Zach was the absolute best. From the time i dropped my car off to the time i picked it up. I asked a million and one questions and he never rushed his answers and explained everything to me in full detail. The communication was excellent every step of the way with text updates and my car was done before its estimated completion date. 5 stars is not enough for him and his team. Thank you Erica for your help with the rental and making life easy. This place is the best highly recommended!!

My experience at Caliber Collision was met with professionalism and honesty. It's been quite a while since I've left an auto shop without feeling uncomfortable.I certainly appreciate Zach for daily updates and making himself available whenever I had questions. I trusted him.Very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle

This was the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop! From my first conversation with Gina, I knew this was a great place to trust my vehicle to. They were professional and kept me informed the whole time throughout the process. Taylor and Chris were outstanding! And Jacob did the most AMAZING WORK on my car! They were prompt and completed the work in a timely fashion, even with supply issues everyone is experiencing. They worked diligently to get my parts in and get my car back to me as quickly, but as quality as they could.If you are looking for a friendly, professional body shop that does quality work and takes care of their customers, this is it!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber collision is one of the most company that fix the car if it did accident.Trust for this I say.My Jeep gladiator was damaged at back bedside, but I took it to Caliber collision to be fixed.Now it became new as before.

Caliber Collision recently completed some body work on my SUV. They did a beautiful job, finished at least a week earlier than expected, coordinated my car rental pick up and return, and generally made my experience as positive as you could have.

I Ana crooke I had an accident on the rear bumper when someone hit me on a stoplight took my vehicle to this location and they gave me excellent customer service fast as well service. They updated me and every step through text messages and email of the process of the repair of my vehicle the vehicle came out, extremely awesome and beautiful the paint as well matched with my vehicle, I recommend or anyone to come to this location to have all your repair needs and as well I recommend my friends and family to this location

My car was brought to Caliber Collision (Oak Forest Drive) with a lot of damage after an accident. Staff here is very professional and friendly. My car looked great upon picking it up - like it was never hit! I returned with a question and even then it was just a quick fix they promptly took care of.

I have dealt with Caliber Collison twice for repairs. I chose them due to color of my car is very different. I can tell you both times I used them service & repair work was A1!! Thanks Caliber Collison...great job

I heard some horror stories about people who had to wait months for their car injuries to be fixed, but I have heard good things overall from Caliber Collison. This was my first time experiencing a car accident so repairing my vehicle was very important to me. I was very surprised and impressed with how quickly they were able to fix my door. I also appreciated the fact that I got notifications for every step of the process. The employees at the office are also very kind kept me up to-date on my vehicle. Definitely would recommend and come back to this place again if/when I need their services!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my rs3 here and they destroyed my bumper. A garaged car. Do not recommend as they re not honest. Insurance sides with them too unfortunately. Will never go to this location againUpdate: I sent this company a message at the email address provided via their reply to this review and they haven t followed up!

This Caliber Collision shop did not do a good job on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed scrubbing sounds when I turned my steering wheel and when I decelerated. Took my vehicle back as I was informed to do by the tech (Chris) , He did a test drive and claimed he did not hear anything and said if you bring it back and the repairs are not related then I would be responsible for repairs. Which I am sure that this is not the case because prior to my vehicle being hit my brakes ans rotors were changed as qell as new tires were installed and there was no scrubbing sounds coming from my vehicle! Do not go hear for vehicle repairs!

I will never ever use Caliber Collision ever again and make sure no one I know ever uses Caliber Collision. They are a shady company who cares about profits over their customers.I have heard numerous stories from friends who took their car to Caliber Collision after a small accident (with little vehicle damage) and they ended up deeming their car totaled. When questioned why their car was totaled, one mechanic even said "we will find a way to total your car, even if I have to break things myself" and told her that they turn around and sell the cars themselves so they are profiting from totaling cars.I just had a very similar experience with them. I was sent here by my insurance (Allstate) after being in a minor accident (being rear ended). My Allstate appraiser estimated repairs would cost less than $3000 and the mechanic originally said there was no frame damage and everything should be fixed very quickly. He made it seem like no big deal. A week later (just 2 days before my car was supposed to be done) they submitted everything to Allstate and it was deemed total. Caliber said the repairs were going to cost 14 THOUSAND DOLLARS. There is absolutely no way the repairs will cost that much for a minor accident with nor frame damage.It is very clear they were being shady from the beginning and always had plans to make sure my car was totaled. They care more about making money than helping their customers after people have been in an accident. Never ever again.

Erica was my first contact when I called in to make an appointment for my vehicle after someone backed into it. I had no idea what the process would be since I was working through the driver s insurance company, needed a rental car etc. Erica was totally informative and made the initial process easy. Chris was my representative once my car was in the shop and he sent me daily updates so I never felt like I had to call them for information.The car looks great and I am totally happy with the whole experience. I d totally recommend this location of Caliber Collision , without reservation!!!!Service: Body & Trim

These guys cut corners at every opportunity. Zero communication skills within the entire facility. A complete and absolute WASTE of time. DO NOT do business here, you WILL be SORRY.

Carson and the whole shop saved me when the insurance company wanted to total my suv. He explained everything to me and showed me how to how to go forward with it and if it wasn t for him and Caliber they would ve have succeeded. Caliber and Carson had the patience to explain everything to me and it meant the whole world. Zach also was extremely helpful! can t tell you how much I appreciate them. I can t tell you how much I appreciate Carson and the whole caliber collision for fixing the suv doing it right.
