Dave, Dan and Sean at Atlas are the most genuine and trustworthy people out there. When purchasing a car, honesty is what you want from a dealership and that s exactly what you get at Atlas.I ve purchase 3 vehicles from Atlas, my brother bought 1 and one of my friends bought 1. Atlas has always overdelivered on their end time and time again.Whether you re looking to buy a daily vehicle or trying to find that low mileage Oxford Green on Cinnamon 6 speed M3 unicorn, look no further! Like the other reviews say, it's not too often you're wowed with a business, let alone a car dealership. Atlas is the exception. The team at Atlas are just BMW guys that want you to enjoy the cars the same way they do. I stopped in one day that they were closed to look at an F10, but I saw an E91 in the back of the lot without sale stickers. It was my dream car in my dream color combination. I assumed the car was getting service, but it was love at first sight. I came back during business hours the next week to drive the F10 but asked Dan, the sales manager, about the E91. Dan shared the car was actually for sale and it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. I told him I was interested in it and he said he would keep me updated as they performed the repairs. I unexpectedly sold the car I was driving and needed to get a car within 4 days as I was driving from NC to AL that weekend. I messaged Dan and within an hour, he had spoken to his team, reworked the service schedule, and told me it would be ready the day before my trip. He kept me updated the entire way and sent me pictures of the service process. Dave and the other techs did an oil service, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, bank 2 cat replacement, rear shocks, and valve cover gasket. The day I was going to pick up the car, Dan messaged me and said he had driven the E91 the night before and didn't like the way the tires rode. He wanted me to be comfortable for my roadtrip, so he sent the E91 to Discount Tire and put 4 new Continentals on it. The price we spoke about a days prior was the price I paid even with the new tires. These guys really care about their customers. 2 weeks, 2k miles, and 4 states later, the E91 is still a dream and I can't stop looking at it. Thanks guys!

Dave and the Atlas team are top notch and extremely knowledgable. I ve recommended Atlas to friends and family, all of them have been pleased with their purchase. We purchased a F15 BMW X5 diesel from atlas and have been loving it.The cars Atlas has available are all well sorted and don t sit long. I ve missed out on a few cars because I waited too long to make a decision.

I have to send a GIANT THANK YOU to the full team at Atlas. For anyone considering purchasing a vehicle in this market, give Atlas a chance and they will deliver. From the start, Dan was an amazing person to work with, answered every question, disclosed all concerns and worked with me to finalize a fair and comprehensive deal.He also worked to make sure all repairs were completed to the highest level of quality. I could not be more satisfied. Behind the scenes Sean and Daniel work their magic in the garage getting everything just right and David as the owner treated me like a gentleman. Honestly this process was amazing from start to finish. I am now the proud owner of this beautiful E46 and could not be happier. Chris

These guys are great. Love their work, always get me in quick and get my car finished quick. Best prices in town 100%. I got quoted for less than half other shops were quoting me for some work and they got me in next day. They have a super friendly staff, Daniel, Dave, and Dan are the three I have met, and all three were super nice and very helpful! I would 100% recommend Atlas to anyone with a BMW.

Atlas Motor Company is a jewel. I live in Virginia and ran across this company in Nov. of 2023. They serviced my vehicle in Dec. and more recently in March of 2024. Suffice it to say that this is the most experienced, competent and efficient BMW service facility that I have experienced in 20 years of owning several BMW's. The staff are very personable, knowledgeable and a true joy to work with. Did I mention that I drive from Virginia to have my BMW's serviced in Raleigh ONLY by Atlas Motors???

It's not often that I'm completely wowed with a business, especially in the used car industry. Dan was extremely personable, but it was the authenticity and commitment to standing behind what they sell that really impressed me. We purchased an older 3-Series for my son. Atlas had already gone over the car and replaced everything that was worn. The car drove like it was brand new despite being 10 years old. 500 miles after we bought it, we noticed oil stains appearing on the driveway. Come to find out, a different dealership had sold the car to Atlas and had completely cleaned the engine bay to hide any leaks. Dan and team couldn't have known about the leaks, but they stood by the sale and brought the car in to replace any and all of the leaky seals. It's been a year, and I still couldn't be happier with the purchase. We will shop exclusively with Atlas Motors for any BMW purchases as long as they are around. Thank you so much Dan and team for being a business that cares about long term relationships!

Don t be confused by their modest location. They have very high quality vehicles for BMW enthusiasts. I normally buy used models and refurbish my self. These guys have already done it. Just bought a 2010 for less than I could buy from an individual and do all the work myself. The work is done by skilled mechanics on site. Very happy with the entire experience!

My experience buying with Atlas Motor Co was awesome! The service was fantastic, Dan was very helpful and understanding. I was very satisfied with the BMW that I came home with. Atlas Motor Co met all my needs and more. They are very honest, and the car was in perfect condition. If you want BMWs, this is the best place to get them.

My recent experience with Atlas Motor Co. was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Dave and Dan and their unparalleled expertise. They had the perfect car for me, at a good price, and had proactively performed all required service so the car was ready to roll when I arrived.The buying process itself was smooth and stress-free, and their service extended far beyond the sale. After driving away in my new (to me) BMW, I discovered a minor issue. Without hesitation, they went above and beyond to make sure the situation was completely resolved.It's rare to find a used car dealership that prioritizes both expertise and customer care. Atlas Motor Co. exceeded my expectations on both fronts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone searching for a used BMW, or any car for that matter.

