They were extremely fast and helpful. It was a huge relief to have someone honest knowledgeable to guide me through being broke down in an unfamiliar area. I ve used him twice now.. Hope to never use him again, lol, but wouldn t think to call on anyone else to tow my vehicles.

Amazing customer service! CJ was very helpful trying to get our car started and then when we weren't able to get it started he was more than helpful to get it towed to vanceboro. Way to go. Great job. Keep up the good workService: Car towingService: Car towing

I called him at about 1 am. He answered and came in a decent amount of time. He did charge a little more since it was overnight but I do understand that. I was happy with the service. He was very nice and I would use him again

The gentleman was there within 10 minutes after the call of our boat trailer with a flat tire. We didn't have a spare, so he took the time to go and get a tire for us. While he was out, I noticed the other tire was bad also and we had a 2 hour drive still. I called him and he went to another store and got a new tire with a rim on it. So now I have a spare! But he went out of his way going after these tires to get us back on the road. Excellent service!! His prices was very affordable.! Thank you!Service: Tire change

CJ & Sons saved the day for my family. Battery died and we needed a jump at 8am on a Sunday. He was there in 15 minutes and had us back on the road for a very fair price. Super friendly as well

I got locked out of my car outside tjmaxx and I m not familiar with the new bern area so I happened to google this company since locksmith was no help and said it would take 3 hours to get to me! I believe his name is Cesar forgive me if wrong, but he came in 15 minutes and got my car unlocked in like 5 mins and charged me a very reasonable price of $60. He was a super friendly guy and I can t thank him enough for getting there in 15 mins. If you get locked out of your car and have no spare like me (lol) call this company I recommend. Life saver cause I was an hour away from home.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . They charged $350 to pull my truck out of the mud. Their business was 45 minutes away from where we were stuck. Did they get us out? Yes. Was it an astronomical charge? Absolutely.It was at 8 pm and other businesses were closed at the time. This place is cut throat and will take advance if you. BEWARE!They are also living in prehistoric times; they have no digital means of printing or sending receipts.Very rude customer service.Service: Car towing

Any time of day, you have a friend.I had a flat at 5:30am and was going to be late for work. I had never changed a tire and was fairly sure I would at best have a hard time getting the bolts off.C.J. and Sons came to my rescue, cliche I know but true.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

They were extremely helpful and very courteous, the best towing experience I've had. I was in an accident and the state police called them, but if I needed towing in the area again they would most definitely be my first choice!

I mean don't get me wrong was good service a nice guy but he was really really expensive . He charged me $180 just to pull me out he asked me he asked me was I paying with a company credit card I said yes his eyes lit up
