My experience with Complete Auto Center was amazing, Alex was very helpful. He asked my desired car & price range and then stayed within those parameters, unlike most used car salesmen. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a good used car to see them and experience their awesome service, you'll be glad you did.

Very pleased with the entire process of buying a car with Complete Auto Center. They were responsive to all of my information requests, reasonable price negotiations, and finally cooperative with getting car shipped over 600 miles to me. I highly recommend these folks for buying a car. Salesperson Clinton was friendly, responsive, and showed no hesitation to please his customer!

Everyone was so nice to me and made sure my car was in as good of condition as possible before I drove it off the lot. They fixed all of my concerns with the car before I even signed the papers. We will definitely be returning in the future. I love my car!!

Within a week of purchase I discovered a water leak from the sunroof, I told them about it, easy fix from them. I have an ongoing leak that has my driver side floor soaking wet whenever it rains and so much condensation on the inside of my car windows, that it drips, and today that condensation is frozen. I have had the car 2 months and my brakes are grinding. The trunk button that is supposed to automatically close the trunk when you push it doesnt work now., I am wondering what will go wrong next. In seeing the other reviews, I truly regret this purchase.

I brought the blue 2007 Mercury Marquis gs I love it the day I got it she s my baby my birthday present the staff is great keep doing a great job my new baby replacing my old crown Victoria that finally broke thank you for your service Bass and Moe David update 11/20/2023 brand new intake manifold replacement (I known the crown Vic s and basically all the panther 4.6 known for leaking manifolds) she s happy with her new manifold and replaced the gasket for the rear and this is my baby not the fault of complete auto it s ford and there idiot engineers who designed the engines thank you complete auto

Do not buy a vehicle from this place. I bought a 2015 Hyundai Veloster that lasted me a solid 250 miles. The check engine light came on barely a month after I bought the car, turns out the engine was in horrific condition. Appeared the oil had never been changed once. This dealer does not vet their cars whatsoever. I tried reaching out to dealer multiple times before I posted this review, they never responded. I m now out of over $15,000. They are extremely rude and do sideways deals which is very crooked and doesn t seem legal what so ever to me. Do not do any business here and if you do DO NOT work with ALEX. He was very rude towards me and my family and told me i did not have to come up there to begin with. If i could give this place a 0 star i would.

Worst dealership ever they scam you where ever they can. They will have you sign 90% of your papers in the office then will send you the other 10% the next day. The second set has hidden problems that they hope you won t check. Beware they will not get you your plates I have been waiting 90 days and still no plates. They will also not answer the phone when they see your number if you give them any problems. If you have the same issues that I did make sure you file a report with the dmv fraud department.

Whatever you do DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I BOUGHT A 2015 Volvo FROM DAY ONE I HAD ISSUES AND WITH THE CAR. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CHAMGE MY SERPENTINE BELT BEFORE PURCHASING THE CAR AND WHEN THEY CHANGED IT THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE TENSIONER, bc they didn t do that the tensioner failed. The belt broke and when the belt broke it broke the valves I had to pay 2700 to their repair guys to fix. Prior to this they sold me a car with a welded rim. Where they welded the rim there was a crack in it. I had to put air in the tire every two days. They didn t replace the rim and cond me into going have with them on a run for $300. Two weeks after purchasing I had to put new breaks and rotors on the car. ($290). I had the car for 30 days and ended up spending close to 4,000 dollars on the car. Whatever you do stay away from these crooks! Don t BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

Recently purchased a car from these guys! Bass, Clinton, Mo and Helal were super helpful and hospitable, going over details and making sure I had a clear understanding of everything. The whole team has a wonderful sense of humor! Beautiful, in good condition and decently priced vehicles on lot. Get here if that s what you re looking for!!!

