I recently took my 2000 Nissan Xterra to Creech Import Repair for extensive service. After explaining the issues with my vehicle, Creech performed a quick inspection and validation. I was really impressed with the software interface Creech used to obtain my approval before fixing each of my vehicle s issues. This process allowed the technician to provide detailed findings as well as photos to support the findings, in some cases. The software tool also included detailed costs to repair each issue. Finally, I was given the option to approve or decline repairs through this software. This is the first shop I have worked with that has such a smooth process. I will continue to take my vehicles to Creech and strongly recommend others do the same.

Staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate that even when I go in for just an oil change they give the whole car a once over. Fair pricing. They always work to get things done as soon as possible. There is a nice area to wait with couches, chairs, TV, coffee and snacks. There is even a nice children's playroom. It took me a while to find a trustworthy place to bring my Honda, I don't plan to go anywhere else again.

Fast, courteous, and amazing service from Creech! Will keep them on speed dial for all my Subaru service and repairs. They went an extra mile and popped out a wrinkle in my right rear fender, no charge. How s that for customer service!?

I've taken my cars to a dealer for service for years. Then, the latest dealer service center lost my trust, so I looked for an alternative and found Creech. I took my car there a week ago for some basic service (oil change, brakes), and feel good again about a car service shop. Good and transparent communication and fair pricing. I'll be back.

The crew at CREECH Import Repairs did a great job to help me get my car fixed. The AC was replaced and a belt . They took time to listen to my concerns and diagnose them. The car was dropped off as they were very flexible and accommodating and they put a lot of attention into letting me know the progress/updates by calling to talk with me.Thank you Stan, Steve and the whole group for getting my car up and running!

I ve relied on Creech for years to check/repair my Hondas. They will thoroughly explain the repair and tell you if it is needed right away or can wait. They are honest and reliable rare qualities to find these days. While waiting for service thoroughly enjoy the Our State magazines (catch up on my reading), coffee, snacks and clean waiting area/restrooms. Highly recommend.

Creech has always been reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn t take my cars anywhere else. For me the best is when they tell me what needs immediate attention and what can wait. Let s me know they really care about my car and me and not their pockets.Thanks Creech here s to many more years and cars.

Was thankful Creech would accept my OEM parts for installation. Was not thankful when Creech did not correctly install both rear struts on my vehicle. After paying them $958 for installation I found myself back at Creech days later. Worked with Steven, he informed me I would have to pay for new shocks as they do not warranty customer provided parts ( I 100% understand that) but I wanted to dig a little deeper. I knew something was not right and we exchanged several phone calls and Creech ended up taking care of labor and two new struts from Acura/Honda. My second bill from Creech was $480 which included new mounting hardware and an alignment ($145). Although the good faith gestures were 100% appreciated, I had spent $1438 and been without a car for 5 days. Unfortunately, my faith has been lost in Creech and I will not be a returning customer.

Had an appointment for 2 PM to fix a panel under the car that was loose. Arrived a few minutes early and they checked me in. About 15 minutes later they told me it would be another 15 minutes. Expecting an estimate for the repairs. 10 minutes later they told me the car was done. Very reasonable price. Best experience I have had at a car repair shop

I trust Creech to tell me what's needed now and what can wait. There's never any pressure or sales tactics to get you to pay for unneeded services.The office is comfortable for waiting or they call when car is ready.I even called once to ask advice on my son's car out of state and they took the time to listen and give me suggestions.

Brought my 2016 Maxima in after visiting a couple other big box maintenance shops who were not able to resolve an issue. Creech listened to me and made me feel as though they genuinely wanted to fix the specific issue that I cared about fixing. They did not waste time trying to tell me about every little possible thing I could fix or try to upsell me to purchase another service. It was an excellent first engagement. I highly recommend their service.

Great shop! I needed to get the air suspension serviced on my Lexus LS and they offered a much better solution. The work was completed quickly and correctly. I highly recommend these guys .you can t go wrong here

This was my 1st experience with Creech and it will not be my last! Team was very friendly, understood what I needed done and fixed it right the 1st time at a fair price. My vehicles are 20+ years old and need TLC from time to time. Creech will be seeing more of me very soon!

Definitely recommend Creech Import Repair. My Toyota 4Runner had a TPMS alert although the tires were fully inflated. Called Creech and scheduling was easy. Took my truck in and expected to wait a long time. Made myself comfortable in their very welcoming waiting room and it took less than 30 minutes. It was only the tire pressure in my spare which I didn't realize was associated with the TPMS alert. They added air and only charged me for the car inspection I also needed. Totally a positive experience from the comfortable waiting room to the transparency with what was wrong with my TPMS.

Creech is a rare find these days - an honest mechanic. They won't tell you something needs doing that doesn't. They're up front. They do a good job. If somehow they don't, they make it right. I love 'em. Two thumbs up !

Though this visit was only to get my 2013 Tundra safety inspected, as usual, the scheduling was quick and the wait time was minimal. Once again Creech Auto Repair did not disappoint. We have a Saturn Sky convertible that is no longer manufactured and need Repair. They helped us find the parts, fix the issues and even helped resolve another issue we didn't know about. Our car drives like it's brand new. I've never had to return my vehicle to have it fixed twice. I highly encourage and recommend them. They are our family mechanic.Thank you Steve, Mario, Cameron and Brandon and all that are there at the shop. Truly.

Very pleased with my experience. From scheduling my appointment to inquiring about specific requests, there was no run around or pushing for services that weren't needed for my vehicle. '16 Subaru WRX owner. Knowledgable, friendly staff. Clean environment. I was very pleased to also see a guest room/area for comfort convenience to work. I've never seen that before at a garage.

Creech Import Repair did the NC State Inspection required for my 2011 RAV4. I arrived at the right time, they did the inspection immediately and in a timely way, and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. Could not be any better.

Great customer service. I had issues with my late model 99 Dodge Durango and problems finding parts due to age of vehicle, but they were able to modify and repair it with no issues. No more noise when hard breaking. They are my go to repair shop for both of my vehicles. I can honestly say they are good! Much appreciated Creech!

My husband and I are new to NC and after the long drive from Utah our car was playing up. We were nervous and a little anxious on what shop to use. The team at Creech Import Repair were amazing and transparent with everything they needed to work on also with pricing. They gave us a heads up on how much the work would cost and it ended up coming out to less than the estimate. I would 10000% recommend this company to anyone!!! They are honest and the best at what they do. Our car feels brand new! Thank you Cameron, Jordan and the rest of the team!!
