Spoke over the phone was very nice very much recommend for any kind of mechanic stuff All I had was a check engine light that needed checked did it for me no hesitation didn't have to wait or anything very much appreciate it

Went in Sept 22 this year, got all new tires put on my car. Declined some services at that time. Went to change my brakes today and a lug nut on the back passenger side tire was cross threaded. That only happens if the mechanic is incompetent or sleazy. They were mad at the time that I declined a service so I am only led to believe they did it out of spite. Since the lug nut was cross threaded the lug stud had to be broken off. Ernie Lee has been great in the past but after this will not be returning.

I am so thankful for the team over at Ernie Lee's, they are very knowledgeable - everyone is willing to do the best thing for you and your vehicle. I literally had my car fixed and then found myself stranded on the side of the road for a completely different reason but they were willing to tow the car, check the engine code and advise me on the best next steps. Donnie and Eric are amazing and I am just thankful to have a place that goes above and beyond for their customers.

Have driven by here so many times and wondered if it really was the family type small business that it looked like. It seems to be. I got my car inspected and hung around in the lobby just to watch how they dealt with customers and each other. Friendly and looked very competent as well. I'll be bringing more of my business here, for sure.FYI: though they have gas pumps outside, the inside is not like your typical gas station. There are a few small honey bun type things, and some drinks in the fridge, but it's mostly auto parts, like car batteries and oil filters, etc.

I had a fantastic experience at Ernie Lee s Service Center. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly. I was impressed by their integrity; they only recommended necessary services. Plus, their quick service had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend for trustworthy and efficient car care!

I went in November 23rd looking for a quote and they were unfriendly, had barely any parking, and they just guessed as to what the issue to my car then quoted me an extremely high price! I went to other places and each one took an actual look at my car and quoted me barely half of what they were trying to charge me ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

Everyone was super friendly, and they re incredibly quick! I went in for an inspection, and I was out of there in about 15 minutes. Will definitely be back!

I have exclusively used Ernie's since 2007 and I have always received great service at a fair price. They even work with my extended warranty company so I don't have to which just saved me 6K for a new transmission. Getting busy. But Mr. Lee is always kind and courteous. He does what it takes to keep you from walking. Place has been there forever. Workers are skilled and courteous. No B.S. on the work. Very trustworthy. Wonderful family business.

Ms. Kristy Allen their service advisor has excellent customer service skills and they serviced my truck in an awesome timely manner. I will be taking all my cars in the future to Ms. Kristy at Ernie Lee's . Also their prices for replacing my radiator and recharging my compressor was very reasonable. Thanks Erine Lee.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, reasonable priced, and felt welcomed. Family business is definitely the way to go. I have been taking our two vehicles to Ernie Lee s for the last year and a half and have had great experiences every time. One shop told me I needed all new AC in our 08 Accord, but EL s determined the AC was over filled and fixed it for very little $. It has been working great ever since. I have had at least ten oil changes that all went well. And they fixed a rough idle on our van quickly and efficiently for a fair price. I have also had my inspections done there. My first experience here was great. My car was on its last leg with an unexpected radiator issue, they were able to fix it. They made me aware of some other issues they had diagnosed and educated me on what I should do but left it up to me to fix, which I appreciated.When my engine light came on a few months later I wanted to return for their help after having a great experience. I called and set up an appointment for the next morning. I brought my car in and left it. I stayed at a friend's house nearby while I waited for my car, they were working on it first thing. After waiting and not hearing anything for more than 5 hours, I called to get an update. It took a second for them to remember which car, and then said there were no problems, that the light had been triggered falsely. I said was it ready to be picked and the mechanic happily said oh yes. I was thankful nothing was wrong, but very frustrated since I had been waiting for my car to be fixed and it had been quickly solved. I could have done other things with my day. When I went to pick the car up they had misplaced my key and I waited in the office for a few minutes while they searched, that made it worse. They did not charge me for that visit.I wanted to give them a second chance since I liked them, and returned for them to take a look at my car again when the engine light came on and it was running off. I called in the morning to see if they had availability and they said bring it at noon, they could potentially look at it that day but definitely in the morning. So I dropped it off at noon. The next day at 2 pm I still had heard no word, so I called and was informed that they had not yet looked at my car, that it was next. I was informed that they might look at it today but I would not be done until the next morning. I understand that unexpected things can happen and it may have pushed their time off, but they could at least have made me aware so I could plan (I do not have other means of transportation), especially after affirming that they would be done in the morning. I was very frustrated, especially since they had a $125 diagnostic fee they were now charging that did not make sense to me. I picked my car up before they looked at it because I now want to find another mechanic. This may be a good place for you to try out but not for me anymore.

