I went there to fix the starter and the mechanicForgot to put the radiator hose back in the right way and all the coolant went out and the transmission temperature got too high so i end up with a different issue

My family has purchased multiple vehicles from Mansour and had body work done after a collision. They have always stood behind their vehicles and their work and been fair and upstanding in their dealings with us. Sometimes the work has taken longer than expected, but I can confidently recommend others to Amana Auto without hesitation.

Hey guys I bring my car to this place to fix but they did very bad job and when I go back to them the owner says we done with you basically they stealing my money and all the good reviews they have it's fake and especially this the guy call mustapha he's a very bad guy and he's feeding his family and he's kids unclear money and every day I'm praying to my God and I'm sure he will punish him and he will punish his kids. And also the owner will tell you hey I have 400 million I don't care about you who are you as rather than attitude and basically after they take your money they show you the bad attitude you know if you come back to them

Recently bought a Car here and the experience was amazing, Our salesman (Ahmed) was very helpful, he made sure we understood everything and even when we were signing all the paper work to close the Deal he went above and beyond and was outside cleaning and polishing the car for 2 hours while everything was being closed. They gave us a really good deal, and a fantastic experience! Thoroughly recommend!

Bought a car here 2 years ago and hopefully will by another one from Amana car care very soon. Everything went smoothly when I bought the first time, best car buying experience I ever had, hands down. My sales rep was Basim. 5 star service and yes I would recommend!

Bassem and his crew have been taking care of my family and most recently some of my friends for years. He always goes above and beyond his responsibilities and the service is great. His communication and work ethic are great and works with you.

Sadly, I would not recommend Amana for auto sales. They are full of false promises. Things were good until we drove 3 hours to pick up our car in Raleigh. The antenna cover was needing to be replaced, which we were assured would be taken care of prior to getting the car. We were promised that they would order and paint a matching replacement, which was agreed upon prior to buying. When we showed up, however, Ahmed told us that what they had ordered was not the correct size. They would not replace it. Instead, they refused and said it was no longer their problem.There was nothing we could do at this point, so it will have to be fixed now at our own expense. There was also a scratch--not huge, but still very visible--that they said they would touch up as well. Well, when they "fixed" it, it just looks like someone went over it in an ill-matched coat of nail polish. It looks worse now than it did before the "fix." So we'll be getting that corrected out of pocket as well. Sure, the guys were nice, but they don't live up to their promises, and that puts a damper on their reliability and trustworthiness. Buyer beware!

I have brought 2 of my cars here to be fixed and both came out spectacular and we're not only fairly priced, but priced way lower than another body shop I took them to. These men are honest and fair. Best auto shop I've ever been to.

Complete waist of time. We agreed on a price and a date to meet. I drove 3 hours to purchase vehicle. Car had issues that were not in ad; upon arrival, multiple car warning lights were on meanwhile dealer states there was nothing wrong with car. When I wanted to purchase, dealer ups the price for hidden and undisclosed processing fees so I walked away. Buyer beware.

Need to do better. Most of the good reviews seem fake. Not to mention they drive up price of cars at auction trying to make profit instead of letting every day people buy them.

Should be voted the best dealership in NC, only for their honesty and prices. And guess what you can finance your car with them with no BS interest, I bought 3 cars from them in last 5 years, and I will always go back there !! Thank you Mr. Mansour for all the great business you provide. Keep it open

This place is a amazing people are very friendly honest. I have dealt with them in 5 occasions bought 5 cars and so far was extremely happy with the salesperson Ahmed who was not only friendly but reasonable in accommodating all my desire. I definitely recommend this place.

The owner is a very sincere, honest man who is easy to work with and a pleasure to do business with. He was nice enough to give me a ride himself after I dropped off my truck and I plan to give him as much business as circumstances will allow.

I had an appointment to see a car at 10:30am, I drove 45 minutes to get there, was told 4 times that it would be just 5 more minutes for someone to arrive to show me the Lexus. 2 other people were working there, but didn't offer to help. At 10:56am, 26 minutes later, the man never showed. We left, what a waste of time!
