We had two broken rims and Sway was able to get the matching models shipped overnight and install them the next day. Great service and the shop is very nice where we could spend the time until our truck was ready. Super friendly service - very happy customers

Great car shop. Quality work and they stand by the product. I had an issue with an install that ended up being because of an old part on my tail light. They took another look and helped me find the solution.

Called in looking for honest advice. Spoke with gentleman named Leo and he was extremely professional. I looked up everything we spoke of and even shopped around. Out of ALL of the audio stores in the area, he was the only one to be honest with me and didn t try to sell me over the phone. Because of him, they earned my business!

I have been here for my tint and my car audio. Both times I have had great experiences with the employees. They're knowledgeable, kind and do their best do make sure you leave satisfied. I had been booked during their lunch hour and they still went out of their way to make sure my car was taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tint or a better audio experience!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at David Loud Car Audio. After paying $300, not only were the initial problems with my car unresolved, but new issues were also carelessly introduced. When I took my car in, there were no warning lights on the dashboard. However, upon retrieval, I was greeted with an ABS light, a hill light, and a brake light glaring at me - all new problems that didn t exist before.This is a clear indication of negligent service and a lack of professional skill. The fact that I was charged a substantial amount for what can only be described as subpar work is unacceptable. It is evident that there was either a lack of understanding or a blatant disregard for the proper care and maintenance of my vehicle.This was not just a minor oversight; it was a complete failure in providing the basic level of service expected from a professional car audio service. I strongly advise against using their services. The incompetence demonstrated by their team has not only cost me $300 but also added new problems to my vehicle, leading to further stress and expense.

I spent $8k on a sound system for my truck, since the begging i was not pleased and i made them aware, ever since i had the sound system i have taken my truck 6x every time was a different issue, i was told my stuff had warranty and when they had to replace it they replaced it with a different brand, every time i came i made sure they knew i was not pleased with my stuff, and they acted like i was asking them for free stuff and that was not the case. If i could give them a 0 starts i would. I feel like they should appreciate peoples business specially if they dont know how people struggle and fought to be able to purchase things like this!!!** update to my review.. answering to the owners message, i clearly dont have to provide more details as i received a call at 9:54 and lasted 2mins on a call therefore yall clearly have my files and info otherwise why would i receive a phone call asking about how pleased i was. Once again i am not please and i doubt giving you guys a chance to make it right, since every time i took my truck, i will get attitude from the employees and was treated like my money and time its not value, if you want proof of the call let me know and I can post a picture and we will see if i am lying! Now that yall know where to reach me feel free to call me anytime.

I came in for a rear camera diagnostic. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They even provided photos of the parts I needed. I ended up getting a new radio and back up camera. David Loud was able to complete the work the same day and they were reasonably priced. They even took time to explain the features of the radio. I would recommend them to others.

I ve been coming to these guys for years but this was my first time installing subs in a 4 door pickup. And like always they NEVER disappoint! Thank you guys so much for the amazing work you do and the amazing customer service I ve received over the years!

It was recommended that I bring my car here to have my tire pressure monitor system reprogrammed. Figured I'd probably get scammed being a woman and mistaken for not having "car" knowledge. The service took about 10 mins if that. Being the honest folks they are, in good conscious they refused to charge me what the dealer or other shops would have done. Their customer service is beyond reproach! I'll be back!!

Such a great experience and remarkable contrast from working with a big corporation/chain. Would never use any one else. Knowledgeable, quick follow through and good communication. Leo was great to work with! Wheels look great and could not be more satisfied with the process!

I don't normally write bad reviews of a business but this one can't be ignored. My dealer had contracted David Loud to install a backup camera for my truck. First, the camera was installed right next to the license plate which made it practically useless as the bumper covered half the screen (no quality control). Then, after I had to purchase the part needed to move the camera higher, my truck started having electrical issues. After multiple trips to the dealer, the problem turned out to be terrible wiring I would not expect from a professional shop (the pictures show this). Luckily I was able to get a refund. I would warn anyone against using this shop.

Awful awful I buy tires and i set up an appointment to have my tires and alignment done they took over 6 hours to do both the tire install and alignment this is ridiculous I will never go back, Leo and David you guys got to get it together either hire better help or stop telling customers wrong times of when their cars will be ready

Really friendly and has really good service. They did my headlights, underglow and subwoofer installation and everyone was nice and chill. I plan to come back if I want a new sub in a few years

I have had dealings with David and his staff for years. First of all, I would like to say just how nice a guy David himself is. They don't make people like him anymore. He will bend over to help you and do anything for people that he can. His staff is always nice and professional. They do excellent work. I had them do tint on my C7 Corvette and had a super nice stereo put in my Jeep Wrangler, tires on my Silverado as well as other cars. When I drop any of my cars with him, I have no worries because I know the car and quality that goes into everything that they do. Thank you David for all that you have done for myself and my friends, don't think it goes without sincere appreciation.