Fast and friendly service. Truly one of the last operating gas stations with a working garage. I've had them do everything from inspections to carburetor rebuilding to brake jobs. All without complaint and priced within reason.

Came here cause my tire was leaking air. Quintin found a nail, removed it, plugged the tire, and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes and I only had to get out of my car to pay (and it was cheap!). Good service

These guys are so awesome. I had to make a last-minute stop today because I hit a curb, and they accommodated me with no issue. A month ago, I brought it in to get a second opinion on an issue that another shop said would be $3000 to fix. Ernie Lees left me reassured that my car looked fine and there were no repairs needed, and today replaced a tire at super last minute. Very fair and reasonable body shop! I highly recommended them!

When I moved to this side of town I went to Ernie Lee s for an oil change mostly because it was the closest place to my house and it has become my favorite place by far to get work done on my car. They are super fast, fair, and don t make me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars. I have a great experience every time I have to take my car or my husbands car here. Highly recommend even if there are other places closer to you! Worth the tripService: Oil change

We have been going to Ernie Lee's Service Center for about 7 years for all of our cars' needs. I trust his expertise, and they are the most honest repair shop I've ever been to. Hands down the best place to take your car.

Great location. Seems to look busy but the guys up front came out and assisted me. Got my oil change done and noted I had some leaks. Got them repair and even offer original brand parts. I've driven by this place many times, as I live close by, but had never stopped here before. I ordered tires online and this place was the closest installer listed, so I had my new tires shipped here for installation. I was very impressed by how fast they were, and the price to install 4 tires was very reasonable and cost less than I thought it would. I think Mr. Ernie Lee actually came out and chatted with me for a few minutes. He was a very friendly guy. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future when my car needs servicing again.Service: Tires

Love them! Very honest and great customer service (which is hard to find these days). They appreciate their customers and we are treated as " people" and not just a number. My 87 year old mother goes there and they sold her tires at a reasonable rate and didn't take advantage of her.

Whoever says, "I can't trust a mechanic" has not been to Ernie Lee's. This family owned business has no time to screw around with the diagnosis of your car. He and his staff are too busy for that. They find the problem, fix it and your done. Reasonably priced is an understatement. Yes, there is an Ernie. He's friendly, caring and kind. He knows his business and has a well trained staff. You can rely on Ernie with your car.

I went here for the first time for an oil change in my truck. They went above and beyond! Service manager was honest and explained everything in detail. Got me in faster than expected. Even did diagnosis for an issue I was having for Free! Saved me over $100+ in diagnostic fees. Will never take my truck anywhere else for routine maintenance. Highly recommend!!

Recently my everyday driving car stalled on me and I ran diagnostics; the alternator failed. I got the battery charged up and since I was feeling lucky, decided to take the car to the nearest shop around -Ernie lee Shock on me $690 (parts and labor) to replace a failed alternator. I gave the okay to fix, only to get a call, the starter is bad...my scratch off winning luck was dwindling fast. Gave the okay to fix it, another call, the starter we put in got fried by the relay switch and we had to replace it. you guessed it $$$.. I picked up the car and drove it for a week, the car will not start!As I write this, the car is on a tow truck to a different auto repair shop for a fix.Need a unreliable auto repair and sticker shock, visit Ernie Lees.
