Me and my hubby have been coming here recently! I love them! They are great people and really care about their clients. The prices are not to bad either especially the quality service you get from them! They make sure to get the best car parts and really do take their time fixing the repair on the car. They also have warranty as well for the repairs they fix on the car! How much better can this get!

I took my Ford Explorer for a timing chain/waterpump replacement, I can t even begin to brag about the service my truck and I received. Thankful I found this shop. Thank you B and Jessica!

Customer for over 8 years. My entire family goes to the man with a plan! Always courteous, professional, and timely. Good mechanics are hard to come by these days, but Great Mechanics are an Epic Rarity!!! Bee always has my back and looks out for everything including preventable maintenance & care. If your looking for a mechanic you can rely on in the long term, please look no further. This review has been a long time coming and I should've posted this earlier in the years. Please do your car a favor and have Bee take a look under the hood. They are always nice. customer service is great. They were able to squeeze me in a tight schedule when I called to make an appointment on Monday. They said they were busy but squeezed me in. The prices are great. I've been coming here since my first car. They are super professional.

I've had my experience in dealing with Mechanics and these guys at Beacon Lake I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here I've been a customer for years now and no matter the year, make and model they will get you all the way right and give you the mechanic service you deserve. That's just the service they provide .... a honest and trustworthy service and not as pricey as most mechanic shops ... Their service is worth the price thanks guys

Rare to find actual family ran businesses these days that treat their customers like on of their own. Bee and Jess are the kindest people I have ever met and they do amazing work. Huge props to all their mechanics on deck I can always get a fair price and TRUST that perfect work will be done every time. Would give a 6/5 if I could and highly recommend to everyone I know!

Always excellent customer service from the entire crew and staffing. They have worked on several of my cars and I highly recommend. They are friendly, professional, and care about their customers.A small family business but big on results, being helpful and making a honest living for their families. I travel over 2 hours one way just to get my cars worked on, and only from them.Give them a call today!

I m sure I m not the only person that s had trust issues when it comes to trusting and believing repair shops and/or mechanic. Worried they tell you lies, this and that needs to be fixed just to take money out of your pocket. Bee at Beacon Lake Auto is not one of those people. This guy is professional and is very well knowledge. He cares about his business, reputation and most importantly his customers. Right off the start, Great communication and discussion about what may be wrong with my car. I paid for a diagnostic and turns out, he was right about what could be my problem. Got the issue fixed and my car is good again. This shop has completely gained my trust after many visits. The mechanic/owner (Jose) was able to tell me what was wrong my car on my first visit.The price for my repairs were really affordable, very friendly and patient. And they were able to get my car completed within a reasonable time. I will be returning back for more car repairs!!

Beacon lake auto is amazing!! I am so relieved on how well they take care of their customers. They were honest, priced reasonably and they were genuine. They also helped me make a smart decision on what to do instead of fixing all the problems and me putting more money into my car then i needed to. I really appreciated it. They are a family owned and value their customers. I m recommending to everyone i know and will always bring my car there!

This is a family owned business and the very best in the Raleigh Area. A husband and wife team own the business and do Outstanding Automotive Work. Jessica is at the front desk with a smile on her face. Bee is the Master Mechanic by far the best in N.C. All the employee's are very friendly and will go out of there way to help. Took my wife's BMW M6 to Bee at Beacon Lake for a ABS brake issue. He repaired it and we left happy. He was straight up and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend his shop to others. His wife that works in the office was pleasant to deal with as well.

B is an amazing trustworthy mechanic. He will work with you and give you honest opinions on what is wrong with your car. I'm very picky when it comes to mechanics since I used to work on my own car. I have been to so many others places in the past and no one has compared to Beacon Lake Auto. Their quality of work is amazing and I will take my current and future cars to them.

Every car I have taken to Beacon Lake Auto, gets fixed correctly and they always call you before doing any work until approved by you the customer. Great mechanic shop, and very fair on prices for labor. I still continue to get my vehicles fixed here.

Perfect spot for an oil change and honest advice. I ll definitely be back! I had trouble finding the location, it s right after the hwy 64 gas station, before where Google kept trying to take me.

They are very friendly and fair. They will tell you what needs to be done to your vehicle and not try to push you to get repairs that your vehicle doesn't need. Prices are also very reasonable. I have been going to Beacon Lake Auto for several years.

Bee and Sean are great mechanics. They always give me options when I need to fix my car and never pressure me into doing anything that's unnecessary. They're flexible with drop offs and pick ups and communicate well. Highly recommend using these guys for all of your auto repair needs.

When people move to a new area and experience car trouble, the search for an honest auto repair place can be daunting. If you're in Raleigh, all I can say is go to Beacon Lake Auto Repair. I'm so impressed not only by the work that is done there, but by their commitment to honesty and ethical business practices. Every step of the way, they look for ways to save you money. I had an expensive repair done and Bee (the owner) stood by his work and was 100% forthright in dealings. It's truly a family operated business and I can't recommend them enough.

Bee took great care of my car! He is honest and does work at a very reasonable price. I will for sure use him again for anything that needs to be done on my car. I have a BMW and would much rather go to him than to the dealer.

We have taken our Lexus here twice for repairs. Fantastic job. Yes I would recommend. Hopefully I won't need any more repairs any time soon, but when they do come up I will bring my vehicle right back here.

Just excellent! The business is reputable and Bee, his wife, & daughter operate with integrity and true caring for their customers. They have worked on my car for 3 unrelated issues and his work is above reproach. Life long customer now.

Bee it's the best mechanic I have ever met. He is straight forward with the diagnosis, good prices and very professional! I been going to him for over 4 yrs now and never has disappointed me! Highly recommend it!
