I recently took my car back to car fixed for a fresh set of brand new tires along with new front rotors and oil change and an alignment.Everything was done very well, and they went as far as well as to accommodate me with new tire replacements for once I actually wanted, and no additional cost to me.I certainly appreciate them doing that, and especially Steven who did work with me on that.My car runs solid, smooth, and the pickup has a specialty improved as well. So, thanks guys.

Highly Recommend! I was recently passing through Raleigh and hit some debris on the interstate. Frantically calling numerous places for help- I came across Carfix and spoke to Heather. Unfortunately she could not help me at her location, so she gave me the number to the sister location where I was able to get excellent customer service from Zander. Located on West street near downtown, this was a safe location with restaurants within walking distance. (even though Zander offered to drive me) Zander went above and beyond to make this experience as painless as possible. Fortunately they were able to make some repairs to my car in only a couple hours and I was back on my way. Can't thank you guys enough for your willingness to help, when many other places I called in Raleigh couldn't be bothered.Many Thanks to entire CARFIX staff!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is my third time to Carfix. The staff consistently exhibited exceptional customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and took the time to address my concerns. The service was efficient, and each time I left, I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Highly recommended.

Mike, Zander and the entire crew at Carfix are Fantastic. I have serviced my vehicles at both the Raleigh store and the Garner store for many years. They go above and beyond Great Service, Pricing and Genuinely care about their customers. Customers for life, I always strive for with my business and they do as well. I can't address any negative reviews (and it tends to be negative reviews that get written and aren't necessarily representative of a business's actual quality of service, etc.), but I have nothing but very good things to say about this car repair shop. I worked with Zander at its Raleigh location near Glenwood South and he was extraordinarily friendly, generous, and gave more than the usually expected time to answer all my questions and then some. I took my VW Passat in to Carfix to get a second opinion about a suggested major repair from another car repair shop. Not only was getting this second opinion from Carfix free, Zander actually allowed me to look at the bottom of my Passat with him as he very patiently and carefully explained why it did NOT need the suggested car repair that I initially got from the other car repair shop. That speaks for Carfix's transparency and looking out for the long-term interest of its customers, as well as its interest in building a good and caring relationship long-term with the latter. I will definitely be taking my car in the future back there for any future repairs because I know I will be treated fairly and generously. Thanks, Zander, and COYS!!!

I Thought the "Initial Testing & Inspections" Rate was a bit Expensive; However, I Do Feel that it is Justified if Doing an Overall Detailed Analysis of the Vehicle. I'm a Man that Likes to Know if Any Other Problems Exist with My Vehicles and Appreciate Any Findings Ahead of Potential Breakdowns. They Recommended the Basic Scheduled Maintenance, of Which was Overdue. They Provided Me with Excellent Service. At This PointInTime, I Feel Like I've Found a New Mechanical Auto Home. From the moment I called to set up an appointment I was greeted with nothing but kindness! Heather was so thorough and honest about the work I needed done on my car, and the crew worked SO fast and knew exactly what they were doing. Heather told me I likely wouldn t have my car back for a few days (due to the type of work I needed done), but they got everything done in a couple hours! I will 100% be bringing my car back here if I need anything else done, and I ll be recommending this place to my friends and family as well.

I have dealt with them on a couple times now and what I would say YOU won't be disappointed in there customers service and their work and professionalism and their truthful I would give them a 20 star rating if I could..and steven rudder the service advisor has always gone above and beyond my expectations take it from someone who's been in customers business for over 20 years they are the best!!!

Christine is a sweetheart and really tries her best to assist customers. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to bring my car in, but she definitely calmed more anxiety about options to getting my car in for service, and best times. I overheard her talking to the Foreman of the shop about my situation; the care and willingness to help is amazing. Most places that I called just said "no" and ended the call. I will be coming to Carfix in the future! She is a GEM!

Had a great experience! I called after noticing the fender liner on the front passenger wheel was a few inches off the ground. Expecting a need to replace the linear, CarFix inspected the liner and replaced a few clips. I appreciate the honesty and repairing the part at a minimal cost. We were traveling to Raleigh for a short stay. A small panel had come loose under our Prius and did not want to risk further damage during our long ride back to DC. I happened upon Carfix and decided to give them a try. Despite being busy they fixed the problem in less than an hour at little cost. Customer service there is first rate. Highly recommend.

