DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT go to the Brier Creek BJs for ANY tire service. (or any maintenance). There's only one person working in the tire shop and he's ALWAYS overbooked. This last trip I took my car there to have my tires rotated. A day later the tire pressure light came on. When I called to have Josh check it out he told me he wasn't sure when he could get me in. Let's fast forward, a week later, my tire pops! And the kicker: we couldn't take the tire off and put on my spare because Josh failed to put my tire lock key back in my car! My husband went to BJs to talk to him about the tire and to get my tire lock key; he gives him one that isn't mine and doesn't even fit! Y'all don't waste your time or your money here. They need to shut the tire shop down because at this point they're putting people at risk doing questionable work.

I ve had two terrible experiences here. First time there was no attendant there at my scheduled appointment time and he didn t show up for at least 15 minutes after our appointment. Today my tire rotation took almost 1 hour 45 minutes (when I was told an hour max) and then my car wouldn t start when I got it back. So now I m sitting in the parking lot with a grip of hungry little kids.

Please avoid this tire department. These guys will not pick up the call and if you visit for Walk In they will make ask you to come next appointment. Its very difficult to have appointment over phone. There is no option online for booking appointment. It's better to avoid buying tires here.

Tried calling 6 times over a 4 day period to find out if they have my size tire in stock. Only one of those 6 times (call #2) was I successful in reaching tire department and they asked me to call back the next day because the system was down. The front desk couldn't even tell me the tire department hours. I even went by the store on the second day of trying around 5:20 PM and the tire department was closed despite the sign on the door noting 9AM-8PM hours on the door. Don't waste your time trying to buy tires at BJ's Brier Creek. They really have no interest in selling them to you. And to think...I was going to renew my membership just to buy a $1000 set of tires. Costco here I come! BJ's....never again!

Ordered tires online and during purchase process scheduled time/date to install 2 days later. Showed up and was told the tire were not in the store and will be shipped. I never received any shipping information. Called the store a couple of days later and it was confirmed the tires are in fact in the store. Scheduled a date/time to install. Showed up at appt. and was told that my appt was deleted and assigned to someone else. Scheduled another appt. a week later. Showed up for 9:30 appt. and the technician did not show up until 9:45 and did not begin working on my tires until after 10AM. It took over 2.5 hrs. (from the time work started) to install 4 tires. Needless to say, I will never use BJS for tires again.

Recently purchased and had tires mounted on my vehicle. BJ's Tire Center was the best deal in town and offers its members a very good warranty and complimentary service (rotation/balancing) for the life of the tires.The staff (Mark) was great and not only were they personable, but they were on-time and helpful. So helpful in fact that they saved me over $200 by recommending a BF Goodrich, which was on-sale that was equivalent to the Michelin's I had in mind. It's a shame they do not offer additional services, like oil changes, because I'd be inclined to only do business there given how good this first experience has been.

I had a 11am appointment for simple rotation and balance. If you don't honor the appointments then WHY BOTHER taking them? My name, appointment time and date were written on the dry erase board that is part of their hi tech work order system. My car was not even taken into the bay until 12:30. I wont be back.

Disorganized, terrible communication and customer service. The staff seem to have no idea what they are doing. I came to BJs because it was right off the road where my tire became flat and I was a member. First time buying tires and last time. Price was great, but I d rather spend extra at a local store to have guys that know what is going on in their service area and get jobs done in a timely manner.

I made an appointment and was told it would still be up to 6-8 hours to get my car back. Fortunately it did not take that long. The tires themselves ride nice and I have had no issues with them.

After I blew my tire down the road, I had my car towed to the tire center right as they were closing. Tom went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly prompt, respectful, personable! On his own time, he completed my tire repair AFTER closing when he could have gone home and had me come back tomorrow. What a life saver! I was blown away by his sacrifice and effort. Thank you, Tom, and thank you, BJs!

I ve came in here 8 times in the span of 5 months, and despite them advertising they accept Apple Pay, it has never worked for me, any family member or customer I ve talked to.The terminals can pixk up Apple Pay, but they return with the message not accepted Edit: I ve spoken to multiple mangers all claiming they re waiting for someone to come in and fix them...Edit 2: It s now been 5 months, and now my Debit Card isn t even accepted at Self Checkout

I enjoy shopping here except when I need help from employees as they don't seem to want to be bothered. The front-end manager does not know how to process winning lottery tickets without reading a manual and getting help from others.

Your local close time on specific days should be informed to ppl on your site or else where. Putting a small piece of paper on your door will not help ppl coming from far of and frustrate them for traveling so long and finding that today is your book closing day and store will close early.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sam's Club is 10x better. The "Boss Man" as he called himself is a total jerk and I feel sorry for anyone that has to work under him. He doesn't have any understanding or discretion for disabled members. Their prices are good on a few things but they could clean up the store a bit. Will absolutely never return.

Have called repeatedly and the automated service doesn t respond to any commands so it is useless and most aggravating when you are hoping that spend money there and can t get through
