As long as Matthew is employed at this business, I won't be returning. I have removed my inflammatory language from my previous post since Michelle did offer to fix my wheels which was done. Regardless of damage caused and fixed, Matthew is an awful customer service advisor. Not friendly or respectful. He is extremely smug and unwilling to listen to a customer's complaint as he already made up his mind on what "he thought" happened. (Not to be mixed up with "Matt" who is a different person and a pleasure to deal with) I never got the chance to talk to the owner which is disappointing but whatever. That is ok. I hope the business doesn't lose anymore customers due to Matthew but it probably will if his attitude remains the same.Shout out to "Carolina Wheel Repair" for being quick to respond and service my rim even faster to my satisfaction. "Brady" got the paint matched on the first try. You can't tell it was damaged unless you know where to look and even then, it's hard to tell. (I did not include pictures of the repaired rim)EDIT TO OWNER: I have been in contact with Michelle. She has my phone and email. Not sure what you're referring to about trying to get in contact with me. I wanted to talk to the you "the owner" but not really interested in having the discussion anymore after waiting for over a week so I have decided I won't be returning because of it.

Trusted service. Brought both of my vehicles here for several years, for routine servie and minor repairs. Always friendly, honest, prompt, and quality service. Very clean and well maintained shop. This staff has great attention to detail. Definitely a hidden gem in our corner of Raleigh. Don't tell everyone, they may become too popular!

I have been a customer of Atlantic for several years now, and they have always done a good job at a fair price. I began going to Atlantic when I noticed that my previous tire shop kept doing poor alignment jobs on my vehicles. So, I switched to Atlantic and have always been pleased with their work. Steven is also very easy to work with.

Had a problem with the tire pressure display on my Toyota Camry for more than 2 years. Toyota wanted a huge amount of money just to diagnose (not even fix) the problem. I brought it to Atlantic Tire on Marvino Lane and worked with Matt and Steven...2 VERY confident and knowledgeable guys who got this 2-year-old problem fixed for me in less than an hour. Needed 4 new tire pressure sensors. While the price was just a bit high, their service and friendly demeanor and willingness to fix this no matter what it took made it worth the money. Highly recommend this place! A+++++

I have been going to Atlantic Tire on Marvino Lane for years, and most of our employees have their vehicles serviced there as well. I recommend them to everyone.Michelle is so awesome, she s very friendly, most helpful and extremely knowledgeable, and makes sure all customers leave happy.I always look forward to getting my vehicles serviced with Michelle.The entire team is very professional, work fast and always give me the best deal they can.When I pick up my vehicle, I know it s fixed right.Keep up the great work Michelle and team and thanks for being the best!

Fantastic service! My Tesla had a flat tire and we live east of Raleigh where no one will work on Tesla tires. They received my towed vehicle, replaced my tire and even picked us up at Enterprise when I dropped off my rental car. The best service possible!

Atlantic Tire and Service on Marvino Lane in Raleigh has taken care of both my personal and business vehicles for many years. They always do a great job at a fair price. I have worked with many representatives there over the years and have had a positive experience with all but currently we especially enjoy working with Michelle. Michelle goes above and beyond to take care of our vehicles and treats us like family. Thank you Atlantic Tire, Michelle, and everyone else there. -Bill D

I always say if I could find a Doctor, like Matthew and Michelle I'd be the happiest person on the planet! They have taken care of my vehicles for years. They are honest and up front on what service you need and are not pushy to give you service that you don't need.

You should open your ears wide when talking to the guy at the counter! His name was Ryan. He has not only saved me money, but has pointed me in the right direction to appropriately service my vehicle. I was not pushed towards anything but what my vehicle needs, and only suggested things to keep me safe on the road. I ve been doing business with this Atlantic tire for years. What great service, what a great crew.

During the past 10 years, our business has trusted Atlantic Tire on Marvino Lane with our light vehicle fleet repairs and preventative maintenance. Their staff is always courteous and helpful. Michelle and all of the gentlemen on staff, this includes the technicians that work on our vehicles, keep us informed and make sure we know ahead of time what our cost are regarding each visit. They are all, friendly and courteous, often going out of the way to make our visits easy and efficient. Quality repairs and preventative maintenance are offered at a very far price point. Our business will continue to go to Atlantic Tire on Marvino lane because of the people there.

