You should never plan on waiting on your car here. Always have a spare vehicle and a ride. Even a rush job for an oil change is 2 hours instead of the usual 3-4 hours. Even their nice looking chairs are uncomfortable and don t face the tv, because no one expects you to stay.

I had factor recall warranty work done on my Audi Q7 and they did a great job! Tabitha was extremely helpful in identifying the the manufactorer warranty and saved me a bunch of money on the repair.

I was pleased with service I received at Audi Raleigh. Thomas was very helpful when I called him after completing the Audi care package. He made an appointment for us, but we had to change it because we were at the service mileage sooner than expected. We arrived early, Thomas was with a customer, but someone checked us in and Thomas came and completed the process in a few minutes. I am very pleased and would recommend Thomas and Audi Raleigh to family and friends.

Rich was amazing! We were 7hrs from home for surgery in Raleigh. We had a flat and low oil. He was able in 1 day (also finding a loaner so we could get back and forth to hospital) to get 4 new tires on, oil change, alignment, and all our AudiCare service completed.Rich in service truly saved the day!! My wife and I were late in looking at a used car. .....traffic. The car was exactly as described and we decided to buy it with just a few minutes before dealership closing . The staff offered to stay late and finish the sale, as we drove over an hour to get there . There was a small cosmetic issue with the car , which was promised to be fixed at a more convenient time after the sale. Followup has been great on that issue and car has been absolutely trouble free. A great transaction !

Adam Kayarian recently helped me snag the exact Audi I was looking for. He was super helpful, easy to talk to, and best of all easy to reach before, during, and even AFTER the purchasing process. I think he may block me if I keep asking him so many stupid questions, so I've tried to figure things out a bit myself ha! I genuinely felt he cared about my needs and worked to ensure the car I bought was delivered exactly how we agreed and was in tip-top shape. The finance guy I met with, can't remember his name Jeff/John I think, was also very helpful. I gave him my Navy Fed check and he called and got it all taken care of. Entire process took 15 minutes and I was out enjoying my new ride! Highly recommend Audi Raliegh and Adam Kayarian. Thanks!!

My sales associate, Jay Furca, went above and beyond to facilitate my vehicle purchase. He monitored the sales price and notified me when it dropped, giving me the opportunity to rapidly make the purchase. He picked me up at the airport and dropped me off at my hotel after I inspected the vehicle. Finally, the paperwork process was the fastest and most efficient I've ever experienced in my 38 years of purchasing vehicles. Awesomeness!

Don t bring your vehicle here .They lied to me about crashing my car when I brought it in for service . For 6 weeks they had my vehicle and wouldn t tell me what was going on. Then they told me I would have to pay for the damages when they crashed it. Never authorized them to drive my vehicle.Bumper is not aligned. Hood is not aligned.Scratches all along the side.They told me it was my fault for not inspecting the vehicle even though I sent these photos within hours of driving it off the lot.This is not a trustworthy dealership.

Another exceptional service experience at Audi Raleigh. Had to replace the windshield, so used Audi Raleigh s recommended vendor to schedule the repair. After the glass replacement, some of the safety systems on my vehicle required Audi to recalibrate, so the entire replacement was scheduled through Audi Raleigh. Everything went smoothly from drop off at Audi, to pick up, and the entire service was completed same day, as was promised. The service staff at Audi made the entire visit seamless and painless. Another reason why I continue to purchase Audi s as my daily drivers. Thank you Audi Raleigh!

Bought my wife a 2022 Audi Q5. Love the car. The service at Audi Raleigh was incredible. I did the whole deal from my home. Didn't have to sit in the dealership all day. My salesman, Adam, kept me in the loop through the whole thing. Got a good deal on my trade and paid a fair price on the new car. Business manager, Tommy, was also excellent. Clearly explained all my options and had me out of the office in no time. One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. Go see Adam and Tommy if you're looking for a good deal on a great car and you want exceptional customer service.

I bought a used vehicle through them and was very pleased with the whole interaction.They have a quick and streamlined process. The displayed price is the cost (plus taxes and fees). They offer a fair market price; so no time needs to be wasted bargaining. This is a huge bonus in my opinion.All the staff I interacted with were professional and friendly. Huge shout out to Jerry. He had the perfect test drive route planned out and helped with dropping off my rental car.

Good service at the Audi Raleigh agency.In October 2023 I bought a 2010 Audi, which worked very well for a few days and then had some problems, to which the car could no longer work and the repair was very expensive.For which the Audi Raleigh agency very kindly contacted me, tried to solve the problem but unfortunately there was no solution.They helped me fix everything and get a new car.The reality is that the day I need to buy a car, this agency would be the first place to buy it, I loved the service of the saleswoman who assisted me and the managers.Thanks Audi Raleigh

My family and I were looking for a smaller family vehicle to replace my wife s Q5, we found a 2016 Audi Q3. Nathan answered the few questions I had at the time and I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle. We liked it and started doing the paperwork for which Nathan our salesman never pushed us to do anything we did not wanted to do. Unfortunately for me, my credit report was locked and after a week still is, they found a bank that financed my wife alone and we were able to complete the necessary documentation for us to get the vehicle we wanted. I am very thankful for all that Nathan did keeping us updated, being so patient and professional I would really like to recommend to anyone who is looking for a new or certified vehicle to go and give these guys a chance to work with you.

I was recently interested in an Audi TTS that was listed there we agreed on price , conditions of the sale and everything and then I was asked to fill out a credit application and I did , and they say they received it . I find one of my friends who is willing to take a couple days off work to go down to dealership and then bring the car to me . I call and ask about the progress this morning and to my surprise I was told that they sold the car to someone else . The salesman hasn t even responded to my text or calls since I had to find out by calling the person working in finance their

Honestly, what a great service department. Had a not-so-great experience at another dealer and Audi Raleigh took us in and took care of our issue promptly and professionally. Shout out to Rich Kuhn and Chris (Tucci) for especially going out of their way to ensure our car was taken care of. Will be our new go-to dealership for service for our brand new car. Emma even took me to my office after I dropped the car off, and Brendan picked me up and brought me back to the dealership to get the car at the end of the day. So very very helpful.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the Audi Raleigh. My husband and I are from Ukraine and really wanted to buy a certain car from them on credit. We had already agreed on everything, provided documents and were waiting for confirmation from the bank.AND THEY PROMISED TO REMOVE THIS CAR FROM THE TEST DRIVE, SINCE WE WANTED TO BUY IT.On Monday evening they call us and say that their bank doesn t like something.We were asked if we had the opportunity to buy it in cash? We answered YES, but we ask them to first contact another bank, such as Bank of Amerika. They answered us GOOD. And then the next day in the morning they call us and say that they sold this car. HOW??? How can you sell overnight? It's just irresponsible and mean. Is this some-it's a mockery of people. We spent our time, money and effort on them so that they would just call and say that this car is no longer there. My husband and I are furious and completely disappointed in the service and competence of these people working there. We will never go there again. This situation is too unpleasant for us
