My tire got a nail in it on Friday morning before Easter. Chance took me in without an appointment and their shuttle drove me home. The car was finished in 2 hours and I was picked up and settled the bill. Everything turned out perfectly. I was happy they squeezed me in as they were very busy. I highly recommend their service

Been going here for a few years now and have been pretty happy with them. Prices seem average/competitive. They use some slick invoice software with pictures of your vehicle and detailed explanations and recommendations. They don't push to upsell. All of their personnel that I have interacted with are exceptionally nice and helpful. They went out of their way to help me when my battery died at my apartment complex. Highly recommend you give them a shot!

I was so grateful when I got a call from Chapel Hill Tire saying I was nominated and chosen as one of their 12 days of kindness at Christmas. I am disabled and struggle to make ends meet. When they asked me what was my biggest concern with my van I told them the check engine light had been on and I feared getting stranded. I told Dru the manager that gas cap had been replaced but that did not fix engine light already. They said they would fix it. I was so emotional because I had never had someone do something so nice for me. They came and got my van and had it I think for 4 days. They brought me back my van and said they fixed my engine light, they did replace my windshield because it was cracked, did oil change, breaks, battery check and cleaned my headlights that were foggy. 1 day after getting van back all my engine light came back on. I called Dru and he said to bring it back and they would read codes. I did the very same week. I called back for 3 weeks before I could ahold of Dru for him to tell me it was an exhaust leak. My question was why didn't you run codes when it was here? He said because they wanted to replace the cheapest thing...the gas cap. Which I already told him was replaced. That same week the door open sensor started coming on every time i made a turn. I didn't want to complain but then the next day I am left stranded...why...because my battery was dead. How is that possible when they just tested it saying it was great. Now I look and see a whole piece missing off my van holding windshield in and tools in the crack. I feel like they were very careless and my vans got more issues now than before they fixed it. Very sad and disappointed

I had called around to a few businesses inquiring about installing a leveling kit and upper control arms on my truck. Ultimately I chose Chapel Hill Tire because they reminded me much of how I would conduct service when I was previously a service advisor. They kept in touch and even had a few hiccups that they were more than willing to correct and took ownership of, which I really appreciate. Everyone of the front end staff members were super understanding and had excellent customer service. The service manager even got involved and was awesome to work with as well. The facility is very nice and I would most certainly consider it a dealer alternative with good amenities. Great location as well and convenient to the mall. The pricing and service was fair but the customer service was AMAZING so for that 5/5 stars! This is definitely somewhere I would consider taking your vehicle to and somewhere I would even consider working after graduating school.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I used this business to replace 2 tires and repair a wheel that had been dented. I was thoroughly pleased with the price and service. They offered to drive me to and from my job to pick up my car, very helpful and I'd like to give a shout out to Gary! He did a great job and I enjoyed the conversation during the rides. All around great staff and I will be back and also recommend this place to anyone needing similar services.

Very friendly and nice, customer service was good, but they are the most expensive garage I ve been to in the triangle. I needed some lights changed and an engine diagnostic, followed by an inspection. 139 dollars in the end which wasn t terrible. After the diagnostic, they tried charging me 2.2 grand for a catalytic converter and services I didn t ask for. Also charging 25 dollars of labor per tail light? I needed 3 lights changed, almost came out to 300 dollars with the diagnostic. On top of this they forgot about my appointment, I called the day before to say I was doing an overnight drop off, dropped the key off at what looked like the drop box, and I never heard back until a day later. They then pushed me back 3 days because they missed my appointment, which was fine but still just frustrating. Admittedly I put the key in the wrong place, and It was fine, but no one called to check in or anything about the appointment. I can t believe how expensive this place is, unfortunately won t be coming back after this.

What an excellent experience with Chapel Hill Tire at Crabtree Valley Mall! I highly recommend this location! I was able to schedule an appointment online two days prior to the day and time of my choosing. What I love about this location is that it's conveniently located for my needs and is at Crabtree Valley Mall. I was able to leave my car for a state inspection and had a lovely, safe walk over to Crabtree Valley Mall. I went to lunch and a leisure mall walk for several hours. When I booked online, it said the appointment would be one hour, but when I dropped it off, the rep said it could be as quick as 30 minutes. However, he said that I could pick it up at anytime before closing, and when the vehicle was done he would text me, and that's exactly what I did. The rep was kind and efficient. I was very pleased that my car was clean when I picked it up. When taking it for a service anywhere, I always have wet wipes to clean the seat and steering wheel to make sure there isn't anything on them after it's serviced, and this time the wipe was clean after wiping all areas (very pleased)!