On August 25th, I accidentally ran over a curb in my Kia Sportage and caused the undercarriage cover to fall down underneath the car and drag on the highway. Carfix was the closest place I came to that I thought might be able to help me. I was also on my way to a funeral and was worried that I would not be able to go because of what I had done to my car. I was pretty upset when I approached the lady behind the counter and explained what happened. Heather addressed me with a calm demeanor and found a technician who immediately took a look at my car. Her immediate attention went a long way in calming me down. Even though they could not repair my car, they were able to reattach the undercarriage cover so that I could make it to the funeral. I highly recommend Carfix!

I ve been taking my car here for a little while and have had a wide range of services from oil changes to a/c repair. The work is always quick and I love that they send a list of potential repairs for me to review and approve so I know exactly what they re doing and how much it will cost! Carfix is terrific. So many other mechanics are stuck in an archaic era. I love that Carfix sends text messages and electronic repair reports with photos so you can clearly see what the issues are. An awesome clinical approach to auto repair. They previous served my Corolla so well I had to bring the Sequoia by. Huge dedication to pets and animals recuse as well as a comfortable lounge. I d be coming back again for future service.

Although they diagnosed and fixed the issue with my truck quickly, they charged me $120 for a diagnostic fee even though they did the repair. I have never had a mechanic do this. I tried to speak to the manager about it but they seem stern with that charge.

The customer service was excellent. Christine and Heather are two of the most top notch customer service providers I have ever met. Even though the outcome wasn't to my desire, their kindness softened the blow. I would highly recommend this shop.

If 10+ visits in 2 months for an oil leak repair that ultimately cost $7200 sounds appealing to you, then I highly recommend this place :) (here are the various pictures of oil leakages after being "fixed")

Avoid this place if you need any tire service. I had all 4 tires replaced at this place, and it s been one of the most unpleasant experiences.In short, my new tires are still leaking air, and the shop is not doing anything to fix the issue or replace the tire under their warranty.I paid for an alignment along with my brand new tires. When I picked up my car, the alignment was way off (and they charged me for it! Did they even have it done?)the balance was off, and one of the tires leaked air the next day, so I had to come back to have my alignment fixed. They could not locate the leak. A few days later, my tire sensor light was on again. I scheduled an appointment to have my tires looked at, and I had to take time off work to get there, but when I arrived I was told that they were short a mechanic and they already moved the lift to their new location, so there was nothing they could do for me during my scheduled appointment time. I wanted to rent a car from them so that I could leave mine at their shop while they are trying to determine what could be causing the leak, and I was told that the owner didn t like renting cars to people who don t have to have extensive services performed. So not only was my appointment not granted, my time was not respected as well.At this point, my BRAND NEW tires are still leaking air, and I can t keep taking time off work to resolve something that should not be a problem on the first place.They don t care about new customers, apparently. Have your tires replaced elsewhere.Edit: I should have read the reviews some people clearly state poor customer service and persistent issues after their repairs , so it s clearly a pattern for this business.

I will be contacting the N.C. State Attorney General to let it be known that this establishment inflates prices and won't give an itemized explanation of things. Totally immoral. This industry's pricing must be scrubed and revamped

Found Carfix on Google because my vehicle had faults that lit up my dash board like a Christmas tree in July.From the moment I initially spoke with Travis, I felt safe. If you're finicky about who touches your vehicle, then trust me, these lads will certainly make you feel at ease, and Elliot stays on top of the mission.Repairs were done in roughly two-three days. Constant communication, and super easy to settle the bill.Mechanics are thorough! I don't know the Techs name that worked on my vehicle, but I hope he's living his best life; guy is a wizard. He suggested things that I would have never known needed service.Don't hesitate to bring your business to this establishment, you won't regret it in the long run.S/N: If you want Half-A$$ work done for an affordable price, you might want to hit up somewhere off of New Bern or Rock Quarry. They checked out a trunk issue I was having and while inspecting, took a look at my car. They helped to get my older car in shape, and fix the trunk issue. I didn t feel like anything was pushed on me. It was fantastic service and I look forward to bringing my future business to them!

Travis and his entire team are a great group of people. Very personable. Each time, I've gone to them for service, they've been upfront about all services needed, the turnaround time, and the pricing. No hidden charges at checkout. They even offer great coupons online.I feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I've witnessed their interactions with other customers, and like my own vehicle, they took great care and work as if they're working in their own personal vehicle. I appreciate this about the business standard they've created and have upheld thus far. Thank you all!