Although the staff is friendly, the prices are not. Almost $20k for a used, 10-year-old BMW that has just shy of 100,000 miles is overpriced. They will try to explain this away by talking about special features of the car or price per mileage, but the fact remains that this is an astounding price for a USED German car with 100,000 miles.Consider what would happen if the tables were turned; let's say you were attempting to sell this dealership this same car. You really think they would buy a 2013 BMW with 100,000 miles on the odometer for anything close to $20,000? Of course not. Do you think they would increase their offer if you explained the price per mileage or special features of the car? I'll let the audience be the judge of that.I found the same car; a 2013 BMW 335is convertible with 59,280 miles on it for $19,000. That tells you all you need to know about how this dealership prices its vehicles. Needless to say, I did NOT purchase a vehicle from Complete Auto, and I highly suggest you shop around before agreeing to anything with them.

This place is not a good place to buy a used car they give you a warranty that doesn t honor claims they hold your title, when they know you have to travel to get the title you traded but you can t travel because the car sold you doesn t run!!!all of this in 4 weeks, I m trying to trade in the car I bought from them but they won t give me the title and yes it s paid for completely DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I repeat DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!!! go to to a certified dealership this is not one!!!

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I bought a 2015 Silverado 1500 truck here that seemed to be mechanically in good condition. Since then ive driven it for 3 months. I ve had to rebuild the transmission, fix heater hoses and engine oil cooler lines, I ve now had the check engine light come on with it being the catalytic converter. I ve reached out as these repairs have been costly and I can t fix due to cost! The warranty won t cover anything but the transmission and even that s still has me quoted around 3K! Empty promises on returning calls and reaching out to owner. they will not help you !! They say you are doing the right thing calling but won t call you back!! It s been no communication back from them and it s been like this on and off for the last 3 months I ve had it for ! I paid 19K for this truck plus down payment! DO NOT RECOMMEND MOE OR DAVIDS WORD! BRING A PROFESSIONAL CAR PERSON WITH YOU OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED OF YOUR MONEY!!

My Husband and I recently purchased a suv from here. Bass and Mo were Amazing! They answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect car for us! They have great customer service and are really friendly! We enjoyed our experience with them!

Unfortunately we have had a horrible experience with them. Mo was awesome when SELLING us our new ride, I love my van even tho the tpms sensor came on 10 mins after leaving the lot and I replaced the $400 alternator 5 days later, it happens i get that. We were talked into the warranty which was paid with what I thought was my down payment. We drove there picked up our permanent plate 21 days after purchase and filled out everything to cancel the warranty that we didn't need because there were to many restrictions and stipulations in the policy. This was may 4th now 10 weeks later we have been given the run around, we were told by the warranty company MO has not cancelled our warranty it is still active which he supposedly done sittin right infront of us BUT he said everything to the person on the phone in another language so honestly we have no idea what he said. Everytime my husband calls he is told by David that MO is not there and ofcourse he returns no phone calls. Even tho we live over an hour away we WILL be driving to their lot this week to get our refund we have been waiting months for. We have been lied to time and time again so yes they are very nice and will happily sell you a car but that's all ur gonna get!! Be very careful with this car lot they refuse to pay us the $2800 they owe us and told us the warranty company sends the check that's a blatant lie and the exact opposite what the warranty company has told us.

I had a wonderful experience with Moe's and everyone else at Complete Auto Center! Moe was great, extremely patient and thorough in explaining what was happening. They definitely made me feel like family and provided me with a great car. I highly recommend them. Also don't forget to ask for Moe or the white man with long hair, he's a sweetheart too.

I have never purchased a car from a dealer prior to this. I was anxious and unsure of how and what to do. Mo and David chased all of those I'll feelings away. Mo was extremely helpful, reassuring, professional and honestly hilarious. He walked us through the whole process and educated me the whole time. I was not left out and now have just the car I needed. Let alone the amazing pricing, they even went as far as finding me a fair insurance policy. I highly recommend and appreciate everything they've done for me tonight. Thank you Mo and David!
