Deer damage to my car. Econo Auto Painting did a great job putting everything back together. I bought all the parts via salvage and they got me going again. There was some over spray in the cabin and on the tires. Overall very happy with what I paid and what I got. It's a commuter car so I didn't need anything fancy. I appreciate the speed and value having had to pay out of pocket for the repairs myself. Thank you!

Chris, Miagi, Mike, and the fellas went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. I ve had 8 or 10 paint jobs from these fellas between Greensboro and Raleigh locations they always go out of their way for me. I appreciate you guys!! ** Last 4 pics is our 4Runner a year after paint and first buff/wax. It s driven daily at and on the beach!

went for a paint job 6 months ago. They messed up my alternator and battery by leaving hood prop over terminals which they reimbursed and told me I can come back and get a touch up done for free just for them to tell me I don't have it in writing. This was my first time getting a car painted ever and will be the last time I go here!!

5/18 On Monday we got a quote in the morning and that same afternoon we dropped off the car. Wed mid day 5/20 car was ready for pick up. The price for an additional clear coat was well worth the money! The car looks BRAND NEW! They fixed the hole in the trunk from a BB gun. If you want an affordable paint job, look no further. Steve and his guys will get the job done. I will definitely be back for any other paint jobs.

I wouldn t recommend this place to anybody. I had my car painted here and returned 3 times because of bubbles and now the paint is peeling. Very unprofessional service think twice before spending your hard working money.

I've been so nervous to pull the trigger on getting our family's old Honda Accord painted. We didn't want to spent 10K, but didn't want to go so cheap that it looks like it was done with spray paint. I was referred to these guys and Chris, and the other Chris, were both extremely polite and patient with our questions. To get our entire car painted was less than $600 and the results are incredible. We had one spot that they even offered to repaint because they weren't satisfied with the final results. This is a real find!! Thank you all for the incredible experience - we will be back!!

I know reviews are mixed, but I like this place. The work is good quality for the price. You have to take into account what you're paying for. If you expect the moon, look elsewhere. The manager listens and the staff is friendly. I've used them twice. Would/will go back.

Had body work done and got my entire car painted. These guys did a fantastic job. Not only did Steve take the time to go over the work that needed done,he also made me feel very reassured about the process and had a great attitude. My car was ready earlier than the day qouted. My car looked amazing. I could not be happier and the price was a great deal. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Econo gets two thumbs up.

Did a great job painting my car for an affordable price. Customer service was great and they offer a warranty. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they said my car would be ready on a Friday, so I made plans for transportation based on that, and it wasn't ready until the following Tuesday.

1st The owner of the shop is a great guy. But he has employees that don't get it. I had a car painted here. And I had to have it returned because the paint did not cover well on the lower part of the doors and rear bumper it was like you could see the old paint under the new paint. Also they did not do a good job of taping off the car because they got paint on the rubber window trim and windows and mirrors. I returned it and they resprayed the doors and bumper. But this time the clear had runs in it. And they didn't get the paint off the rubber. 7 hundred plus dollars later had a painted car with all types of imperfections. . I decided to cut my losses at this point. Because the guys doing the painting and paint prep. At this shop are no better that someone doing it in their backyard.

Horrible paint job. Car received paint job on the front of my car and had work done from an accident only for him to tell me afterwards that they don t do frame work when I realized my car still looked off ... when during the consultation he ensured they could fix everything.4 months past and front bumper and the front of my car looks horrible. Peeling like crazy I m embarrassed riding around like this and Steve the owner acted like he could careless just kept asking for a receipt not realizing how inconvenient this is for me. The workers look like all they do is play all day he just wants the money. If you want a long lasting paint job DO NOT go here. If I could give zero stars I would and I rarely leave reviews but I had to on this one. Please spend your money elsewhere smh.

