I called the Clayton Auto-Zone located at 38 S.W. Flowers Pkwy. I spoke with a gentleman named James He was kind and very attentive. He listened carefully and when I finished, he very kindly suggested that I purchase the entire kit in stead of the water pump and the list of items that I was told I needed The he explained the contents of the kit. He was wonderful and I told him I wanted to pay for it now because they only had one.So, he said if I could get to the Zebulon Store before 5, That I could put in Zebulon and he would send it by HUB to Zebulon..So, I went and paid and it should be here tomorrow. Best cust service experience I have had in a very long time.I would give Mr James 10 he had to be tops. I thank them all for their well co-ordinated effort.

It seems like the quality of service you receive is based on the associate you get. It took a 30 minute drive from another location, four people looking into it and me saying my phone number 13 times for them to find my purchase in the system after I couldn't do a return at a different location bc of an error made at this location at check out. This could've prevented me from getting a refund at all for 2 unused items purchased days ago had I not given my number at the time of purchase. Then, the girl processing my return didn't return the full amount of change. Be it 2 cents or 99 cents, why would you not give a customer their refund in full after an already frustrating experience? Whether intentional or negligence, that's just incompetent. The Wake Forest location consistently provides a much better experience.

Went in to have a battery tested. Talked to the manager, Kelly, and after telling him how I had charged the battery but it wouldn't start my vehicle after sitting for 3 days, he tested it, the tester said it was bad and offered to replace it. It was under warranty and they didn't have that battery in stock,so he called another location and gave me the name of associate to ask for. When I drove there, Allison had the replacement ready for me and it was a very pleasant and easy transaction. Both Kelly and Allison were very helpful, professional and customer oriented. Excellent representatives for Autozone in a time where true customer service is difficult to find!

Love the service!West & Angel had nothing but love for a sister driving blind. They were very informative, and caring. When I left that location I was comfortable knowing how to fix the problem at an affordable price!Thanks guysAuto Zone @ Capital Blvd is where to go

Dylan was great! Super nice! He placed a little bulb in my car! And the other tall guy ( I didn t get his name ) was very nice too! 4 stars only because I had to wait awhile to get it placed in because there was a lot of customers. I know it s a courtesy thing which I m grateful for but at the end of the day I am a still customer by purchasing from the store too. I had never encountered that at an autozone. Other than that Dylan was very helpful and professional.

I have been been on hold for over 45 minutes. I hung up to call back and got sent straight to hold. Again, on hold for another 30 minutes. As I am writing this I am on hold once again for over 23 minutes. Nobody wants to answer the phone and help me with the correct part I need. This is so frustrating

I love the Auto Zone in Raleigh, N.C on Capital Blvd. They have the best customer service shoutout to Dylan! He is amazing. This gentleman takes the time to help every customer in the best way he can. Also this store is the most organized auto parts store around. I recommend coming here for all your auto part needs. Also if you want great customer service ask for Dylan!

I watched him handle several customers while also taking care of my needs as well..great job multitasking West! Dylan and him both assisted me with my car service needs..so this is the AutoZone to go to for your car service needs if you're in the area.

West M. was very helpful. I had a long day at work, and car trouble struck. He identified the problem quickly and he very nicely guided me to what I needed to purchase. He even knocked a few dollars off of the price because he felt bad. Great customer service.
