Took a long time but that can be the case with exotic cars. I took my Aston Martin in to the shop to have my grill replaced and my car painted. Not only did the paint match exactly but the vehicle looked better than when I left it. Thank you to the team at capital collision. They have my business for life.

I m traveling from Florida to see family and had a fender bender. Got online quotes in Florida with repair appointments in July. Matt was helpful, friendly, reasonably price and super helpful with timeline. This shop went above and beyond what I expected and I highly recommend them without hesitation. Service here was simply amazing. The staff was very friendly and personable and did their best. They finished my car earlier than anticipated. And -- because my situation was abnormal (for reasons I won't get into here) -- they ended up absorbing some of the costs that they didn't have to. Won my trust, admiration, and respect. 5 stars, easy.

What an outstanding professional experience! My initial contact with Capital City Collision was prompted by their stellar reviews, and I must say, they surpassed expectations. Representing my daughter, who was rear-ended, I spoke with David, the owner's son. His exceptional attitude instilled immediate confidence. Meeting him in person only reinforced his can-do approach. The entire process was remarkably stress-free, precisely as promised. The family-owned aspect is a huge advantage; their care for customers truly shines through. They delivered exceptional work on my daughter's Honda Civic, leaving her absolutely thrilled. Highly recommended for their top-notch service!!!

Recently I had a vehicle at this shop for repair. The Team not only did a fantastic job on the repair but also helped keep cost in check as I had to keep to a budget. I went to 5 collision shops and Matt; the owner was by far the best to deal with....very personable and offered several tips and advice. He felt like the most trustworthy and down-to-earth person I encountered while securing quotes. This is his business and he cares about his brand. Within a week or so I was able to pay a deposit on parts and drop off the vehicle. In about another week the car was finished on time, as promised.I was kept informed about status throughout the process. Matt even arranged for an affordable rental which I didn t end up needing but nonetheless was good business to help a single Dad with only one car on hand. I would highly recommend Matt and Team for your automotive repair needs.

In January of 2023 I had an accident in my 2019 Prius Prime. My insurance company recommended a couple body shops in the area and I contacted them but was not convinced they could deal with my car. Not only that, they would not even look at my car until late March at the very earliest. I really needed my car repaired before then. It was drivable just not safe to do so and I didn't want to make anything worse.I never considered my car "exotic" but a couple places just wouldn't touch it due to it being a plug-in-hybrid.I found Capital City Collision with Google and, with all the great reviews, thought I would try them. The looked at my car the same day and agreed to do the work. Within two days they had disassembled the front end and ordered parts. After waiting for some weeks for a couple hard to get parts they began repairs and, of course, found additional damage. So they ordered some additional parts.To keep the rest of the story short, They had my car fixed and ready for me in early March which was still weeks before any of the other places would have even taken it into their shops. CCC matched the paint perfectly, repaired the heat pump used for heating and cooling, got the sensor systems recalibrated, and installed a new gravel shield on the hood. The fit of the new parts is perfect and I can't tell just from looking that it has ever been in an accident. There are no rattles and nothing about the way it drives is different from before the accident.They were also very helpful during the process. They kept me appraised of the status all the way through the process. They called me in to show me the damage once the car was disassembled and explained everything that needed to be done.I highly recommend CCC. I hope I never need them again but won't go anywhere else if I do.

Had a door ding ... They did a nice job fixing the dent and an excellent job on the paint. Hope to never have to see them again. But if I need a repair they will be my go to body shop.

This place has always done great work for my parents and worked in my vehicle during a busy time. I get the sense that people really abuse service advisors and want to encourage everyone to be open and understanding during this busy season. We never know what s on someone else s plate and we re all best served by assuming positive intentions. Everyone is doing their best!

Very friendly and helpful. Personally I was only there for small work(mirror replacement and buff touch up paint in one panel), they were very quick, dropped off the vehicle and in 2 hours it was ready to go.A few coworkers had work done here too and they were very happy with the quality.

Matt and the Team at Capital City Collision did an excellent job repairing my Porsche 911 (996).I was hit by a deer beginning November and there I was with my bumper and right light broken. After several calls with insurance, and a number of denials form other Body-Shops without especial reasons, Capital City Collision was the one showing the highest commitment and clear intention to help. Matt took it over with all the details with the insurance and kept me updated along the process. It was some how a length process, since meanwhile we were going through the Vacation season and some parts were back ordered. In the end, my 996 Convertible was delivered properly fixed and very well clean. Next time I need any body-shop work done in one of my cars, I know who to call and where to go Matt and Capital City Collision, of course.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My daughter was in an accident and needed a repair shop in Raleigh. Since I live 3 hours away, I decided to use Capital City based on all the great Google reviews. I could have chosen a number of shops in the Raleigh area, but so glad I chose this one. Now that the job is finished, I want to commend Matt and his staff on the excellent repair work they did, the time spent handleing insurance, and for keeping me posted as repairs were made. Matt especially went out of his way on numerous occasions to make sure my daughter was taken care of. Matt and his team were extremely helpful to me after my son s recent accident. My son s car was badly damaged but we needed to get an estimate, and we weren t sure if insurance would cover the repair. Matt was willing to store the vehicle and provided an estimate within a few days, free of charge. He then continued to store the car for us free of charge, while we pondered whether to proceed with repairs. He was always respectful and kind. And I could tell by the satisfied customers in his office that he does excellent work. I hope I never have needed his services, lol, but if I ever do, Matt will definitely be my first call.

