These guys were good about regularly communicating with me. Really appreciated my interaction with Angel in particular. The service to my vehicle was thorough. They attended to details they could have easily ignored and I would have never known until later on. A very good outfit to work with.

Everyone that helped me at Duke Collision was wonderful! They worked with the insurance company of the person who damaged my car, while also coordinating with the rental car company to ensure I was covered the whole time my car was being worked on. They were transparent about all the work they did. My car was ready a whole day before I expected it to be complete, and it was very clean when I picked it up. Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs auto body repairs! It was a painless process working with them.

My daughter hit a deer someone left in the road after they hit it while on her way to work on a dark morning, a couple of months back. We got her Challenger back yesterday from Duke. It looks perfect. It sounds perfect. It's super clean and is all back together. The greatest part about this place is they CALLED us every single step of the way. We were never once in the dark on the nearly $7500 worth of damage to her car. You don't get service like this very many places these days.Thank you so very much. She's happy again (driving dad's Hyundai just isn't the same. )Ps. Dropped off my truck after it was hit by a deer on right front fender. Took over 3.5 weeks to complete the job. After picking up my truck found additional damage/paint chips in hood of truck that was on top of the fade paint job they complete. Duke Collision failed to take responsibility for the damage that occurred in their shop why they had it for 3.5 weeks. When I returned home, found all the damaged material that was replaced I.e. fenders (etc) in the back of my truck. At this point not a place I would recommend to anyone, waiting for a call back by the owner to see he is willing to address damage that occurred at his shop.

I truly believe most of these good reviews are fake or bought this has to be the WORST company to bring your car to and I m not exaggerating what so ever Husbands car went over a median and had suspension issues and alignment issues they were pretty bad we chose Duke collision cause our insurance company had them on their list of companies we should select from god I wish we didn t the first time we dropped our car off it took them over a month to fix it when I looked at an itemized receipt it was only 32 hours of work we ended up having to pay out of pocket for our rental because it took them more than 30 days to repair they kept adding additional things to the ticket to bill our insurance company.. picked our car up after over a month they refused to give my husband his car saying we should have received a check from our insurance company and they will also need that I seen they got paid over 6k directly from national general so I was confused they swore we received a check for 1k nope it was a direct pay out from our insurance company so they had already received the funds ok stuff happens we got our car the next day no apology for their wrong or nothing okay 7 days go by and my husband is in the car with our 3 year old and the engine just stops this place does not double check their work they are money hungry we have had to bring our car back not once but 2x to them to fix issues they created from their sloppy work and not for a 3rd time the engine has stopped again because they did not replace something correctly which caused my hoses to rip and thermostat to over heat another mechanic even said it was THEIR wrongdoing 3k worth of work and these people could care a less PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE here check their bb reviews those are real these CANT be all they want is money and they don t even do the work or close to good work go elsewhere!!!!

Great staff, very responsive. A "little hiccup" originally when I thought they were open on a holiday and brought my car in AFTER they confirmed the appointment via text; it was not open, though I did get a call that day apologizing for the error. Brought the car in shortly after that. Otherwise, great job and nice folks. Parts delays resulted in a delay and they kept me abreast of the delays appropriately.Service: Painting

The experience with Duke was absolutely refreshing! They are a team of professionals that make you feel like family. I needed to get my Chevy 1500 repaired (deep scratches and dents on the outer panel). They took the truck, explained the process and provided updates along the way until it was complete. The repairs came out perfect. The paint was a perfect match and it's as if it never happened. Recently had some body work done to my truck after an accident. First time using Duke Collision. I dealt with Julian. Julian and all the staff provided great customer service. They let me bring my truck in to see the damage. The other places I contacted wanted me to initially only send text photos of damage. Where Duke let me bring in for them to see initially. The work they did looks great and I felt the price was fair.Definitely recommend Duke Collision.

Decided its time to tell the truth on this place. I came to them to get non damaged based repairs to my car to do things like replace aging door handles, repair bumper clips and weatherstripping. Had a very good experience till two things occurred. 1. I noticed damage to my doors which have door protectors that was not there previously. Of which they were very petty and proceeded to go around my car with tape that they did not removed till i asked, and left plenty on, trying to point out all the previous damage. This was real shallow and a act of defiance against my concern. Just spray the door with cheap paint like u did and move on. Of which was not clear coated so had to be repaired again. 2. Was all the poor work. Fog lights left undone which required mechanical intervention from another person, missing and likely broken tabs where they think the customer wont notice like rear bumber tabs. Some poor repairs of mechanical features like the door handles. All in all they checked the boxes for a price I agreed upon but left woe stricken over the repair industry as a whole now.

Thank you Duke Collision for the fantastic job you did on my car, the car looks and run excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional. My car was repaired timely. I highly recommend that anyone looking for collision repair talk to them first.

Road into the location was a pothole filled dirt road in desparate need of grading. That said, they were efficient at getting the vehicle in and out of the shop for the estimate.

Stay away from this business. I brought my car in on Dec 12 and pick up my car on Jan 2. Almost 2 month for a small damage. They claimed with my insurance to the max they could. I was not going to leave them a review until my car was in another acident later this year and i brought my car in to another body shop and they told me that so many part was damaged from the previous acident didn't get replaced. These people are not honest people and their work ethic are far from decent.Service: Body & Trim

WORST BODY SHOP YOU CAN GO IN THE TRIANGLE. DON T BE FOOLED by the good reviews like I did because these are probably stories their friends post. From the moment the tow truck left my at the shop I knew I made a mistake choosing them cause they were rude and talked to me with an attitude on the phone. They took almost 7 months to fix my car and the end result was a car with a defective paint job, unrepaired damages and low quality parts. The car had to be taken elsewhere. Thanks Duke Collision for the nightmare I had to go through. GO TO A SHOP WITH EXPERIENCE and thank me later.