Looking to have the tires on your Tesla replaced and don't want to use the Tesla shop? Atlantic Tire & Service is the first location that I've found that was comfortable and confident lifting a Tesla and confirmed that they would use my Tesla jack pucks in the proper locations for the lift (I recommend everyone have a pair of these in their car!). They were very professional and did a great job on the mount and balance both for my Model 3 and our Ford Escape. They completed all work in their estimated time for a fair and upfront price. I will definitely be returning here for any future needs.Service: Tires

We have used Atlantic for all of our vehicles for years. I ask for Michelle every time I call because she is honest and extremely knowledgeable and knows me by name. She has gone above and beyond to be helpful recently and she makes the process easy, whether it s a quick inspection or necessary repair she makes it all work! Thankful to have someone we trust!!

Have been going to Atlantic now for about 3 years. And they are TOP NOTCH. Always great service especially from Michelle. Never any pressure for up sells. In fact they once misdiagnosed a problem and did the whole repair for NOTHING. I can't recommend them enough. It's nice to deal with a place that isn't out to take advantage of you.

As a commercial fleet manager I work with Atlantic Tire weekly and most often request to speak Michelle. She is AMAZING! She is organized, personable, honest, and knows our vehicles. We can quickly make appointments, get pricing on large repairs and have our vehicles back on the road with little to no downtime. I would HIGHLY reccomend Atlantic Tire, and Michelle, to service your fleet or personal vehicle.

Matthew was able to have my battery replaced and have me on my way in less than an hour. I did not have an appointment as this was an emergency. You can t ask for better service. Last week I had tires put on my car where I was in and out in no time. Atlantic Tire I appreciate your help this morning!

10/3/23 Professional staff, great service. CEI Digital utilizes Atlantic Tire as our primary service provider for our vehicle fleet. Michele and Matthew are great to work with. Not only preventive maintenance scheduling, but if we need last minute emergency service they always work us in. Michele does a great job communicating with us. 5 Star Service.10/20/23 Atlantic Tire Team is first rate!!! On 10/19 I reached out to Michelle for one of our fleet vehicles being towed into their Marvino Ln location with a flat tire and they were able to order a special tire and get it installed in no time. Earlier in the week we had another vehicle brought in without appointment for emergency brake service, and they were able to work us into their already busy schedule.Big thanks to Michelle and Matthew for their customer service. 5+ starsDave VCEI

If you are looking for a great place to not only get tires but also oil changes and auto repairs this is your place! I take my company and personal vehicles here. Michelle and the guys are AWESOME to work with. When I have any kinda of vehicle issue they are more than accommodating to get me in and back up and going! They always get it done in a timely manner.

I had a nail in a tire and came to the shop just an hour before closing even though they were busy. The Mgr got me in and out in an hour. Great guy - great service. Highly recommend!

Starting with the pleasant and fun receptionist, Michelle, right on up to the owner of this business, all my experiences for two years have been excellent. Their prices are fair, they pay close attention to my best interests, and they're fast. What more can we ask.

EVERYBODY is looking for a straight-shooter when it comes to mechanics. We luckily found Matthew while at another company and have moved with him ever since (8yrs). Mathew is GREAT to work with and will tell you what you need and provide a criticality of each fix (need it now or later). Additionally, Matthew hires great people as well... Michelle is an example. She is very knowledgeable in answering questions and concerns, and seems to be hyper-available, as she is the one that reaches out and answers when I call. For these reasons, I have recommend the Marvino location to all my family/friends.

If you re looking for an affordable, reliable shop to get your car work done I highly recommend Atlantic Tire and Auto. Ryan, Ricky and their manager Matthew are stand up guys who know what they re doing. I always feel so taken care of and I never have to worry about my car being worked on incorrectly. I ve recommended everyone I know to them with satisfactory results every time. It s a relief to have found these great guys who provide amazing, over the top service. Thank you so much!!

**If you are like me and know nothing about cars and have been taken advantage of because you are a woman, go here. They will look out for you***This review might be a little long, but there's a lot to cover. I went in yesterday to have a tire repair. They were able to get me an appointment right away. I found out it a bolt was in the tire and it couldn't be repaired. The worker was very nice about it and explained it to me (guess my husband didn't believe me and asked to speak to the man helping me) This man was the most patient person EVER! He started off the conversation with my husband "I'm not trying to sell you anything" which my husband appreciated. They gave me estimates and put on my spare free of charge. I had to bring my toddler and the workers interacted with her on the way out. So, just an excellent experience.I will be getting my new tires from them as well.
