I ve had several repairs done from Automan. The staff is always very friendly and helpful they also keep me informed of the status of my repairs. Pricing is very fair and they always show me proof of the diagnosis. I ve never walked away from there feeling like I was cheated. 5 stars all day! Highly recommend!

Terrific and detailed service provided from the team at Automan Car Care Center. My SUV was repaired and reasonably priced. They have great time management skills, diagnostic skills and great communication skills, combined with kindness. My Jeep repairs included alternator and serpentine belt replacements.

I moved to Raleigh around 6 months ago and automan has been my go to place. The manager is really nice and informative and the prices are reasonable. Shortly after I moved, I started having car trouble and I have gotten my car serviced here at least four times. I highly recommend going here, especially if you re a young woman. They don t try to get over on you, which is hard to find nowadays.

Highly recommend Automan. As someone that does most of my own car repairs, I reluctantly took my 07 Volvo in for a brake system inspection and oil change. While Automan had an excellent opportunity to try to sell me on unneeded repairs, they did not. Service was timely and price for synthetic oil change is fair IMO.

I took my Jeep to Automan for the first time recently to get it inspected, after a recommendation from my neighbor. I knew I had a head light out. My light was replaced and Jeep inspected within 30 minutes! The staff was friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and inviting. I will definitely do business with them again. AAA+ business!

Took my car to the Automan post the dealer giving me a crazy expensive quote to change the timing chain. The Automan looked at it and suggested a tiered approach to fixing the issue at hand from lowest cost up, he even was able to identify a possible warranty item on my vehicle the dealership would need to fix without cost to me and printed the documentation for me to take to the dealer. Over and beyond, great service, reasonable pricing and did not take advantage of the situation. Highly recommend.Service: Auto maintenance

Always trusted AutoMan with my Vehicle's. Did a great job on my Honda 5 years ago. Did an even Greater job on my Infiniti g37. I thought it was a very costly problem but they troubleshoot and got down too business. Saved the day when I knew it was going to cost $$$thousands. Great job La Vadis and your crew of dedicated Service Technician's.

My first time going here due to a random check engine light. They made time to see me when the dealership had a 5 week wait time. They are a local shop with great tribal knowledge and experience in the industry. I can t recommend them enough.

I have made Automan my go to place for any car repairs. They have replaced the shocks and brakes on my grand marquis, and after being rear ended, AutoMan did all the bodywork and repair to my Chevy Volt. I find that they always give a fair price combined with quality work. I was charged for services I didn't approve. I came in for an alignment and asked if he could see if my headlight wires were loose because they were cutting in and out. I was charged over $94 for them to look at my headlight and replace 1 bulb which worked fine when I got there. After doing one side I was told they would have to charge me 2 hours of labor for the other side. Which would have been $300. I have never heard of being charged this much for headlights. Honestly it feels like a scam, they should be ashamed for taking advantage. I felt that because I'm a woman they thought I was stupid. I have changed the headlights on my car before, without issue. As I mentioned before the headlight was working just fine. Just wanted to see if it was a wire issue. Which they didn't check. Only replaced bulb. Don't recommend!

It s hard finding a trustworthy mechanic, let alone a competent one. Automan is the exception! I ve been going to them for 10 years. I completely trust that they ll get the job done and not take advantage of you along the way

Honestly I haven t even gotten my car back yet and I love this place. I needed a new oil pan and a gas tank. Auto man immediately said yes to my car and said it would be ready on Friday. No it wasn t fine Friday due to them wanting to give me a FREE straight pipe on my car because I cut my muffler off. They have gone above and beyond on service and how they treat their customers. I love my car and I trust these people with it. I am so relieved that I can finally trust a mechanic. Communication is a huge thing for me and they genuinely have told us every detail on what they re doing. I went and checked on my car today and they have already completed the gas tank and oil pan. The only reason for the holdup is because they want to do me a favor. Thank you Automan for actually caring about my car. It was my biggest purchase ever and I m beyond great full for you guys.

This was my first time getting my car fixed in Raleigh and let me tell you, this experience was awesome. La Vadus was super friendly and informative. My timing belt, water pump and spark plugs were finished in one day, and they even pointed out a bent rim that was making some noise. I will now be an automan customer going forward! Highly recommend

I have brought my vehicles here several times before and never had any issues. This time is was charged $300 and it was misdiagnosed . Sad to say I came in with an issue and left with the exact same issue. They do good work for a fair price but I m still Very disappointed with the outcome..

This is a small store for oto repair. Situated on Glenwood in North Raleigh. Small, long garage with about 4 stations. The people of this garage has knowledge about cars. They repaire all types of cars. The drawback of this garaj is parking. There is not enough parking place, neither space for taking turn. I wish they had better space to accommodate more cars. Rates are not cheep but I think it is equivalent to the current market, little bit on hire side.

The people at honda tried to charge me an exuberant amount a money for a simple but I honestly didn t know any better. At automan they charged me the real and fair price of what I needed and they got themselves a customer for life! Amazing service

Automatically Car Care was my "go-to" place for my Leased vehicle, ever since I moved to N.C. in 2019. Even referred my co-workers to go over, since I was convinced they were great.However, that all changed when I stopped by one day and asked if my Wiper Fluid could be topped up, since an alert abiut it was displayed in the car.I was told, "we don't sell wiper fluids only". I was really hurt. The same Clerk who helped before, did not even ask if it was my first time and/or, if I was a regular customer.Did not ask or suggest if I needed any other service, or try to get my business as a potential regular customer.I walked out stunned. I thought about his response, went back inside and asked, if I could get the fluid topped up, if I did an oil change (that I didn't need), his response, "we could do that."I left and never returned and I don't plan to ever return.

I had an under panel that needed to be repaired. I arrived when the business opened, and I was serviced promptly, and out all of 20-25 minutes. The manager was kind, and professional. The price was reasonable and a blessing! Automan will be my service choice going forward. This was my first time needing a mechanic, and it was a great experience. I will recommend Automan to anyone who needs vehicle assistance. I am happy!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Initially, they did a good job and fixed my car's brakes, which other people could not fix. I returned later to have work done on the carburetor as they said they could rebuild it, but they only made it worse and deleted choke causing the car to have starting problems. I had to take it elsewhere to have the carburetor fixed and the choke installed. Also they did not reinstall the air filter. Additionally they also evaluated my other car for some AC issues, but due to the cost of the repair. I declined the work. When driving the car home, I heard rattling from the engine. Upon lifting the hood, I found they had not put back the bolts or covers across the top of the engine bay. WARNING TO CONSUMERS: Go elsewhere!

I had major front suspension repair done and it was done right and very quickly they went beyond my expectations I highly recommend this mechanic to anybody that needs any work done to their car
