Have nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff was very friendly Joe and Seth up front got me set up really good! Squeezed me in and even stayed after on a Friday to finish up my truck. The alignment is good so far! ONLY PLACE I COULD WALK IN AND THEY MOUNT TIRES ON MY DUALLY AND ALIGN IT! The manager of the place even had his hands dirty making sure everything was done efficiently and effectively! This place has my business from here on out!

Each time I ve visited this Chapel Hill Tire location I have been impressed with the quality of service. The employees are pleasant, helpful and experienced in explaining the work that needed to be done. I want to give a special shout out to Joe because I think he is exceptional in his ability to relate positively to customers.

I ve been going to Chapel Hill Tire (the location on Atlantic Avenue) for 4+ years now and I always recommend it to everyone I know. I trust them to not upsell me. They re great at explaining what I need to do and honestly answering any questions I have. They ve always been able to solve my car issues and are also a great place to go for your annual inspection. On top of that, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to interact with, which I really appreciate when I m stressed out about my car. Joe and Seth at the front desk are particularly great! I m very grateful to have found this location.

The guys were awesome! They were able to accommodate my lifted truck and were able to fit me in quickly! Great work, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. I appreciated the link they sent me via text that listed all the repairs being made, as well as any suggested items that may be of concern. I'll most definitely use them in the future!

Highly impressed with the level of service and the warranty they provided me on my brakes. Came in with an unexpected repair just 6 months after installation and they made it right, no questions. Will definitely be going back!

Challenging mechanical issues multiple technicians could not find the cause of except for Chapel Hill Tire who were extremely dedicated and stuck with it until they found and fixed my vehicles mechanical issue. First rate shop!

I scraped my tire against the curb and tore the rubber on it. I came into Chapel Hill tire and they assess the damage and put the new tire on immediately and did an alignment right at the end of the day. I was very thankful that they could get me back on the road Quickly. Nice to find a shop where customer service and doing good work are a priority.Great overall experience. Took the time to understand my needs and followed up via text service and phone when a fitment issue came up. Seth and the shop technicians were professional and easy to work with. I ll be back.

I called made an appointment around 11:00 am and asked if I can have one for today and was told yes so I went in at 3:00 pm to get my inspection. I was very happy with the service I received. I will be returning to them for any additional services.

Absolutely phenomenal! I took my car to about 10 mechanics who were unable to figure out the issue and within hours these guys did it! Once they figured out the issue they worked with me and my insurance company to get it paid and get me back my car promptly. Even with the holiday weekend they were able to deliver on their promise to get it finished by EOD. and special shout out to Joe! He was so nice and helpful with answering questions and getting back to me when he said he would! 10/10 recommend!

Gm,just wanted to give a quick testimony of how I was blessed last week from Chapel hill tire, my name was referred to them as they were having a 12 day of Christmas, blessing 12 people. After reading story on me and what I am doing in community ,they wanted to bless me. Well the blessings was supposed to be used for repairs up to 1000 on your vehicle. At the time, I thought I just needed tires, little did I know that I needed more, radiator needed repair, oil change, ect. When Drew called me with all of these issues, I said to him, I didn't have money for repairs. Then Drew said to me that he was waiting for approval from his boss to get all of the repairs done costing me 0.00 .I was in the grocery store standing by the meat section, with tears running down my face, people were looking like is she crying because of meat prices i wanted to say to them I'm OK, just got bless. My car was like a new car when they finished with it. Had to give a testimony at church yesterday, because you see, I'm a single grandmother raising a 7 year old with autism and other disabilities who I transport to ABS every day. Thank you Chapel hill tire service. Ms Mary lucas.

Friendly service and they do a good job of staying in touch with you while they have your vehicle. They seem to do a really good job. I really appreciate the report that they sent me after they completed the inspection. Inside is air conditioned, which is nice while you wait.

Chapel Hill Tire performed a pre-purchase inspection for me. I was very impressed with both the thoroughness of the inspection and the professionalism of the employees. They provided a detailed report that helped me negotiate with the vehicle seller and were available for follow-up questions. I highly recommend Chapel Hill Tire.

My car was towed to your repair shop. Staff were professional. In the end my car could not be repaired due special Volkswagen code. Chapel Hill tires was nice enough to wave the diagnostic fee.thanks for doing right by a single black female!

I have been using Chapel Hill tire on Harrod Street in Raleigh for a few years now. I have always been treated with so much care and provided with excellent service. They will make sure that I am taking care of even when it s an emergency I just had a recent flat tire. They were able to take care of that right away as well as provide me a ride back home until my car was ready. Great place, great people great service!! Thank you.Service: Tires

Used to be my go to shop but my last visit wasn't that great. I paid 200$ and some change for an oil change and diagnostic, went some where else for the parts and labor and got the job done for way less than what they were going to charge.

Everyone at Chapel Hill Tire is so nice and they do great work. I love that they have free shuttle service so that I can go get some work done at a nearby coffee shop. Great prices, great team, & great service. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Chapel Hill Tires off Atlantic Ave are amazing! My check engine light came on, on a Thursday night, and I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next day! They kept me informed of everything throughout the day, are super friendly, and made picking my SUV up super easy. Thank you guys for your awesome service!

Gracious, kind, helpful, respectful and thorough. Every person was helpful. As an over 75 yr old, I am grateful for thoughtful people. I found the service on the internet. Called, hoping for a same day appointment, but they were about to close. Was scheduled for the next day. I knew I d be late so called and was told see if you can make it by the next time. When I arrived, after I apologized, they fit me in. I was extremely grateful as my inspection had expired long enough ago to be used some form of ticket. Will absolutely use again, and put a note on my calendar so I don t miss the 2023 timeline.Service: Vehicle safety inspection
