This Caliber location was outstanding. The front desk personnel, Lindsay and another young woman whose name I don't know delivered excellent customer service, putting me at ease in what initially (the crash) was a stressful situation. Tim, my service advisor, was thorough in his explainations and kept me informed of the repair progress. He went above and beyond in showing me all that had been done when I picked up the beautifully repaired car. The repair technician, who I never met, was very attentive to detail in his work. The car looks like brand new. I wouldn't recommend a car crash but would highly recommend this Caliber location as a place to have the damage repaired.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Had a 2012 Charger get backed into. The Caliber team quickly got us in, accessed the damage and got repairs underway immediately. Car looks better than it did when I bought it!!!! Amazing work by amazing team!