They have done a great job with painting more car,but didn't keep it long enough for the paint to cure.they leave it up to you to take care of it while the paint is still fresh,and they over charge me for painting my car.they said to me if I pull off the stickers and spoiler and take off much as I could.the less they have to do far as prep, the cheapest it will be for you.after pulling my front grill, spoiler,stickers,sun guards and taping my head lights, took off my back up camera.they only took off $60. .they was charging me$225 for extra prep.and only took off $60 really.then he says well we have to sand were the stickers were on the vehicle.they lied about that, because in my paint,u can see were my stickers were on my car .like I said.i love the paint job,but I was taking advantage of.people please,if u take your car here just be prepared for the (BS).my paint job shouldn't came up to be no more than $540. With tax, after I took all that stuff off .(if they didn't charge me for the lie,I would be satisfied).

Took my 2007 Cadillac in because the trunk of my car needed to be painted, had been there before for my bumper, and was very happy with the work they did, so I took my car back. They matched the color perfectly and did an Excellent job. Steve the manager was the greatest. Excellent Work at a Reasonable Price. THANK YOU SO MUCHPreacherlady

Love my paint job They did a killer job and made me very happy and I tell everyone about it and pass out business cards to people who ask me about my Hot Pink Moulin Rouge paint job , Thank you Steve :)

This last experience has been the worst of four. There were several runs from my paint job, thus me having to pay for extra days on my rental car since they do not cover rental cars. This paint job was done very sloppy and areas that should not be painted area painted and my mirrors and windows have some type of clear gloss on them and it will not come off. I assume that the car was not covered properly to keep this from happening. VERY DISSATISFIED!!Steve is a liar. He tries to cover up for their mistakes. He does not take ownership to their mistakes at all. I got my car back to only find out that my lights do not work. They suggested I go out and buy new bulbs, I did buy new bulbs but only to find out they left my head light unplugged. So I wasted my money going to buy new bulbs. I had to go under the car and find this out on my own after wasting my money buying expensive lights.Chris is a jerk and very undependable!

They worked on our ford escapes roof after the antenna and roof were damaged by a garage door. The work done was not on schedule with what they promised. Although the color match was good, the resulting body work to repair the damaged roof actually caused more damaged on many parts of the roof, roof racks, and weather stripping around said parts. I had to take it back as a lot of the scratches were not properly filled on the first go around and so they had to redo parts of the spoiler again.When all was said and done, I have a painted roof and antenna, but the roof has permanent "crinkles" around all the edges. It's obvious the lack of computerized work orders makes them simply not able to compete or stay organized enough with the volume of vehicles they process. Would recommend for low end paint jobs for older vehicles. Would not recommend for something you want to look factory or literally anything to do with the roof (since most cars are thinner on the roof panels). I will not be going back to this shop. The headliner and interior were also full of body work dust and the headliner had been abused quite a bit. Lesson learned.

Horrible paint job. I plan to take them to small claims court to get my money back.They advertised quality paint jobs. There are runs, tear drops "orange peel" and hand prints throughout the car. I have taken it back to them multiple times and they have not fixed anything. Steve is the worst he acts like he doesn't see anything even when other job employees say they see it. They told me I needed to take the car to a detailer and have them buff the car, I did and they all have said they can't fix it. The car has to be sanded and repainted.

9/22/14. Used a single stage paint on my vehicle when my receipt clearly states 2 top coats of clear. Not sure if they had an untrained employee at the time. I will update this review upon resolution to this situation from the manager Stephen McGinnis.9/29/14. They have not responded to my calls, and refused to put me in contact with the owner of the company. If you choose to get your car painted here, make sure to do your research on paint and check their work asap so you don't make the same mistake that I did. Recently, I had another car painted at Capital City Auto Body in Wake Forest, they're not as dirt cheap as Econo but you get what you pay for! Update 12/4/14, manager refused to speak with me. Did not offer a satisfactory resolution. Beware of this business!!

Terrible Bad Paint JobI took my car to this shop for body repair and painting, at first, I thought the price was good, they got my insurance check, they repaired the damage but not only did they put a bad paint on the car, they put a wrong color on the car, and they completely messed up my car, 3 months after, the new paint is pealing off my car. Do not take your car to this place, they will get your money and give you a bad job, I can prove it.

Painted my Honda Pilot and did body work all down the right side where I had hit something. They did an amazing job both with body work and paint! Super fair price and excellent work. Highly recommend !!

