Needed to get my wife s car inspected. Jaymes worked me right in even though the shop was pretty full and I was out within 45 minutes. Very nice friendly business with a clean waiting area. I would definitely consider them in the future.

What a refreshing experience doing business with a company such as Blacks Tire in Raleigh NC. For over 15 years now I have relied on these professionals to keep fleet vehicles going as well as heavy construction equipment with prompt service. H.Fowler at the Capital Blvd. location has branded the business as a model for any kind of operation providing service to emulate. Tim at the Millbrook Rd location has continually impressed me with great service for my personal vehicles.These guys are great to work with.

Very pleased with the folks at Black's Tire. Drove up, checked on getting the work done, they took the car right, got an oil change and inspection done in about an hour. Have got a set of tires in the past and was well pleased with a good tire brand.

Black's Tire repeatedly misdiagnosed and failed to repair both a wheel bearing and an engine starting issue. After two tows and wasted repairs and expenses, another shop fixed the problems definitively. Additionally, Black's installed an incorrect battery. Despite returning the faulty parts and receiving a reimbursement promise (from 'Tim'), no refund was ever issued after many months of follow-up. Due to this experience, I will no longer use this location.

I dropped my car off for an oil change. Was greeted in a friendly manner and got checked in quickly. I forgot to ask for a tire rotation so I called them back and they got it done quickly. Thanks for being a service oriented business!

They cannot do the alignment. The person in the office admitted that. After 3 hours of wait the came out and said the couldn t do an allotment on my truck for no reason. Not a single explanation why they couldn t do it. Then I asked the guy at the desk and this is what he told me quote. My guy does not know how to do an alignment.

James at the front desk was great!! I ordered tires online the day before my appt. I prematurely went in without confirming if the tires were available. My mistake as I should have waited for the call, however James was kind and patient with me. I was a on a spare and another tire was on its last leg so I called back later that day to see if they had any tires in house and they did! James set up my appt same day and they got the new tires on so quickly. The mechanics were great!Highly recommend and will be going back for regular service!

Really like the staff at Black Tires. They are always courteous and kind. One issue I have is they quote a time range for your service that rarely happens. Even if you call ahead it will still take a long time.

All staff members at Black s Tire on Millbrook Rd are absolutely amazing. Both James and Dennis made such a great impact on my day today with their kindness and ability to assist with my needs. My family has been coming to this location of Black s for years, and without a doubt we will continue to!! We ve trusted them with every car we ve owned, I wouldn t hesitate to refer anyone here! Check them out!!

Needed brake pads but was able to get the oil changed and my inspection at the same time. My car was ready early and Jaymes is really nice and courteous.

Ive been bringing both of my vehicles here for over 3 years. The staff has changed but the service has remained top notch, very competitive pricing, trustworthy technicians and mechanics who dont try to sell you on more than you need. They diagnose the problem and give you different options to solve it. Very quick turn around too! And i take my commercial vehicle to their other location for regular maintenance because they are one of the few shops that will touch large flat bed vehicles. I cant say enough about the work these guys do, and thats hard to find in their industry!

These guys were great. I needed my headlight replaced and my rear wiper blade replaced. I called Firestone and they wanted a rediculous amount. Black's did it for 1/4 of what Firestone wanted. They always treat me great!

The tires were a bit more than across the street at NTB but I promise you this is the better location. I went to NTB and they told me that it would be three hours to get to my car and they had no spots open during the week. I waited too long and my tire was really bad and I couldn t go any further with it. I went across the street to Blacks Auto and the customer service was great. They managed to get me in due to my tire condition. As I weighed it the gentleman at the front Dess was very nice and took time to talk to me a bit. He was very busy, but was able to give great customer service at the same time. I think this place will be on my list to visit in the future.

There are all so very nice and understanding. They explained to me what was wrong and kept the parts till I came so they could show me! And even got me some really good tires without me having to ask for good ones. Top notch by far!!! Tim and his team are spectacular and very honest with their customers.

If you need any work on your vehicle, you need to come to Blacks. Dennis and his team are the most professional team you will work with in this industry. And beyond their expertise, the customer service they provide is unmatched. I have never been treated so fairly and with so much care as I was when I brought my SUV in (they did major repairs in a matter of hours, drove me home, and cleaned my car inside and out just to be nice!). In a world where we hear more negative than anything, my experience with the wonderful people at Blacks was a beautiful first-hand experience of kindness. I will never go anywhere but Blacks!

This place is great. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Prices are good. They were fast also. Nice waiting area with comfortable couches. They also have a Keurig in the waiting area - enjoyed my coffee while I waited!!

James is a manager who was very courteous and professional. Mike is one of the technicians/mechanics and he s very good at providing details of what the issue may be. Also very professional and pleasure to deal with.
