Service is always great! I have been working with Eddie for over 20 years with him fixing my cars. He is always accurate with diagnosising the problem and fixing your vehicle in a timely manner. One of the best mechanics out there. I highly recommend Automax for your vehicle needs.

Exceptional service! Minority owned establishment! I ve been coming here for years for my annual inspections and they are VERRY welcoming and friendly ! I love all the staff and it s amazing to see young minorities working in these establishments being friendly and professional!

Prompt and courteous check in. The gal at the front desk is always kind and quick. You are guaranteed to catch up on a terrible soap opera while you wait (at least for a few minutes!)

I recommend this place to everyone. The staff is great and the technician are very detailed oriented but fast. I was in there and out less than an hour. I will definitely continue to go there. Wow great service Automax team

Took car because low tire pressure indicator light had come on. I was greeted right away (with a smile) and assisted immediately after checking in. Was in and out in a flash! Great service (with a smile).

If you are looking for quick service and dont care about price you may find it acceptable.It was at least $35 higher than I have ever paid for and oil change!My last oil change was at the dealership and was $35 with a letter for a discount of $25. That would only total $60.This oil change on a 4 cylinder vehicle here was $99 plus change, slightly short of $100.First time ever a Quick change oil service was more than a dealership.Which I questioned at the time of service and got a nonchalant, more or less a shoulder shrug, other than the price of oil has gone up from a guy in the reception area (I assumed he worked there)!In short. I probably will not go back at that price unless all other prices are close to the same price.

I brought my 2016 Toyota 4Runner and for a simple oil change on 20Nov2023. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant. We were in and out in probably less than 20 minutes. I was happy for sure.

It was fast 20 min.Attendent was nice and helpful.Price was good. Should be lower.I will bring my own oil next time.No extra sales attempted.Overall, I will return.Service: Oil change

Terrible experience,Took my car for and oil change and noise that car was making. I said it might be brake pads , but don't know for sure . Technician came and said it was the drums for sure . Got a price for that and agree since I'm a woman and have 0 experience in car stuff. They said and 1hr or so it ended in a 5hrs . Did not call to let me know if car was ready , but I was ready to take it home. When I went in to pay they said they only performed Drums and brake pads and they did not do and oil change which I ask first and got a quote . I paid and left unhappy to find my car noise was not fix and I check and something was hanging. And was broken they should seen it when lift the car even without you could see it . Did NOt call me or tell me it was broken . Instead got unnecessary drums and brake pads . Picture attached

I've only been there 3 times but each time I've gone they've been fast and great. They went out of their way the last time I was there and Mama didn't want me to be late to work so she dropped me off exactly on time but I literally work just around the corner. I definitely recommend this company!Rae Rae

Have gotten several state inspections here. Very friendly staff, organized, efficient, professional. A very CLEAN and comfortable waiting room. The chairs even have electrical outlets to charge your devices. Very thoughtful. Speaks volumes to the care they take in the work bays.

I always have a great experience at Automax. Eddie is really up front and honest when working on any vehicle.His young staff is always polite and respectful which is so unusual in todays world. Cam and the owners wife at the front desk are wonderful and they actually remember your name when you walk in.They will always do my oil changes and maintenance when possible.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This place is absolutely great. I used to live right by them, and their oil change prices are much better than your typical oil change chain. Everyone there is so nice, respectful, and friendly. Not just the front desk but also the techs. I needed a water pump replaced in my challenger and their pricing was very reasonable after I had looked up typical repair costs of the same nature online. Now that I live over 30 minutes away, I still return here for oil changes because I appreciate the work they do and want to support their business. If you live in Raleigh, it's a no brainer that you should bring your vehicle here.Service: Oil change

This place is awesome. I went today to see what was going on with my front headlight, with no hesitation the young guy checked it out and said he was going to see if they can look it closely. He knew I was on my 1 hour lunch period and he tried his best to make sure I got back to work on time. Guess what? I did and they were able to fix my problem. I have found me a new shop:) I took my car earlier this month for a battery issue and I was up and running in 30 mins.Service: Battery

Very bad experience with them. I had 1 of my vehicles serviced with them before and Eddie did a great job so I came back with my new vehicle. I had full break service and replaced all pads and rotors for all tires for $830. After having the rotors replaced, the back tires were grinding hard. I brought my vehicle back on 2 occasions and thought it was fixed but in fact it was not. I came in today to inquire and get a copy of the parts that were used and the service that was done and the wife was very nasty, rude and unprofessional. I waited for about an hour for her to find time to look through paperwork to find the parts that she used on my vehicle and then was told I was not entitled to a copy of the information. Most places include the parts or information on the parts used to do a repair but this lady is really not honest. Beware of this place! Not an honest woman! If you have $800+ to waste every year replacing rotors and break pads, I advise you go somewhere else!