I brought my car here after I hit a deer and Duke collision took complete care of me. They handle everything for me with my insurance. When I picked up my car at the end of the repairs my car looked amazing. They even washes it for me. I highly recommend this shop

Absolutely DO NOT USE this company if you can avoid, please do at all costs. Zero to no communication, changing stories, poor customer service and workmanship, after having my vehicle for FIVE, yes FIVE months, my car was ultimately released to me with more damage than it went to Duke collision with. I went through my insurance who also had to get involved to investigate conduct of this shop, and still I was left with out of pocket costs due to this ordeal. My original estimate of work they submitted themselves to insurance, some how more than QUADRUPLED and every week they found another issue after telling me all was fixed. I can absolutely back up all claims made on this review with proof as well. I should have paid more attention to reviews pertaining to Duke collision. Also small add on, if you re like me and pick this shop due to their advertisement of having loaner vehicles , reconsider please, because you will be disappointed.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Even if you were my enemy I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU to go to Duke Collision for your body shop needs. They painted the edges of plastic trim in my car because they were lazy enough to not remove the trim parts. My doors were not assembled properly so latch wouldn t work correctly. They admitted their mistakes but wanted me to pay for their labor to fix it when I complained management treated me like trash and told me they changed their mind and now I would have to pay for both labor and parts. They asked me to leave their shop without fixing the damages.

The worst body shop center!! They take long to fix your car! Took my car apart, they lost my car pieces and forgot to put them back when they turn in my car and they left all the wires out and exposed with out beeing covered in a safe way how the car was at the beginning. Over all my complaint was ignored and not fix after paid them the money! . Response to Duke colisi�n : Lies, lies and more lies. Customers be aware these people are not professionals either as technicians or providing customer service. We were treated horribly and a rude hispanic lady tried to intimidate us, yelling at us, screaming, running and jumping all over the place. They caused multiple hidden or hard to see but still proven damages to my vehicle. Don t get fooled by their polite responses on google. Go somewhere else or pay the price of coming to this terrible place.

Normally I do not write reviews for places but felt it was needed after my experience.Pros: The main damage on my car is fixed. The paint job looks good and the door opens and closes like it should.Cons:- Communication was lacking. I had to call multiple times to get an update on my vehicle. I was initially told it would take one week to 10 days to fix my car and it ended up taking almost 3 weeks. The pick up date for my car was pushed back over, and over, and over again. The estimate I received did not even include an estimated time of completion so I was relying on the word of someone who may not have known how long it was going to take. I did not find out until the end that I was supposed to be getting text updates about my car but did not receive a single text the entire time. No one asked me if I was getting the text updates either. I had to call for an update almost every time. When they didn't pick up I left a message but no one called me back.- I pick up the car and find that the scratches on the back bumper from the accident are still there and not fixed or painted over. The job was 90% done and the scratches were just left there.- The cost of the estimate versus the final price was a difference of over $1500. Thankfully insurance was willing to pay for it but if they had denied that I would have had to pay out of pocket.Overall, it was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a repair shop. This was way more stressful than it needed to be. If communication had been better, maybe the experience would have been different. I highly suggest double checking with people that they are receiving text updates if that is the main way they are communicating with clients.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

had a good experience with Duke collision when they fixed a smashed rear door on my Jeep. They replaced the door and color-matched everything perfectly. The quality of work was excellent and the price was great. They seem to be very busy and so it took a while to finish the job. This didn't bother me but might be something to negotiate up front with them if you're time constrained. I hope I don't need their services again but I'd happily go back and have recommended them to friends.Services: Scratch removal, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Very positive experience. I chose this shop because of the great reviews and I'm glad I did. They didn't just do a top-notch job repairing my 2014 Honda Accord - it's as good as new - they demonstrated from the first interaction that they were professional, transparent, and customer-focused. Another driver's insurance company was paying for my repairs, and they tried to steer me to one of their preferred shops. The problem with that is that those in-network shops are on the side of the insurance company, not yours. Julian took excellent care of me and my car from the get-go. Explained the entire process, went line by line through the estimate, and answered all my questions. Worth repeating - the car came back good as new. They replaced the bumper, quarter panel, and headlight, and matched the paint color flawlessly. You'd never know my car was in an accident. They do high quality work here and treated me extremely well.Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend this shop. They did a great job repairing my work truck and as an added bonus cleaned the interior, I think it s the cleanest it s ever been. Customer service was awesome. The guy that helped me, Julian, took the time to explain the repairs so I could make an informed decision on what work to have done. I will definitely use this shop again if god forbid I have another busted vehicle.

Please, please, please, please. I beg you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This people don t know what they are doing. I SWEAR I had never seen in my whole life this lack of technical knowledge and capacity. They remove auto parts and after when you need to pick up your car you need to teach them how to install them even when these are OEM not to mention they use the wrong screws and parts may be missing. They caused damages to my vehicle and they didn t want to pay for them. Horrible place, horrible customer service, they take forever to do simple work and they made my vehicle unsafe to drive.Service: Body & Trim

Went to Duke Collission to get my front bumper replaced after a collision. They did a fantastic job. Julian was extremely helpful in explaining the issue and kept me informed throughout the entire time. They returned my car well in advance, than the time they had estimated.
