i don t ever leave google reviews but I have to do one for this place maria was absolutely amazing she fought so hard for me to be able to get my first car i am forever thankful for her i highly recommend this place amazing prices & amazing customer services she was so dedicated even spoke with me even after hours & on her own personal time! i will definitely be back to get another car

BUYERS BEWARE!!I was so excited to purchase my car at Capitol Auto. The sales staff was very good and I felt so proud to have a vehicle I really loved to drive.On my second day of ownership the "Check Engine" light came on. The diagnostic revealed one of the Catalytic Converters had to be replaced. A properly functioning Catalytic Converter (A must to pass the state emissions test) should last the life of the vehicle and my car only has 64,000 miles. A repair of this nature should not happen at this stage in the life of this car.According to Capitol Auto the car passed inspection on 9/20/23 and I purchased the vehicle on 10/5/23. There was a 15 day difference from the inspection to the purchase date.Though I purchased this vehicle "As-IS" and Capitol Auto offered to fix it at a reduced rate, my trust in this dealership had been destroyed. I feel those responsible in selling a reliable car knowingly sold me a "Lemon."A few mechanics I trust said the car was probably manipulated in order to pass state emissions testing requirements before it was sold to me.I then asked myself, do they just want to take more of my money?Why wouldn't they want to fix this as a curtesy to keep my business? (Remember, my car needed fixing 2 days after I purchased the vehicle (10/7/23))My customer service experience was anything but pleasant when I was sharing the issues I had with my car. The customer service representative talked over me and made it difficult for me to get my point across. After I corrected her inappropriate way to speak to customers, her tone changed.Before this incident, I was prepared to tell everyone I know about this supposedly "Wonderful Dealership."I will never trust this dealership and their shady practices.Something is definitely Rotten in Denmark" or might I say at Capitol Auto."A complaint was registered with the Better Business Bureau.

I recently bought a car from Capital Auto. My experience with this dealership was Amazing ! The vehicles are very appealing, detailed to perfection, and the staff are very transparent with details pertaining to vehicles. The professionalism, courtesy, and support Scott and Bianca demonstrated was hands-down the BEST I have ever experienced in my pursuit of purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased a lot in the past. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, answer questions, and utilize resources to assist me with financing. I highly recommend Capital Auto for purchasing a vehicle . Scott and Bianca truly works with every customer and meets their needs based on where they are financially. Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Kudos to all of you!

I had recently bought a car from Capitol Auto and must say I am very pleased. I worked with Juan. He was very pleasant to talk to. He made me feel comfortable with the whole situation.(being a first time car buyer) He made sure I was okay with everything and showed me a lot of options within my budget. He and his team made sure I was leaving with the perfect car and went above and beyond to do it. I highly recommend this place. Great customer service and great cars!

Best place I could go hands down super friendly staff Amanda in customer service what above and beyond to help me get an oil change asap super kind. Oil change was done quickly and efficiently highly recommend your in for a fantastic treat if you get Amanda to help you out.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! My salesperson Maria was friendly also and very knowledgeable of her craft. She helped me find the right car at the right price and at the right budget. I Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car as I had a great experience with them!

I bought my truck in July 2013 and want to let everyone know Sue Ellen and Phil are absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had an amazing experience at Capital Auto with no pressure. I test drove a few cars and with Sue Ellen's help got me into my Volvo. I've had my truck over a year now and am very pleased I decided to purchase from them. I encourage you to check them out. They also have a fantastic mechanic located on site to answer any technical questions. I will definitely buy again from them.

I bought a 2011 bmw!!! Very wonderful car drives great. The people there are VERY HELPFUL and sweet... my light went out on my car an they fixed it with no problem... they kept in contact with me the first 30 days of having my car to make sure everything was fine. I recommend capitol auto any day!!! Thanks again!

Most horrible experience of my life!!! After paying off my car this company supposedly sent my title and I never received it. When I called them they were rude and disrespectful and told me I could go to dmv. They couldn t track it and refused to send another one. Don t do business with this company if you can help it. Staff is horrible and condescending and the management team is incompetent!!!

