My husband and I started taking our cars to AutoTek over 23 years ago. We have never been disappointed with quality of repairs or service.Not only are the costs reasonable, the mechanics will fully explain repairs, answer all your questions and offer alternatives if feasible.I will continue to have my car serviced at AutoTek

I've been taking my vehicles to AutoTek for service for more than 20 years. They schedule appointments promptly and explain the problem and solution in language that I can understand. Their integrity and expertise are invaluable for keeping me safe on the road and that security is priceless. Brian and the AutoTek Team are simply THE BEST!

Techs are honest. Looked at notes I got from a previous mechanic in AZ before I made the move. The AZ mechanics findings were incorrect. AutoTek definitely has my business!

I don t often leave reviews but Brian and his team did excellent work. Beyond the quality work alleviating a myriad of issues that previous mechanics had not been able to address, Brian took the time to help me better understand my car and how to better identify issues present within the car. Certainly would recommend to everyone.

I have used Autotekk for several years and they have always been great. I know very little about cars, therefore I like the fact they explain what is need in terms I can understand. They know what there doing and are very trustworthy.

Auto Tek is the best location in Raleigh that you can trust your car in great hands. My parents know Brian for over 15 years and now I trust my car with him & his Team. They are always consistent with communication, and always help you schedule for service even if you have a complicated schedule. I wish there was more start.

Great place to get your car serviced - above everything else they are honest and not trying to make a quick buck by selling you service or parts you don't need. The staff is really friendly, and the waiting area is nice and clean.

Been going here so long I didn't realize I haven't left a review. Great work and great people. I am so appreciative to Brian and his team for helping me diagnose my car troubles this week. To start, they got my appointment scheduled pretty quickly so they could plan to get my car back to me as soon as possible. But when I took it in, the issue ended up being so much simpler than I anticipated. The diagnosis was quick and accurate and they explained things to me very simply so I understood exactly what the issue was. I thought I needed a new starter when really the brand new battery that had been installed 2 weeks prior (not by them) was a dud! I was able to get my vehicle back on the road same day with no cost because the issue was as simple as a free replacement since it was still under warranty. Thanks to Brian for saving me lots of money by working with integrity and redirecting me to the place I purchased the battery from so they could give me a new one!I highly recommend AutoTek; and while I don t wish to go back because who wants car trouble, if I am need of a mechanic, I d definitely give them a call again.
