Capital Collision was very easy to work with, and did an excellent job. They were able to see me promptly and give me a quote. Most other places I called couldn't even see me for a quote for weeks. They communicated well and everything was handled very professionally. I strongly recommend them.

Turned to this business for over 30 years beautiful work, great communication, and fair prices. They are amazing at matching paint! The most recent work involved correcting damage done to our minivan by a really big deer. I brought my vehicle here. Randy was excellent. I didn t ultimately have it repaired because it was the same amount to repair as the total car was worth ( going to tool with it myself ) but their customer service is A-1. Highly recommend.

Capital Collision did a fantastic job repairing the deep scratches and dents that I had in my car, as well as repairing my front bumper. Extremely happy with my bumper and lift gate repair done on my Mazda CX-5. Can't recommend these guys enough. They define "above & beyond", they not only did amazing body work but spent weeks sorting out a mechanical issue and fixed whatever they had the gear for at hardly over coat of materials. They kept me updated every step of the way and never 'upsold' me. Straight up honest business that actually cares about sending you off safe, not just patched up. Can't thank them enough. They really helped me out.

I had an unfortunate incident of being rear ended. My car s trunk and back up sensors were broken and I needed to get collision repair done. I am glad I went with Capital Collision they were able to schedule repairs on my car within one month, and got it back to perfect condition within the timeframe as promised. They also saved me $500 deductible. If you want kind, trustworthy, reliable people to work on your car, I would certainly recommend Randy and team at Capital collision.

These guys did a fantastic job on our Escalade. It is the pearl white tri-coat. Due to these crazy times it took 6 months to get a grill from China to get our truck back together but that had nothing to do with these guys. They kept us informed throughout the process and the truck turned out great..I hope we don't have another wreck but if we do every vehicle I own will go hete for repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Capital Collision is absolutely the best body shop/collision repair business I have ever dealt with. I met directly with the owner (Randy McCall) as a walk-in customer, he gave me an on the spot estimate and I returned the next day to have the work completed. Randy and his staff were courteous, professional, and performed quality work. I highly recommend them!

The men at Capital Collision give great customer service and work quality. I had them give three of my vehicles a facelift to fix rock chips and faded areas. They do great work in a timely manner that looks factory. They are very honest as well.

My side passenger mirror was shattered from someone hitting it. I called my dealership, thinking that was the best option. They were going to charge me $600 just for the mirror and couldn t fix it until August/September at the earliest. I called Capital Collision on a Thursday afternoon. They ordered the mirror and replaced the entire thing by Monday afternoon for half the price!! Great customer service, excellent prices and amazing work!! My Jeep looks brand new! My family has been going to them for years and will continue to do so!! :)

Strongly recommend Capital Collision. My son dragged the passenger side of my car along the garage door trying to park it putting a significant dent and scrape along the back two panels. I had him go out and get 3 quotes for repair. 2 of the 3 said the only way to fix it was to replace the panels. Capital said they could replace panels but also thought they could fix it without replacing the panels. Their quotes were significantly less for both options. I chose not to replace the panels and they did an amazing job getting all the defects out and repainting. Looks as good as new. Really appreciate their willingness to provide alternative options and the outcome was beyond my expectations.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am going to recommend this shop due to President - Randy McCall and what he did for me the other day. I was driving home from the hospital with my husband; who had just had surgery; when I had a problem with my car. Randy helped me out so that I could get all of us back home safely. So based on the person I met and what he did for us, I can tell you his shop will do a good job for you. I have read the reviews already on this site and I can see that lots of people agree. Great service. I was having issues with my insurance on a claim and the guys here really helped me out. They were able to show me what was wrong and even point it out and explain it on the car. It's refreshing to work with such honest and friendly people. The guys there really know their stuff!

They did careful, meticulous work making our dinged up 2009 Mazda 5 look good as new. They were recommended by our trusted auto mechanic and I can see why. It's beautiful work at a fair price.
