Could not test drive a car without showing pre approved financing. When I asked about their financing, which the advertised on the ad, I was told no first time buyers. Then told no test drives on Saturday because they were just too busy. Seriously? I got the impression that I was interrupting their day. If I'm going to spend $10,000, the least you can do is take me for a test drive. Go somewhere they will appreciate you and give you good service.

Pay attention to the negative reviews and look beyond the positives.They tried to sell me a vehicle with tires that were literally bald and showing radials...Then proceeded to offer me a $50 discount, because you know $50 is a good gamble on unsafe tires. I was told the vehicle drives great but the vehicle pulled hard to the left. Classic used car sales person.Looked at the digital tire stats from the vehicle dash and pressures were 70psi front left, and scattered between 20-40 psi for the others.Their "mission statement" is a lie. These people don't care and capitalize on bad credit / low income people who feel fortunate to qualify for a loan. I hate that businesses like this exist, but you're either living in the jungle or the zoo... These people are zoo keepers for sure.

Let me say that you will definitely waste your time and purchase more problems than you already have, if you purchase one of the overheating, misleading vehicles from this jackleg, no account so called dealership. My wife and I traveled 4 hours to purchase a suv that when test drove for 15 minutes was squrting antifreeze from two places in the radiator. we also asked numerous times before making the long trip if the vehicle had rust damage and was told no, only to get there and see that the passenger door step was completely rusted through. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMERS, LIERS, AND JUST PLAIN CRIMINALS. !!!!

I was looking for a particular used pickup truck. I saw one with low miles at a different dealership and almost bought it, but the truck was only in decent cosmetic shape and looked like someone spent quite a bit of time making it look decent rather than poor. With such low miles, that made me think the prior owner drove it hard with little care for it. I wound up passing on it, and happily so. I found the same truck (model, year, and trim package) at Car Land Auto, but with quite a few more miles. I talked to Benjamin and he assured me the vehicle "could be in a showroom". I visited the next day, and Benjamin was right! For the number of miles on the vehicle, it was in pristine shape! That assured me the Car Land Auto team knows what they're doing and what they're looking for when bidding on cars at auction. Overall, Benjamin was fantastic to work with! He was honest, flexible and personable - a true professional. If you're in the market for a used vehicle, checkout Car Land's selection. And then give Benjamin a call!!

Were were very pleased with Perry. We were shopping for a Honda Ridgeline, we saw one listed at Carland. We got a quick response from Perry when we contacted him. He sent us the Carfax, which was awesome, we were able to see the history of the truck. We contacted the the place we're they serviced the truck. They told us about all the work that was done on the truck. Perry did not pressure us, which is much different from most of the dealers.Overall we were happy with our experience at Carland. Perry was great. I highly recommend Perry if you are looking for a vehicle.

This place is the worst. Guy literally sold me a car and it was a death trap. Literally went to the dealership to get a second look and they had me sign a waiver so I can drive off their lot that s how dangerous it was to drive. The brakes, rotors and calibers were completely rusted and I had to get them replaced. I called back to see if they could help and they didn t care. All they want is your money, don t fall for their tactics. LITERALLY SCAMMERS!! I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Miguel and Young need to be held accountable for their actions for taking people s money without meeting the customer s satisfaction. Don t buy a car from here! You won t regret it. I wish there was an option for ZERO STARS
