Awesome customer service and great quality work. I had the interior of my Bronco done and they did an amazing job! They were so easy to work with and made it easy get things scheduled. Straight forward, great experience. Auto Interiors & Tops fixed the batwings on the convertible top of my E46 BMW.Brought it in for an estimate, great pricing (esp. compared to the dealer).. scheduled the appointment.. repairs were done timely & as predicted.Because the experience was so good, I am now considering having the headliner swapped out on another vehicle to faux suede/alcantara.

Auto Interior and tops were my dealer for my new katzkin leather kit on my 2012 Dodge ChallengerIf you can t tell by the pictures this thing is my baby, I want someone who would do an excellent job and treat my car rightTommy and his crew did just that!! They had me drop off the car Monday and I got it back on Friday in a timely manner. Tommy was amazing and great customer service!They loved the car and I will be back for a few more custom bits of work next year thanks again!!Service: Upholstery repair

New top was put on the car due to leaks. We were kept informed throughout the process with excellent communication. The workmanship of the new top is excellent. We are very pleased with the complete service done for us. Highly recommend Auto Interiors & Tops

I could talk all day about the quality of work and leadership of this company. They are such an honest company. My family has been using Auto interiors and Tops since the 80 s and It is always Customer FIRST. if it is not to their satisfaction it will not leave that shop..They installed a new convertible top on a 2008 VW beetle.Thanks again Tommy and all team membersGreg&Sue

My wife took our car in for them to check for leaks an replace the headliner due to water entering car after rain. Well after the big rain we had the other day and now they scam is we according to our paperwork we didn't do a diagnostic. But when we picked car up they told us that they blew out some lines that caused problem. Make sure everything this bunch tell you is in writing. I'm going to expose this scam for what it is...

They helped me upholster a custom bed cover for my 81 vw pickup for a very good price and it came out perfect. They did all the upholstery work, cut it to size and fitted. Will definitely come back for future projects.

My experience is based on the replacement of my sunroof after tree limb crashed through it. Their work was excellent, but what surprised me was someone took a moment to correct a couple of minor interior issues that were unrelated.Service: Auto glass repairService: Auto glass repair

The folks at Auto Interiors and Tops did a truly exceptional job installing a steering wheel cover for my SLK55. Outstanding and quick turnaround.! Definitely recommend!

Went in for a quote on a small job. The service person was very accommodating and committed to send a quote. A week went by and I did not hear from him. I emailed him and asked if he had time to figure a quote on my car. Guess what? I never got a reply. A good company would tell you if he didn t want to do a small job. I would have much more respect for that than being ghosted. In my opinion that is just rude! Steer clear if you don t have a high price repair.

Thank goodness for this business and their expertise! I bought a VW from photos and the sunroof was damaged when they shipped it to me. Tommy suggested I contact Ultimate Glass. Between the two businesses the repair was coordinated, Jack who is great to work with did the electronics and the fine folks at Ultimate glass did the rest. The roof was noisy and sun damaged and now it s just like new. These people are honest and do fantastic work.

I'm pleased with the service and professionalism of this business. They completed a console upholstery job for me and it saved me so much money. The dealership required me to purchase an entire console when it was only the top wearing out. I plan to go back for additional work. Fantastic service. I needed a new cover for my boat and like most things in the world today it was on backorder. So I decided to see if these guys could repair the old one. After looking at it they were confident they could make the repairs and quoted me a price and a timeline of about two weeks to get it back. Two days later I get a call that it's done. I'm blown away at the turn around as well as the quality. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. The gentleman I dealt with (wish I remembered his name) was very courteous and very, very helpful. Gave me honest feedback about an issue I had with my sunroof (as honesty in anything dealing with automotive repairs of any kind is so hard, if not nearly impossible to come by). Traveled from Wilmington to get to this place and I'm so glad I did. Will definitely be seeking their services for my auto cosmetic needs in the future. Well worth the 2 hour drive. Five+ from me.

This business installed new carpet in my 2000 Procraft 185DC bass boat. I would have given them 5 stars because they did a good job installing my new carpet, but it took them forever to get the job done. I dropped the boat off in September of last year and it was scheduled to go into the shop in mid October, but didn't make it into the shop until November 11th. It has taken them 4 months to remove the old carpet and glue and install the new carpet. I just picked the boat up today. This wasn't my first rodeo getting carpet replaced in a bass boat. The last one I had done took a week. The second star was removed because my property was not adequately protected while in their possession. My trolling motor and front fish finder were both stolen while in their possession. We have proof that both were on the boat when I dropped it off, but they were not there when I picked it up. if you're trying to make a decision on whether to utilize this companies services or not, if I were you, I would think twice before you do.

So I took my 2004 Jaguar to have the interior redone and electric sunroof put in , I could not believe how good it turned out. It looks like it s brand new inside you guys are the bomb ,kudos to Jack and Tommy.

I go with Tommy from Auto Interiors & Tops in early April to have them install a new convertible top on my 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible.He went over all the details of choosing the color and type of top I wanted as well as the different cost for each.Although it took six weeks to place the order and receive it which is normal, right on schedule.I brought my Cutlass in on May 16th and by end of the day on the 18th I received a call from Tommy saying it was ready to pick up.When I got there a looked at my Cutlass and saw it was perfect.I d like to thank everyone from Auto Interiors & Tops for doing such a great job on my Cutlass.I couldn t be any happier!

Their work appears to be professionally done and in a timely manner. I would suggest anyone using this business needs to get a written detailed estimate upfront that includes labor and materials. If they offer/need to do additional repairs/service make sure you get an adjusted written estimate. My bill went from 600.00 to 1200.00 without an adequate explanation.

The sunroof glass on my BMW was shattered and my insurance referred me to this company for the repair. Excellent communication from the shop from the time when my car was dropped off to being ready for pick up in less than 3 hours. They did a fantastic job with the repair and even cleaned the inside of my car. Highly recommendable business.

Travis and company were wonderful to work with, even though we had a special situation. After placing an order to replace a convertible top, my wife was in a bad accident and the car was totaled. The staff were understanding and made it very easy to get our deposit back. Strongly recommend doing business with these decent folks.

Took my wife's 2016 Honda Accord here several years back to get a small part of the driver's seat sown up. They did good work for a little over $250. Two months ago I called up and asked about bringing in my 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser to have the front seats replaced, the sunroof repaired, and the steering wheel wrapped. I was told to bring it in about a week later because that's when they would be able to look at it. I set the appointment and when that day came, I dropped off my car and ran through what I was looking for. Four days later they still had the car but I had not heard from them so I stopped by and asked. They told me they had looked at it but were behind on pricing the work out, but would do it in a day or so and get back to me. I understand things get busy so I kept the car there. A week later I still had not heard from anyone so I stopped by again and was given another excuse on why they were behind on pricing out the work. Again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said since all they had to do was price out the work I would take my car but please call me when you've got the quote and then I'll bring it back to be worked on. Well, that was about a month ago and they haven't contacted me. At this point, I think it's fair to say my business was not a priority or concern for them. I'm not sure why...All in all, it was a frustrating experience.

Took my mustang to get a new top. These guys did a GREAT job. Professional, and courteous. I had the stearing wheel done and carpers cleaned also. This is the best place to get a new top and any other upholstery for your cars, trucks, boats, and whatever you need. Thanks guys.
