Progressive set me up with Auto Body 911 in Raleigh after my Honda ran over a ladder that fell off a truck (grateful to be okay). Luckily there were no damages but I was impressed by the fast turnaround, amazing customer service by these friendly faces, and that they looked out for me when setting up my rental. I was also surprised that they popped my side mirror back in place after mentioning issues with it! Above and beyond, for sure. Thank you so much.

After having an unfortunate run-in with a very large deer, I had extensive damage to the passenger side of my car. I chose Auto Body 911 because it was suggested by AAA and I m very happy with my choice. Rob was very up front about the process and explained everything in a way that any non-car person would understand. Not only was Rob friendly and approachable, he was very professional and always responded to communications promptly. The work done on my car was phenomenal and with the lifetime guarantee on the work, I know if I have any issues in the future, I can come right back!

These guys are the best! I have used them several times and they are aways very professional and their work is top quality. They have fixed 3 of my vehicles over the past number of years and they look great.

After waiting over a month on my car repairs, I went to pick up my vehicle today and noticed several issues with the paint and new bumper on my car. There was a deep scratch in the paint on one area of the bumper and a rough, raised area on the corner of the bumper. When I asked for someone to look at my car with me, the employee seemed immediately annoyed. I politely said that I feel like for $8,400 there shouldn't be any issues with the paint or corner of the bumper. He tried to tell me that it was a defect with the part and was a manufacturing issue with Honda, but the invoice clearly says the part is an aftermarket product. Then when I said I have had work done in the past and it's never looked like this, he said "oh, you've had a lot of work done?" in a very condescending manner. After how long and how much money they are getting from my repairs, the service and results I received were unacceptable.

These guys are the real deal. I did long, extensive research to find where to take my car in for repairs and find this gem of a place. They restored everything like new! Friendly staff, amazing workers, quality results!

Hello people's let me tell you a little bit about 911 i think they was just great so this is what happened on holloween night my wife and daughter took my granddaughter out to trick or treat and her little friend and mother so as my wife and daughter sit on this cornor some young lady comes around the corner from the other direction and hits the front of the drivers side and runs all the way down the side of my 3mounth old car i just bought from the front to the back (yes) that is what I said and I won't even talk about the lies she told the cops but you can tell who hit who ooo yah she hit my car so hard that she pushed my car up on the sidewalk ok so let me finish with 911 made my baby look beautiful again but the insurance people didn't mention that so now I have to take it back but 911 is great they did that thang so y'all got car problems check them out and um out... PEACE.

Highly recommended. I had a large dent on my driver-side door. Brought the car by, and they estimated a couple weeks for repair based on the holiday season. Car was ready when they said it was...Excellent service, excellent quality on the repairs. Car looks brand new.

Rob and the team were fantastic throughout. We had some rear end damage on our Honda, and Rob worked with us and insurance to get parts, amend quotes, and handle rental cars. After the work was done (which was perfect), they even washed and detailed the interior of the car. We hope we won't be back soon, but will definitely come back here if the need arises. My car was hit by a distracted driver, and unfortunately, wasn't drivable. I had it towed to a different shop that said the damage was too extensive and they gave me 1 business day to get it off their property or they would have it towed. I called literally every body shop in the area and after 15 'no's, cliff and his team were so kind and allowed me to have it towed there. They set realistic expectations, that it would be a while before they could get to it. But allowed me to at least have peace of mind that my car was somewhere safe, even though they really didn't have the room. It was inspected by insurance and deemed totaled, so unfortunately I didn't get to use their repair services, but their compassion, professionalism, and service are unparalleled. I can tell you that we are customers for life now, and will be recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you so much for helping us when we needed it the most.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my vehicle here after an accident and was blown away by the service offered! The staff and owner are incredibly courteous, informative and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough. My car was badly damaged in a hit and run and every team member was great throughout the process. After they repaired it, you couldn t even tell it was damaged before. Amazing service, hospitality and staff.

This place is exceptional! I am satisfied with the repairs they performed on my car and the customer services they provided. They kept me in the loop and gave me updates on the progress of the repairs throughout the entire process. There was a minor pre-existing/separate damage to my car, they were kind enough to repair without a charge. My experience is that they are hassle free, honest and hard working people who are looking to repair and get your car back on the road.

My wife s car was vandalized one evening. The driver s side and hood were scratched up really bad. The insurance had us use Auto Body 911. The work they did was amazing. It looked like brand new and they were done before they thought they would be. The service people were very friendly and helpful. If we need any work on our vehicles, insurance related or not we will definitely use them. Highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

The people were very friendly and helpful. When I was there I was in and out quickly. I chose this place based on the google reviews. I was hoping for the excellence that the reviews stated but the quality in my opinion is lacking. I had to bring my vehicle back for them to correct some issues I felt needed to be addressed. To their credit they did try their best to fix the issues with the repairs quickly. It is difficult to judge vehicle body repairs because people all have different standards for what is acceptable, so take this review for what it s worth.

They kept my car at their shop for over a week without performing an estimate of the damages. When I called they said I don t know if your car is here we ve had cars here for over 10 weeks waiting to be fixed. Still waiting on the estimate, luckily the insurance company is paying for my rental and not me because I would be furious.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Auto Body 911 did an excellent job on my car. They came in under budget and on time. The work was perfect and the color matching was excellent. They even fixed problems that were outside of the work order. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Fabulous experience with Auto Body 911. Rob was very nice, helpful, and informative. Because I didn't get a rental, they were able to speed the process up, taking 3 days instead of 4-5. My car looks great. I highly recommend, especially if you live in downtown Raleigh.

Recommended by my insurance company Progressive, the entire process was seamless. They were able to get me in immediately which I was thankful for, Enterprise met me there at drop off took me to the rental. When my car was finished Enterprise dropped me back off, got my keys and was out the door. Very friendly staff would recommend to anyone and would go back myself in the future.

Fixed one problem but created another. Did a good job on the body work after I was rear-ended by a driver. However at some point they broke my car key and the owner insisted it must have been like that all along and I just didn't notice it. Really?! So it looks like $1,700 for body work another $200 to replace a key they broke. Do NOT recommend.

Unfortunately, someone backed into my driver side rear door. I've only had my vehicle for 6 months and saved diligently to get this dream SUV. A claim was filed and the insurance company recommended Auto Body 911 to me. I was skeptical as I am very picky and detail oriented. The owner was pleasant, kept me informed of the process, and the finish product EXCEEDS my expectations. Definitely recommend the quality of work, customer service, and OVERALL character of the hard workers at this body shop. Not everyday you have an exceptional experience under unpleasant circumstances. Glad I found this gem! Thanks, gentleman!