Had a bad experience. Was involved a hit and run accident after having econo painting my car. Unable to get my car fixed by Caliber due to the paint job i had received from this company due to them not being able to warranty their work because of my paint job i had been given by econo.

The price was less than half the price of MAACO I sanded the car myself and Maaco still wanted an extra $500. for prep work over and above the price of the paint job. This is the best paint job i have ever seen from a economy volume shop at any price. I have been buying and selling cars for over 30 years and have had a lot of paint jobs done .I still can't believe it! 1975 Corvette painted and clear coated under $300. I was more than surprised at the results. I have sent 3 of my friends there and they were more than happy. I am ready to bring my second corvette for paint.

I had my car painted at Econo and the paint job was poorly done. Not only could you see the previous color, but the owner was very rude. He told me to bring the car back so they could fix it. I would not recommend this place to get your car painted. Poor service and a rude owner.

Charged twice. paid for when lt I dropped off part to be painted company policy. I had no problem with it paid cash .The manger was on vacation.The assistant didn't mark my receipt paid . When to pick part never called to say it was ready. The manger was there said he had no info that I had paid . The assistant came up and lied about the payment. I asked if they had camera to review they don't. Reminded of company policy pay cash before work could be done .why did they do the work if I hadn't paid. Could not explain. Made me pay again . Paint work was good . But not worth double price ..

Very poor job... Went in over three mo the ago to get my door fixed due to a wreck and get it painted.. The job is terrible. Once I got it home In the sun u can see where they put compound on door but u can see where they put it... Car had alot of pain drips and runs ... They painted my chrome tip on my muffler. I wasn't going to put a review but Everytime I look at my car it really upsets me the job they done... Robin Spruill

My truck went in wrecked and came out wrecked but worse. Claim they did body work and charged me nicely for it. My proof that they screwed me over is when I picked up my truck, my brakes didn't work, my power steering didn't work. Don't these people know I drove my truck up there and everything worked just fine even though it was wrecked. Kicker is they had to also drive my truck from the outside to inside....with noooo problem turning or stopping. Got my trucked towed to another shop, because I couldn't stop or steer, where they laughed at my truck. This guy took my front end off and showed me what they did. Nothing. They actually put my truck back together with literally 3 bolts, the wrong bumper, headlight assy cracked and broken, still, which is why when I 1st picked up my truck the lights were just hanging, a rigged green wire to keep my hood closed. I thought this was a paint AND body shop. If they couldn't do the job, Steve shouldn't have given me an estimate and took on the job. I know some people are reading this and saying naw, she's over exaggerating a lil too much, but no I'm not. They know what they did was wrong bc when I went back to my truck waiting for the tow guy, employees and "him" couldn't stop going in and out looking, going to cars like they forgot something. It's called being paranoid when you do wrong and you think someone is out to get you. People, save your car/truck, time, and $$$ and just go somewhere else....anywhere but there. My truck was only 2 weeks old and I hit a patch of black ice and wrecked. Now my truck looks like a stunt car waiting to get smashed by the monster truck...my truck looks like hell, the deep dark creepy part of hell. Now I'm having to spend MORE $$$ to get EVERYTHING DONE (can't say redone bc it was never done by the fast talking creeps!)

The worse experience with a paint shop ever in my life !! I took my 99 Tahoe to get painted there and they said they were gonna sand it all the way down and re do the paint job , I got it back and there were so many runs down the side paint on the trim of my windows and didn't even fully paint my mirrors I wanted painted I can still see the black , so I took it to them again to redo and everything was still the same if not worse I highly consider not going to this paint shop for any paint work !!

20 foot paint job.. only looks good from 20 ft away.. paid $680 for a job i could have done better myself.. there was no presand.. they just painted over the old paint.. the cracks show through.. there is overspray and drips.. one place was clearly not block sanded leaving a bump.. very disappointed.. the car was a 97 honda prelude color originally black changed to white. Last name on work order was LewisUPDATE: after less then 4 monthes the paint is cracking badly in some places and out right flaking off in others.. additional pictures added..AVOID THIS PLACE!