My car was side swiped in a parking lot the day I was trying to sell it. Literally the worst timing! I was able to get in a get a quote quickly and easily the same day. Matt and his team over at Capital City Collison did a wonderful job getting the car looking great again, and helped me to get it back up on the market and ready to sell. These guys are true professionals. As someone who does all their own repairs and maintenance, I am extremely picky about who I let do work to my vehicles. I had a large branch fall and hit my truck, damaging the fender badly. I used Capital City to replace and paint the fender and it looks amazing. You would never know there was so much damage. Their pricing is extremely fair and the customer service is second to none. They really did go above and beyond in more ways than one. I recently called in to inquire about their services. Matt was very rude and came off with a very dismissive attitude. After speaking with several body shops in the area, I had a couple of questions regarding their estimate process, repair process, and paint process to determine which body shop would be best suited. He came off very annoyed and uninterested because of my questions. To do what they do,I d imagine it take a tremendous amount of skill and not everyone would be as knowledgeable as they are. In my mind, I thought it wouldn t be a burden to ask a couple questions. I m in a time crunch to get my truck repaired, but I d rather wait a year before I move decide to move forward with them.

Emailed Capital City Collision for help with a mismounted spoiler on my vehicle. Matt was very responsive and helpful with this last minute request, and I was able to stop by immediately the next day (in under 12 hours). His brother, David, walked me through the shop, showed me their work, explained their assessment process, and was very friendly upon my arrival. The quote provided was exactly how much I paid at check out, and the work was done with quality and care. I ve been to several places to get an estimate for my car but this place was by far the best when it came to customer service. The guys there are so nice and even though they booked out for over a month (understandably) they still helped get the orange paint off my white car so it wouldn t look so bad while I m waiting to get it fixed. From calling to make the appointment, to the in person interaction I have to give them 5 stars. My bday is in a few days, I have a trip planned, & my car gets damaged right before I m supposed to leave. Being kind to someone who s already in a stressful situation really makes a difference.

During a pretty fragile time in my life I looked up Capital City Collision for some unexpected body work. After seeing the reviews I decided to pay them a visit. Shortly after I stepped in the door Matt came from the back and greeted me with the warmest most welcoming greeting wearing his mask. Clearly he understands when someone seeks out a body shop they may already be a bit frazzled Unless they are coming to restore their classic dream car.... He gave me my options, told me he would handle the logistics, & they could pick me up from home and drop me back off which was very convenient... The day I went to pick up my rental I was having rough day to say the least...smh And not to make this so long but Matt was an angel. I was frazzled & I decided to share w/ him what was going on so he understood my actions ... I had just experienced a loss not too long but before the accident that led me to the Body Shop... Had been making mask zoning out to cope... Well that particular day it all came back to me. Needless to say Matt took care of everything; he was my voice when it came to speaking to the rental a car rep etc... He was like a Big Brother but better.... He was extremely patient as I search for my license and my debit card for a minute .. Was a bit of a nervous wreck In need of a vacation... He made sure I had all my essential items out my car, didn't pay for anything I didn't need... and ensured me that everything would be OK... I can't say enough good about this business man of God. Not to mention the repairs he did on my car were exceptional and he made sure it was sanitized before it was returned to me due to the pandemic. Fantastic customer service and body work. Matt took care of everything for us, all we had to do was drop off the car. He dealt with the insurance and car rental companies and turned what could have been a very stressful experience into the easiest process ever. Our car looks amazing, like the accident never happened. I will highly recommend Capital City Collision to everyone I know.

This company is great. The owner is friendly and always on site.We use them for commercial purposes.They disassemble and reassemble the vehicle we wrap for our clients.Usually no problems. More importantly if there ever is something amiss, they fix it quickly and keep our flow of business uninterrupted.Lastly, we confidently send our clients to this shop to install aftermarket performance pieces on all of our clients' high end vehicles. We recieved excellent care and car repair at Capital City Collision. Matt was friendly, responsive and attentive from a customer service angle. And our van was repaired with great skill. The front end looked terrible when I took it in after a crash, but it looked brand new when I picked it up - inside and out. They helped coordinate with our insurance company and rental car company, and I was able to trust and relax through the whole process.

Matt and his crew did such a great job on my car. I was unhappy with a couple of blends from a previous paint job as well as needing some bumper cover , mirror cover and a few smaller issues addressed. They did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier. It makes the parts of my car that I didn't have addressed look a little tatty in comparison!I would recommend CCC without reservation to anybody.