I had a major random incident with my vehicle and I just happened to pull into Atlas Motor Co and the the guys here jumped into action and helped me immediately! John and Dan very quickly fixed my problem, honestly I'm taken aback by their willingness to help me and how professional the guys here are!! I will continue to tell people about my positive experience here and I will be a customer for life! Atlas provided an absolute white glove service a few repairs I had completed on my E46. Not only were they knowledgeable enough to identify concerns that would cause me heartache down the road, but they were also kind enough to help identify what what was more urgent and what could be budgeted out. Atlas was even kind enough to arrange transportation to pick me up from my work location. Hands down the best experience I've had from a repair shop. It's obvious the faculty is passionate about BMWs and enjoys what they do. They have earned my trust and business for future maintenance.

I can t say enough about these guys. If you are looking for real car guys, this is the place. I have been looking for a BMW X3 M40i. I just happens to be in the Raleigh area and saw that Atlas had me on the lot. When I arrived I was greeted by both Dan and Dave. I could tell right away that they were not salesmen , they were my people; car guys. I didn t call ahead so the X3 was out on a test drive. Dan actually drove the car to us later that evening (after business hours!) so that we could look at it and test drive it. This is service above and beyond.

I have to looking for a x4 for mom for 2 months now and I have not been able to find one in my budget. I found the perfect one at Atlas at the most reasonable I ve seen since I ve been searching. Dan reached out to me almost immediately after my request online and answered my million snd 1 questions and put me at ease which made me super comfortable to make my purchase all the way from Georgia over the phone. 2 days later I receive this beauty; clean, half tank of gas, oiled changed and no lights in the dashboard. This vehicle mint condition and drives do smooth

I have an e46 Wagon that I needed to get inspected to see what needed maintenance and replacements. They gave me an in depth explanation about what needed to be replaced as well as what are the best parts to purchase. It is very apparent that the staff at Atlas is very knowledgeable about the cars they work on. I wouldn t recommend any other Dealership to buy or service a BMW at.

took my son's e46 in to get have it worked on and always Sean and the team fixed it. Hands down these guys are the best. What a team! I highly recommend these guys for service on your BMW. I have had 10 of them over the years and nobody knows these cars like this team. seriously. While I was there I picked up my 11th bmw. straight shooters. I will buy from them again and will only trust my cars to them for service.

First time buying from Atlas Motor Co. stop wasting your time and money in other places. Once you know what you want to buy. Takes about 10min in & out. Simple as ABC. Thanks Dan for your help. If you don t want headaches I encourage to visit them. They also fix and take care of the vehicles with professionalism. 03/02/2022 another visit and great professionalism. I recently had the good fortune to buy a 2000 BMW Z3M from Dan Kastner at Atlas Motor Company in Raleigh, N.C. The entire transaction was conducted online, and it wasn t until my wife and I drove down from northern Virginia to take delivery that I met Dan in person and saw the vehicle for the first time. That said, I felt thoroughly familiar with both the condition of the car and the character of the seller, Dan, well in advance of the day of delivery.I could tell from the multiple, detailed pictures posted on line that the dealership was all about full disclosure . After calling and speaking with Dan about the car, he sent me additional pictures and a walk-around video where he pointed out the couple of minor details one would expect to find on a 23 year old car. Overall, the car was in fantastic condition.The dealership had already performed a number of services to the car in preparation for sale (they re a niche BMW dealership/service center with a master BMW tech on staff), but even after the sale was completed they continued to do things to the car to make it even nicer (e.g. had they re PDR guy service a couple of spots on the car; replaced the cabin air filter; did a full detail; had the mechanic go over it one more time, knowing I was going to be driving it back to Virginia all this after the sale was completed - and that's not the full list of what they did). Dan even sent me pictures as they went through the process of preparing the car for delivery, which added to our excitement and anticipation.Dan was more than fair in the price negotiations, as well, which were conducted with respect and integrity.I ve purchased a lot of cars in my life, and this wasn t my first online, sight unseen purchase, but it was by far the smoothest, most comfortable, least concerning transaction of them all.If you find yourself in a transaction with Dan and the guys at Atlas Motor Company, you can rest assured you are dealing with honorable men, who are selective with respect to the quality of the cars they sell, and who want nothing more than one more happy customer. They certainly have one in me.I can t say enough good things about them, but I can pretty much guarantee you ll have a similar experience if you buy one of their well-cared-for cars.

Let me say that my wife and I drove 2 1/2 hours to Raleigh in search of a vehicle. We we re involved in a rear end collision that totaled our vehicle and were looking for another fully loaded luxury vehicle to replace the one we lost. Our first experience was with Eric, we talked to him about a few cars in the lot and explained we had other dealers we saved vehicles to look at. He was a total professional and didn t project any negative behavior instead he warned us about mechanical problems that other dealerships wouldn t know about because they were not bmw certified. Sure enough we shopped around and asked questions about the more common issues based of the x1 suv and the 3 and 5 series sedans. The employees had no idea and their mechanics fed me nonsense. We made our way back to Atlas and we don t regret it. For Eric and Dan it s more about taking care of you and making sure that you re driving away in a good vehicle. This place will not sell you a lemon (junk vehicle). As if their professionalism wasn t already excellent they continued to put it on display when an issue did happen. The inspector typed in our vin number and Dan called me to tell me I needed to get the car inspected and they would put a check in the mail to cover the cost. They also gave us a gift card for the trouble. They obviously didn t need to do that but it goes to show you that they car about their customers even once the car is off the lot. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.
