I recently had a disappointing experience with AUDI Raleigh while servicing my Audi Q5. Initially, I reported a humming noise that got progressively worst, but the problem wasn't identified during the first visit. Difficulty in scheduling a timely follow-up appointment led to a resolution delay lasting several months.A subsequent diagnosis suggested a front bearing issue, leading to a repair worth over $1,200. However, this did not resolve the problem. It was only after they recommended to replace the tires for an additional $1,600 that the noise ceased. Adding to my frustration, warranty coverage for the bearing issue was denied due to a technicality. Moreover, the dealership requested that I sign a form absolving them of responsibility for any misdiagnosis. Notably, they never provided a video recording of the bearing work as they usually do.Furthermore, when I sought answers for these concerns, the service manager remained in his office, communicating only through the front desk staff instead of addressing my questions directly. This lack of direct communication and accountability further diminished my confidence in the dealership's commitment to customer service and transparency. This experience raises serious concerns about the accuracy of diagnostics, the integrity of the service process, and the level of customer service at this dealership. Potential customers should be aware of these issues when considering service at AUDI Raleigh.

Tabitha was a big help in the service department. She was friendly, as well as professional. I appreciate her walking me through the service process and she's relatively new.

It took 2 hours to get a 17 point complimentary inspection done. I was told to arrive by 7:30 to get in line. I was the 2nd person in line. Later on I found out that the techs don't arrive until 8 and don't even start looking at any vehicles until after the morning meeting at 8:15. Aagghh. And the tech left a smell of oil in my seat or on the steering wheel. Not happy. I'll probably make the extra drive over to Cary the next time. You expect even better customer service when you purchase an expensive car. Not here though. Disappointed.

Really disappointed. Usually RAVE about the service here. Today there were four people in the office and only person working was a single lady (Kristy I think) while two old guys (one named Mike) and another just pacing around with his hands in his pockets, were in the corner talking about the government, vaccines and the like that it was really off putting and unprofessional.Service: Tires