From my first phone call to set up my appointment to the moment I picked up my vehicle, the team was fantastic. They ensured I had all the information to make the best decision. At no point did they try and pressure me at all. Oh and the work was done super quick. A+ all around.

Great guys. I got my tires aligned here and they did a great job. The shuttle option to your home is an awesome perk too! Other services are a bit outside my budget, but aside from that, I had a wonderful experience!

GREAT customer service! They had to order the tires, but were able to get me in the day after the tires arrived. They picked my car up from my work and had the car back in 2 hours with no extra charge. I've never heard of the car pickup service anywhere else. Ulysses and his crew did a super job. Very pleased!

I called them and spoke to Chad. I asked if they can give me a quote over the phone. My car couldn t be driven, only towed due to animals chewed up a fuel line. So, the quote was for replacing a fuel line. Chad reassured me that they can give me quote over the phone IF I give them VIN number of my truck. I provided Chad with the VIN number and car model and my personal information per his request. He said if I give VIN number and all my personal information, he can give a quote. 30 minutes later he called and after 1 ring hang up. I called back, and he said that they can not give a quote over the phone. That I must tow my car to them to get a quote. So, why he reassured me if I give a VIN number, and all my personal information he can give a quote? Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Was able to find a great tire with Tim's help he came out checked out my car and the tred on the tires I had previously and walked me through purchasing tires with chapel hill tire. They were able to get me in on a good date that worked with my schedule and had me on my way in less time that originally planned. I have always struggled to find a good mechanic to do oil changes and car maintenance. As someone who drives a lot, I have to get my oil changed frequently and it is always so frustrating to go in and get a $600 quote each time for things that don't seem necessary. Chapel Hill Tire takes excellent care of my car and doesn't recommend things that are unnecessary. They send pictures of my car parts for each recommendation so that I can see the wear and tear myself and approve the service. They also offer a valet service so they can pick up and drop off your car for you which is fantastic for someone with a busy schedule who doesn't have time to sit in the waiting room for hours on end. Definitely recommend!

I had a very long list of recommended repairs. Tim was awesome . Got my Jeep back in 1 day. He communicated with me every step of the way. I was impressed with the service I received. Any future repairs will be made by them. Thanks to the whole team for getting Pearl back to me in a timely manner. You guys ROCK!!! Thanks again Chapel Hill Tire @ Crabtree.

Very professional and courious staff. Very clean and pleasant service counter and separate waiting room. Performed work as requested in a timely manner. Did not pressure to "up-sell" me services I did not need or desire. I would recommend and use them again.

Chapel Hill Tire did an outstanding job thoroughly diagnosing my vehicle and answering all my questions. They were able to complete my repairs in two days which was shockingly fast for how many issues needed fixing! Every interaction with them was positive and repairs went well! Special shout-out to Tim for being very patient and answering all my questions!

I ve taken a VW Passat and an Infiniti G37x to Chapel Hill tire at Crabtree in the past few months. Both needed brakes. The cost of repairs was very fair and the staff are great. Will continue to go there and highly recommend!

They performed outstanding repairs to my daughter s vehicle and answered all of my questions. The estimate that I was sent to me was very detailed and even included videos of their findings, which was a nice touch! I appreciate everything you all did. I would highly recommend this shop.

This is the best auto repair shop period. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and newly remodeled. Very conveniently located next to Crabtree Valley Mall. If you need any type of car repair from new tires, brakes or more extensive work. These are the team you want working on your vehicle. I very highly recommend this shop

A very pleasant experience, especially when compared with my previous tire dealer! Car was taken in on time and done in a very reasonable amount of time considering all the "curtesy" inspections they did. Burt matched the price from the other dealer including veteran's discount and scheduled me so I'd get the "Black Friday" promotion. This was the second time I ve had Chapel Hill Tire and Care Care perform my NC Safety Inspection, and once again, I was extremely impressed with how courteously I was treated, and how professionally everything was explained by Tim Garcia, who answered all of my many questions with patience and clarity. I will definitely be returning in the near future to purchase the tires we talked about. Additionally, the facility has a very spacious and pleasant waiting room, which made my short wait very comfortable.

i love chapel hill tire. i specifically go to the crabtree valley location because it s close by. they re always friendly and make sure that everything is covered before i leave. the waiting area is clean and they kindly stocked water and coffee for customers while we wait. i can t recommend them enough!
