Atlantic Tire did a great job ! They didn t have the tires I needed at the shop but was able to order them and have them there that same day. I decided to schedule an appointment for the following day because that fit my schedule better. When I arrived, they started right away and it only took them 45-1hr to get me in and out. Joe followed back up 2 days later to ensure I had a good experience and to make sure I was happy. Great job!

The guys changed the A/C unit in my wife's car and did an awesome job. The best part is that they beat two other quotes we were given and we got a better warranty than the others were giving us. Kudos to Joe and his friendly staff.

I heard good things about them, so stopped by to see about getting an oil change and tire rotation, and they fit me right in! They were very nice and professional, and the facility and waiting room were clean and comfortable. The service report even included photos, which was really nice as well. You can also make an appointment online. Highly recommend!

Atlantic Tire road force balanced my tires (35 inch all terrains) that are difficult to balance. They came out great and my truck is far smoother now. Plus their price was very good.

We traveled in from Illinois for a family vacation, had car problems getting there. Called Atlantic tire before we got there and they were able to get our vehicle in first thing that week. Fixed the problem for us that day. They were very easy to work with. They even followed up with us two days later to make sure everything was working well. Great customer service! Appreciate being able to drive back home without any issues.

Brought my Navigator to Atlantic for an alignment after I did some suspension repairs. Unfortunately another shop did a bad job aligning it and I was under the gun to get it done to leave for a trip. Atlantic was able to get it in and done without hassle! Alignment has been good to go.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The waiting room was clean and modern. The whole process took less than an hour complete. Very satisfied.

Outstanding customer service. Helped my son out with several issues with his Malibu and saved me some money by letting me know i had a few more thousand miles left on the tires on my Buick. Will definitely be back!

I Had a flat tire and they replaced the tire as well as rotated my rims due to one of them being bent . Did not charge for the extra work and gave me a shop that repairs bent rims. They could have tried to sell me a new rim but they gave me a more economically option through another shop.point being totally honest guys and I recommend highly!

I don't leave many Google reviews, but Atlantic Tire at Wakefield deserves 5+ stars. My family has used the store many times, and we always leave pleased with the pricing, the products, and the personal service. Jason and Jim take the time to explain options and answer questions. We've never felt pressured to make a decision or to "buy before midnight tonight." Every employee is friendly-and-professional.

Had not been here in a while, but when I need to get my car inspected Atlantic Tire & Service Wakefield was who I called. The service was timely, the service agents attentive, and the location waiting area was clean and neat. They also followed-up to ensure that everything was fine.

Joe and team were fantastic! Initially I needed air in my tires, they did that at no charge - that was really nice as not many places do that anymore. I then needed new tires. They went and got them and had everything done in one afternoon. They found a serious issue with my battery too. I love the report and photos and just the overall way they communicated with me. They made a stressful situation very easy.

Atlantic tire 3001 Wakefield Crossing Dr. Raleigh. I highly reccommend them. They are courteous,welcoming, efficient, honest and all around amazing. I had traveled 600+ miles from Cooperstown, NY and was having an issue with the front end shaking at a high speed. They explained what it could be and went to work on the issue. within an hour ( as promised) they fixed the issue checked all the fluids, battery etc at the price estimated and I was on my way. They even sent me a text a few day later to ask how the car was running. That never happens up north. Thank you Scott, Joe and the rest of the crew. You are all wonderful.

Amazing customer service, personable, direct, and open. Went in to get an oil change and general maintenance. I ve had clunky noises in my car for a long time now. Previous repair shops have told me that s just how old cars drive . Atlantic test drove my car, identified the problem, and fixed it same day. They also found a small oil leak that was causing other problems and flushed my steering and brake fluid. They made sure to take pictures and kept me well informed. I knew my car was in good hands and now I feel much safer!

I came in without an appointment for a tire that was going flat. They were able to fit me in and make the repair within a couple of hours. Everyone was very nice and accommodating in the lobby! Will definitely go back when I need their services again!

Great place to take my vehicle to get service, new tires and repairs done. Convenient in that I can drop my vehicle off and leave it and go pick it up at my convenience later. Typically I receive a call well before the expected time that my vehicle is ready whenever I would like to pick it up.

Atlantic Tire was great! They helped me get my tires ordered and installed the next day! They were extremely helpful, responsive, and honest. They found a few other small things that needed fixed/replaced and contacted me before they addressed those issues, making sure I wanted to proceed.I am very appreciative of the great work and will be bringing my vehicles back to Atlantic!

I went to Atlantic Tire for the first time on 2/5/24 for a free brake inspection as I believed I had a problem. Indeed, I needed to replace the front rotors and pads. In addition there was a issue with the CV axle that needed replaced.The tech had pictures to show me my issues which verified the need to fix.All the work was completed that afternoon. to plus I had a courtesy ride to and from home.Great job and great staff. I will be a repeat customer for all my automotive services. Thanks for a great job.Robert Payne

I had gotten my first oil change here several months ago and was very pleased with the service. Everyone was very professional and it was a very positive experience. This weekend I had a tire that was losing air and I stopped in without an appointment. They were very welcoming and gladly fit me in and fixed my tire. I will definitely be going back!

This is the only place I go to now for any work on my car. Service is impeccable! They're always friendly and professional, it's easy to get an appointment, I'm in and out in a good amount of time, and it has a clean & comfortable waiting area! Prices are fair and I never feel they're trying to upsell or do something unnecessary. So grateful for this Atlantic Tire!

Discovered a low tire had a screw in it late afternoon before an out of town trip the next day. I was able to make a last minute appointment just before closing for the next morning, That was great in my opinion based on the time it was. The following morning I arrived for my appointment at opening business hours, they said it would take about an hour if the tire was repairable. Thankfully it was and they had me out and ready to roll in time they told me. The service was excellent and I was very impressed and pleased!

While I was not happy that my tires did not allow my car to pass inspection, they took time to show me why. I purchased tires elsewhere, but brought it back. They did not charge for another entire inspection and my car passed. Atlantic Tire & Service is no-nonsense and honest.

Service team here is very friendly and customer service oriented. Service isalways done timely (as scheduled by appointment) and a full service report is provided on completion based on service completed with notes on any areas to watch or of upcoming potential concern. A follow up the next day usually follows. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with my boat trailer. The guys at Atlantic Tire & Service in Wakefield went above and beyond and got me taken care of faster than expected. Highly recommend. Thx guys!
