These people are the lowest of the low. There drivers sneak around my apartment complex in the middle of the night. Looking for something out of place to haul off and ruin someone s day. They towed me once and I am a resident with a parking permit. But I did not have it properly displayed. Ok that s on me I guess, but they weren t called out by the renters ti do this. And I was one of two cars parked in a line of 10 open spaces. So be it, I took the responsibility and paid the money missed a day of work to coordinate a time to pick up the car. Last night I awoke to look out my window and see them trying to do it again. And that s with my permit in the proper place. And the driver had the audacity to then act as if he was doing me a favor by not going through with the tow. Scum, they give reputable tow companies a bad name

These people are the lowest of the low. They went in the night to tow my mother's car, and no one called them to come to the complex. When the office was called about the towing the the lady that answered the phone is going to admit they did not see it, and still charged $215 to get the car out. Who does that? Why are you going into complex's parking lot and towing cars when the front office NEVER CONTACTED YOU!!!!! They towed my mom's car that was parked in a handicap parking spot. She has a handicap parking placard. They are giving the other Chandler's towing in Durham a very bad name. This towing company is not even accredited with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!

They'll come all the way to Wake Forest and steal your car in the middle of the night for no reason.Car was paid up, landlord didn't call them, and the car was in a legal parking spot. Didn't tell anybody so we had to report the car stolen. Insane that this is legal. They deserve more bad reviews than they have.Service: Car towing

The driver was very rude! No identification or visual recognition of what the towing company is. The dispatch was very responsive and reasonable. They need better drivers

I waited for three hours to get my car out of their impound lot. The driver finally shows up and tried to tell me that they only take cash. That was an absolute lie. This business is completely unprofessional and dishonest!

They towed my car for no reason I've been here 2yrs never had a problem I had a car sitting out here for over a year never touched but the one I'm driving they tow because stickers out and it don't state that in my lease or from them anywhere if my sticker runs out they will tow you but the towing companies manager says we have nothing to do with that and I'm sorry yea there sorry alright. I'm speaking with my lawyer and the NAACP about getting my money back this was illegal because it's not in writingI give them ZERO stars and they said the band had been lifted. So greedy

What a scam. Visiting family and car was towed in less than 10hours. $215 to get it out plus you have to wait on the side of the road to get your car. No office or a place to sit. If this is their service imagine what they will do to your car or tires if you need service from them.

They towed my car from my apartment parking lot without warning just because the plates were out of date. I had no idea they had even towed it until a week later and it took me another week to figure out where it went. They didn't report it towed to the Raleigh PD and didn't let anyone know it was going to be or was towed. There's no way to get there except for a car, which they had, so I had to call an Uber. When I got there, there was no one there, so I had to wait on someone to drive from their other location. When I got the car back, it had an impossible to remove sticker blocking the drivers side mirror and it's now unsafe to drive.Way to ruin my birthday and con me out of $475 + the cost of an Uber, asshats.Service: Car towing

Very odd that someone would take the time to write a good review do to the circumstances that comes with towing and tow yards but my experience with this company today mainly Brandon and Felix was extremely kind and understanding and professional. Couldn t had done business with nicer people. I kept their card and would recommend them to anyone

Called this company today when my tire unexpectedly ended up ripping when it hit a drain. After a few calls to different tow companies, this company offered a reasonable price and was with me in an hour. Would use them again if stuck in a similar situation. Many thanks

My car stopped working after an appt and couldn t be jumped. I called six tow services at 5pm on a Sat and Chandler was the only one with availability to come help. They arrived within an hour (even after a mixup in location that took him clear across town). The man who towed us (wish I had gotten his name!) was knowledgeable, hilarious and great at his job which isn t surprising since he s been doing it for 30 years. Battery was so dead we couldn t even get the car started and into neutral. He showed us how to bypass that - secured the car and took it to the mechanic. He was helpful in simple ways like reminding me I had a little money in the drivers side door and that I should remove it before leaving it for service. Given that it was the weekend I expected to pay a fortune but the tow was $95. I never leave google reviews but wanted to make sure folks knew this was a solid, trustworthy tow company. Hope you never need one, but if you do give Chandler a call.Service: Car towing

They first tried to help me start my car without waiting for a tow which didn't work. But, the tow driver showed up within the hour and helped jump my car so I could make it to the dealership without needing a tow. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! This place selectively tows unauthorized vehicles key word SELECTIVELY. Called at 5:40 am and spoke with a gentleman who informed he d call me back with the location of the nearest driver that could help me retrieve my car. NEVER CALLED BACK. I make it to the tow yard at 6am, had to call this place multiple times to get someone on the phone. Finally someone tells me a driver will arrive at 7am. It s now 7:52am and I JUST gotSomeone back on the phone to inform me as to why I ve been waiting almost two hours. Called this place 13 times within 15 minutes no answer I cannot make this up!! WHOEVER FELIX IS ON THEIR VOICEMAIL NEEDS THEIR A** WHOOPED! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