This place is a definite must if you are looking for a car this is definitely the place to go. The staff is extremely professional and will go above and beyond to make sure each customer is satisfied. I purchased a car from here a few days ago and I will be back when it s time again I have nothing but great things to say about this please the customer service and professionalism has blown me away. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car this place will definitely get my business as well as family and friends. The gentleman by the name of Scott made sure I was completely satisfied I am very pleased with his service and staff.

So totally pleased with my car buying experience from beginning to end, I experienced courtesy and respect. Colton was my salesperson he was so positive and just a really nice person.. oh and my finance officer Maria was the best, she was knowledgeable of her job pleasant, patient, took all the anxiety out of the experience. Made me feel that it wasn t just about the money but that she wanted the best for her customer.

I have visited several car lots in the past few weeks. I recently worked at one of the larger ones in the area. I am picky and I really dislike shady people. EVERYONE at this dealership is great. I got a great deal on a great car. Juan was my salesperson. My transaction was quick and professional. Everything promised (and more) he delivered. Alex (manager) made me feel comfortable during situations when I was nervous about the car buying process. At the closing Maria explained all of my paperwork and got me in and out in a breeze. THANK YOU CAPITAL AUTO!

We are so pleased with our new car and the experience we had buying it. Alex was thoughtful and thorough and got us into a car that was PERFECT for us (and priced just right)! They gave us incredibly fair trade-in values for the two cars we brought in, and helped us with credit (my husband had never had a loan before, so this is a great way to get him a score)! I highly recommend this dealership!!!

I worked with Ms. Sanchez, she was amazing. She made is easy and unstressful with obtaining a vehicle. She worked with me and my wife and made it her duty that we drove off the lot that very same day with what we really wanted to drive. No pressure, fast, and felt taken care of. Definitely would recommend and will buy my next car at Capital Auto.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I purchased my 2015 Ford Focus from them back in April of 2017 and ever since I left the lot this car has been a nightmare. A nightmare that they knew about. The 2015 Ford Focus that I purchased had some transmission issues that I was never made aware of. I found in the service history of the car that a few things had been done to the transmission and that this was an on going problem, in fact they had worked on the transmission. Without this knowledge, until it was far to late to do anything, I purchased the car. I have had so many issues with this car and it's cost me so much to fix it. If they had made me aware of the issues prior to I would have certainly looked at a different vehicle. I hate the car, I hate capitol auto for their inability to inform customers, and now I have 2 more years before I can get ride of the car because its not even worth a quarter of what I'm paying for it because of these issues. Oh and the anniversary email at the 3 year mark is what really set me off.... No I will not tell friends and family about this place in a positive light.

There is nothing better than being completely happy with the purchase of my car! As we know car shopping can be stressful and there was NO stress with my purchase. Alex made the whole experience quite enjoyable and everyone there was super nice and friendly. I have no problem recommending anyone looking to purchase a car to go see Alex and Capitol Auto first!!

These guys are amazing. We bought GMC Denali and as any other used vehicle it had a few things that needed to be done to it, nothing major just small stuff. They went above and beyond to fix everything we wanted and on top gave us a huge discount of the listed price of the vehicle. The whole transaction in and out took no more than 3 hours, we did pay cash wasn't financed but still very fast service.So far the best experience we've ever had at a car dealership. Scott the owner is a straight up guy, no bs, honest guy that won't do you wrong.I'll definitely be coming back to buy more vehicles in the future and will recommend his dealership to any of my fiends and family.

Alex and Maria were absolutely wonderful doing business with. My car was in an accident and I was going back and forth with the insurance company and and they totaled my vehicle so within the next 7 days I had to return the rental car and buy another one. I was very stressed and frustrated because buying another car right before Chris was NOT in my plans. Alex and Maria were very kind, patient, and understanding with my situation and willing to work with me the best I can. I got a great deal and my payments stay in my previous range. Needless to say-I m telling all of my friends about Capitol Auto and all of my future car purchases will be at CAPITOL AUTO and yours should be to. Thanks Alex and Maria.
