Great service at this location! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, addressing all your car-related questions. Additionally, being attached to the Advance Auto Parts distribution center ensures they have everything you need in stock. When I came in seeking a new battery, Angel provided excellent assistance, getting me the required battery and replacing it. He was incredibly friendly and shared tips to extend my battery's life.

Fast in and out under an hour. Says no overnight parking but if you get there within your 10 hour break of restarting I m they wouldn t mind over the weekend. When pulling in pull in wide right and back up to the curb in front of the docks and check in door is next to dock 17. I arrived before 8am for an 830 appt.

I come to this location a lot since it's close to my house and have always had great service. I took my wifes Jeep in today for a rear windshield wiper raplacement. Connor ordered me the correct part, had it in within 2 hours, and installed it for me before end of day. He was awesome and I will definitely be coming back.

Always so helpful at this location. I have never walked in and left without getting exactly what I need. Because it has the warehouse they can pull specific parts not found at other stores. Additionally they price match here.Had an awesome experience with employee Cecilio, real kind honey employee. Will come back here for all my business

If you need stuff for your vehicle, Advance Auto Parts has it. They stock everything from car detailing supplies to brake calipers and pads. In other words, gearheads and regular folks can get the thingd needed to keep their vehicles looking good and running well. A plus is that Advance is based here in the Triangle, unlike the other guys...

I'd give 0 stars if it were an option.I ordered 11 items, of those items only 4 were usable (2 of which were bottles of antifreeze). The rest were missing or damaged.PKP0B3 - Qty 2 - Antifreeze - No issues noted10333 - Qty 1 - Radiator Cap - Missing215112 - Qty 1 - Fan Clutch - No issues noted58-506 - Qty 1 - Water Pump - Gasket torn431384 - Qty 1 - Radiator - Core crushed5060883 - Qty 1 - Belt - Missing89006 - Qty 1 - Idler Pulley - Missing35390 - Qty 1 - Thermostat Gasket - Missing999380A - Qty 1 - Tensioner - No issues noted5244-192 - Qty 1 - Thermostat - MissingI have literally spent hours on hold trying to get in touch with someone from "customer service." I've left voicemails for the "next available customer service representative to call me back"... 2 days ago... still no call. I've sent emails and received one "attempt" to "resolve" the issue and that was an offer to submit a UPS claim on my behalf. Whoa. Don't go out of your way to submit a claim for me. You're really doing me a favor there guy. After SEVERAL calls, literally hours spent on hold over those calls, voicemails, emails sent, calls to local stores, an in store visit to talk to someone locally... I finally got to talk to someone in "customer service" after being on hold for 52 minutes. I could've already completed the repairs in the time I've wasted trying to resolve this issue. I found out that the UPS claim that they went out of their way to do for me wasn't submitted. I was told that they're really sorry (might as well follow that up with "these are unprecedented times and we're doing our best to keep our employees and customers safe because we're all in this together" - yeah right... I ordered this stuff online to "keep everyone safe and avoid unnecessary travel and trips to the store to avoid exposing others or myself"... I see how that worked out). People are out of work, spending money they can't afford to spend to fix cars that they can't afford to replace and this is what to expect. $500 spent for 2 gallons of antifreeze, a belt tensioner, and a fan clutch. The rest of the parts are damaged or missing. But hey, let's not forget the great lengths Advance Auto Parts went to by submitted that shipping claim on my behalf. They really went above and beyond. The good news is the claim should only take another 8 business days to reach a conclusion, which will require me to contact UPS, provide pictures, have the boxes prepared for UPS to pick up, etc. Then I'll have to wait however many additional days beyond that for Advance Auto Parts to provide me with the missing or damaged parts. Keep in mind I ordered these parts on April 8th, you know, trying to "do my part to keep everyone safe." By the time this is resolved and I have the parts, we're looking at a month. But hey, they did file that shipping claim for me. Good thing I don't rely on this vehicle to take my essential working self to work. But some people do. Overall, I give Advance Auto Parts 10/10 stars... for being totally worthless. I will never ever spend a single penny with that company ever again.

