so disrespectful and couldn t even uphold to their high standards of quality work. I have taken both of my Range Rovers and BMWs here and paid thousands of dollars to them and was a happy customer. I came back for their quality work on all my European cars. I come back to get it checked up because clearly Im not a professional, and they could not uphold the price that they told me on the phone. At this point the price is irrelevant, but its the fact that they got so hostile for nothing. Maybe it was race related, who knows. I will just say that I will never take any of my cars and will spread negative comments about this place from now on. If i could put no stars I really would. Thats how utterly disappointed I am about this experience.Update:I agreed to their price even after they told me that the price over the phone was not right. They stated that they would call the police to have me removed after I asked why they could not service me anymore AFTER I agreed to the price. Like I stated before, It was during that moment that they became very hostile and disrespectful. In their response back they state that they did not service me, I have been serviced there plenty of times before not solely w/ the car I brought in, but others as well. Clearly they do not care about their previous customers. I have both a 2012 and 2018 Range Rover that have gone there for serious problems. My 2018 even came back to me with the windshield cracked when it got an evap leak fixed. I didn t even post a review because I was so pleased with their work. Yet, a simple maintenance check couldn t even be performed on my 2012. Shameful.