If I could Give 0 stars I would. My car was towed because I didn t have the handicap sticker visible while parking in a handicapped space, understandable to a certain degree. However, when I went to pick my car up, I had To wait outside in the cold for more than an hour because I m still here waiting for them to come unlock the gate because they have no one at the tow yard around the clock.Service: Car towing

Terrible called for 3 hours straight to have a vehicle towed just for them to tell me they thought a tow truck had already come. Knowingly, the tow truck never showed up. The WORST!!! And most unprofessional company ever!! Got towed from a location we didn t know we couldn t park at . Went to the fair with 3 small kids and came back and car was gone! Was towed 20 mins away! We live 2 hours away so we pretty much stranded . Called to get an address and caught an Uber there, only to arrive and no one at the towing place, after we kept calling letting them know we were on the way. Waited outside the gate with 3 kids for almost 2 hours for someone to come open the gate and assist us. Then they didn t take debit cards wanted CASH or CASH APP!! Maybe so it won t be traced the way they getting over . Cost was $200 to get car..So ghetto .. On top of that the guy on the phone had an attitude like we took his car. If it was so much of problem they shouldn t have touched the car . Ruined our whole dayService: Car towing

I never thought I'd write a positive review about a towing company but there are firsts for everything! Long story short, my car was mistakenly towed from my apartment complex (Ashley Park) and they would not cover the cost of the towing fee. I went to Chandler's fully expecting to pay $200 but figured I'd try to explain my situation first. Thankfully, Jason was there - he and his manager were gracious and cut the price my car accrued in half! I'm grateful for their willingness to help me and understand my situation! Jason was very kind and handled everything well. Thanks you guys!

Terrible company. My daughter's car was towed from her apartment what she lives. No argument with that. However, it's $200 cash and it it's there past midnight, there's an additonal $35. But he's only going to be there another 20 minutes, which means she needs to get there by 8pm in order to avoid an additonal $35 "storage" fee. A complete ripoff. I wish I could give less than 1 star.Service: Car towing

This is the absolute worst towing company EVER ! Chandlers towed my SUV from my complex though the night during this COVID19 pandemic. They are charging me $165 to get my vehicle and claims there not sure when I would be able to come pick up my car from there location because they are busy ! This company has towed my car several times which I recall a few times for NO REASON. Claiming I was parked on the line but could not provide me with photos to verify. This company has the absolute worst customer service even when I m being nice in the is whole situation. Again I am writing this review to simply let the people be aware of there unethical ways during this pandemic. They pray on out of towners because they know they need there cars. I am just blown away how a company and even down to the tow truck drivers can do such a thing to a family. They have no compassion for what is going on in the world at this time and instead take advantage of the situation. I will be reporting this situation the the Better Business Bureau serving Eastern North Carolina.

This people dosen t have no word at all plus they like making some weird a** prices talking about gate feed like i really think this is the worse towing company i had ever experience plus they make me wait like 2 hours and everytime the i call they guy keep saying his down the block or he will be there in a few mins and the guy show up 2 hours later

Waited almost 3 hours and still didn t get my car. I tried to call them but they either hung up on me, didn t pick up or kept telling me to wait an additional 30 min and i never saw them. Im truly disappointed at their service. Worst customer service ever!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Took my car at 4am, now I have to wait for them to open up and of course, pay them for inconveniencing me, when they could ve minded their own business I get that its their job, but they should allow people to get their car 24/7 not just at certain times . Especially since they KNOW we have to pay

If you like waiting Chandlers is for you.If you like being lied to and having them never show up, Chandlers is for you. When I called back after an hour and a half to get ETA they said they had allready come. What a joke of a company left my wife waiting in dangerous parking garage and never showed up . Really for that I'd like to smash him in face with a tire iron. Unreliable,unprofessional,and vareless.Service: Car towing

Debbie is very unprofessional and prides herself on being rude. This company operates out of durham and only has a parking site in Raleigh. Debbie suggests that you call 30 minutes in advance before you retrieve your vehicle and you cannot talk to the owner because he has a handicap child and he s resting. Also the office is not open because Debbie says that no one is open that early. As a property management professional I recommend unlimited towing for the Raleigh/Durham area.

Never use this towing company, they are unprofessional, Charge an extra for no reason, their employees are very rude. & they tow my car on a visitor parking & charge me $200 to get it back on same day it did not even tow hours

Stole my truck off a private lot witch was paid for was only gone for 4 hours then ripped me off costing me 200 bucks there very lucky I didn't have the money for a lawyer for even touching my truck in the first place

Don't waste your time. They won't show up or even call you back. Waited hours for a tow.