The E. Millbrook store has deepest inventory of hard to find Auto parts. Being colocated with a parts warehouse really helps! They offer very competitive pricing too. My "go to" place!

**I HOPE EVERYONE IN UPPER MANAGEMENT READS THIS REVIEW!!**First of all, how dare you hire such INCREDIBLY KIND AND PATIENT employees?!Second of all, GIve ANGEL A RAISE! Not only did this man do everything he could to help me, but his calm demeanor and caring nature made my experience at this auto parts store that much better and my experience even less stressful.Backstory: To add to one of the most challenging weeks I've probably ever had, BOTH of my brake lights went out. And after the 5th annoyed person pulled up next to me at a stop light to tell me about my broken brake lights, I finally found time today to go to the parts store. Upon arrival, I was met by a very kind fellow named Angel wearing a big smile matched with reassurance and patience. He even went above and beyond to let me borrow the specific starbit that I needed in order to replace the bulb. As a woman who actually enjoys working on my jeep, it was SOOO refreshing to be in a parts store where I'm not met with male ego and misogyny. So THANK YOU Advanced Auto Parts, for hiring genuinely caring people who are kind, patient and all around GOOD PEOPLE! Angel truly was/is an angel!

I visited this Advance Auto because my check engine light was on and I was hoping they d be able to drop the code. Philip went above and beyond to assist me - he not only got the code, but he also looked up the diagnosis and even helped identify which O2 sensor was affected. He then took the time to show me exactly which sensor on my car it was and helped me take a photo so I d be able to locate it again later. He looked up the part I d need as well as the tool I d need to DIY it if I chose to go that route. He didn t rush me and wrote everything down on a paper for me to take with me. He didn t try to upsell me or push product. This was by far the best experience I ve had at an Advance Auto - I will definitely be back. Thank you, Philip!

In today's job market with the constant turnover I've seen a lot of different faces at this locationshopping here 2 to 3 times per week but somehow they always seem to have a few key peopleThey really do a good job tracking down older parts and heavy duty truck partsParts like these can be very difficult to find without having to pay an arm and a leg they don't take advantage of the customer as I've seen other places when locating hard to find parts

This is the location of their local distribution warehouse/center, which is great for me because I like to drive older cars and those parts are not always in stock at their area locations but ARE usually available about 98% of the time at this warehouse store. Took a few minutes to get waited on but I got what I needed (a starter). My previous experience with a starter (different car) purchased here was NOT GOOD, because the one I purchased was defective from the manufacturer. You assume a new starter is going to work out of the box, but I learned the hard way that's not always true. I spent hours wasting time trying to figure out why the car wouldn't start with a 'new' starter. Eventually, I had to get the car towed to a local garage. They found that the 'new' starter was defective and gave it to me so I could get my refund. To try and make a longer story short: This time my starter experience was good, but you best believe I tested this starter for myself before trying to reinstall it. Unfortunately, it seems like the quality control is not always the greatest thing in the factories in Mexico and China where the stuff comes from. Don't get mad over the truth. I just learned the hard way to test the new starter before trying to install it, can save yourself from a lot of headaches that way .

Had to visit the larger Advance Auto store on Millbrook, off of Capitol. It took the clerk a lot of searching but he found the needed cable fasteners to help rebuild my Honda Pilot. Nice people. Good service.

I'm giving 3 stars because I only needed to top off antifreeze and still had to buy a lifetime supply. I noticed that they service vehicles. Why wouldn't you do an old lady a solid and top it off, offer assistance. Poor customer service. Won't be going back

Advance Auto does NOT guarantee the parts they sell you. The guy working RECOMMENDED THE WRONG OIL FILTER for my car, so engine oil went ALL over my driveway, inside the engine bay, and made the check engine light come on.I brought it back, with the original filter to show it was the wrong size. He said there was nothing he could do because i didnt have the box the filter came in..... GO TO AUTOZONE....... WAY better service and knowledge

I have always had a great experience here. The staff are friendly and helpful, plus you can even order things online and pick them up here at the store. All around I would highly recommend.

