The team at Devlin automotive has always been knowledgeable and helpful to provide the best service for any car care needs that you may have. I have known and used his team of technicians for over 15 years. Chris is a wealth of information and will give you the best care concerning any automotive needs....scheduled maintenance or major repairs he has you covered!

THE BEST! Chris was so accommodating, friendly and the only shop within 50 miles that understood we were on vacation and could not wait a month to get scheduled in. Chris not only repaired our car the next day but he ordered two different radiators just to make sure he had the right one on hand. I would recommend Devlin's Auto Repair to anyone and everyone!

Chris is the best! Came home to visit family, from NY and had majour engine problem. He got us in the first day, diagnosed, estimated and got to work, despite having personal responsibilities that week and only one other mechanic. Very upfront and honest about his diagnosis and expectations. Repaired quickly, no unexpected charges. Communicated frequently throughout the process. Absolute pleasure to work with this team.

Very honest and excellent service. My family was on vacation in OB and were staying on 4x4 beach when the grommet on my transfer shifter broke. I was stuck in 2 wheel drive in Duck and could not get back up the beach to get my family. This happened around noon on July 3rd as everyone was preparing to shut down for the holiday. I called Devlin and they said come on over. Chris, the owner, heard my predicament and put me right up on the lift. He fixed it within an hour and I was able continue vacationing with my family. He could have charged me an arm and a leg because I was really stuck in tough situation. However, he barely charged me anything. Honesty is not a trait you see too often in the car repair industry, but Chris is a shining example of a hard working, honest man. If I lived in Carrituck, he would be my mechanic for life.

Devlin's automotive is a quality professional shop! They seem to work hard at making the correct diagnosis the first time, to save their customers money by avoiding the guesswork!! certainly where I would take my vehicles!!