My check engine light came on yesterday suddenly while driving. I checked my gas cap first thing, then took to here so they could get the code for me. It was a atypical code that came up, so the service person went back inside, looked up the code, then Googled it to find out exactly what the issue was. He also printed it for me and found a co-worker that was more familiar with rare codes like mine. They gave me a few simple checks to do myself and told me to come back if I needed anymore help. Probably the best experience I've had and first time I've had to have someone look a code up for me. Very appreciative for the help and great service. Because of this, whenever I need something, they'll be my first stop now.

I am 70 years young and have been working on cars and trucks most of my life. While occasionally I have had to rely on other mechanics to solve my problems, I have always taken a small bit of pride with a bucket full of humility, for the work I have accomplished over these many years. When I decided to go to Advance to buy parts I was drawn there by a discount you offered, not really thinking about becoming a devoted fan. What made me to become one, you may ask ? Well, when I called the store in Collierville, Tenn., and talked to your representative, Melissa, I was impressed by her knowledge and confidence in answering my questions. It took a few days before I was able to pick my parts up and when they did come in Melissa called me, with her pleasant voice and asked when did I want to come in. Over the course of this past week I have been there several times to pick up additional parts and to order other parts. While I did not talk to Melissa every time your other associates there were always quick to step up to the plate. I could tell several were new hires, but there were always other associates of a higher knowledge, standing by to assist. I pray all of your new hires will be as thoughtful, quick to smile, have sincere enthusiasm, seeking to gain knowledge and a desire to please the customers as Melissa did me. She is a stellar star in your organization and a prize to maintain. Just a small note, I have never acknowledge any other parts store as I have yours. Larry Sitzes

Not impressed with the counter sales people at all. I worked at O'Reilly auto parts a few years. The service is low quality at the location and the dress code must be all together absent to say the least for the employees. I waited patiently and watched watched the way they handled phone calls and the counter sales and like I have said it seems very lacking.

I have good luck with these guys. Usually they have my part in stock and I have an old bimmer. Bought a window regulator that was defective, and took it right back and gave me a new one. they had plenty in stock. Usually they know what they are talking about, and tend to be friendly and prompt in taking care of me.

I came in today because my truck battery was failing. The first gentleman that helped me checked out my battery and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. I bought a new battery and Chris proceeded to start installing it for me, unfortunately the old bolt holding down the battery snapped off! Chris work for over an hour to try to remove the old battery and eventually his manager Junior came out. These guys did not let anything stop them, one of the staff even stayed late so that Junior could be out here working on my truck. Thanks to these guys hard work and diligence I have my new battery installed. I am super excited with the service I got here, first rate all around.

Got a battery off shelf year old already didnt last much past warranty 90 days surprise . Was on trickle charge during off season completely dead cells . Guys at store tried to help union rd west seneca ny but corporate hand ties them from taking care of customers. If you dont trust the judgement of your front line managers what is the real problem mmmm makes you think training is not there or upper management needs to empower the people that work with the public. Tried on line chat with no reply then asked how chat was really poor system. Its a learning experiance .peop,e are extremely nice and really want to help you and most other products that i have bought in the past have been satisfactory until today. There are 2 other parts stores within 3 miles from my house this was the closest but will not be my 1st choice anymore . Looks like i will drive right by it to go to the competition due to a 141.00 sale . Would of made that back in no time if allowed the manager to take care of issues. Thanks for the past service and people at store shame you dont trust them ....your company is only as good as your people you need to learn to empower your management staff to know true customer service. I have been in service for over 25 years cant believe this .will buy elsewere .
