Had a abosolute fantastic experience with J&T. I called early morning due to a break down after an exhausting experience with AAA, I was able to get back to Plymouth with my Wife and Vehicle. He had me call first thing in the morning and came to our hotel and picked up my vehicle and worked on it effectively and knowledgeably. I was able to get my car fixed and get back home safely thanks to him. I highly recommend him and his team for services. Thank you again J&T

Twan came to our rescue on a Sunday afternoon when every tire repair shop around was closed. We blew a trailer tire while pulling our boat back from the coast and were stuck on the side of the road 2 hours away from home. He was prompt, courteous and very reasonable. He showed up quickly, took the tire and rim back to his shop and returned with a new tire mounted on our rim. Got us back on the road in no time! Thank you so much!Service: Tire change

We were heading to Nags Head Saturday morning and our tire went flat on the highway. We called J&T Service Center & Towing and he was there within 10 minutes ready to help! He had our tire fixed and we were back on the road within 10 minutes. He is a honest, & reliable person that I trust to call on whenever I am broken down or have a flat and need help quickly! My husband and I were on our way to Chapel Hill, NC from Outer Banks/Kitty Hawk; our ultimate destination that day was Asheville, NC; we're from Little Rock, AR. We got a flat mid route and we were stranded otherwise. T&J's was the only place open that day. The owner told us "I'll get you home." and that's exactly what he did. Husband and I were driving from Outerbanks to Georgia on our way back from a family reunion. Our battery light came on an hour into the drive and battery quickly started draining. Lucky we were able to make it to Twan s place and he absolutely took care of us. He quickly identified the issue and replaced the parts. We were on the road again in about 4 hours. (Dealership said they wouldn t be able to do the repair until at least three days out!!!!!) Wow!We will always pass thru Plymouth now and remember the Stellar service we got from Twan Ruffin! we were stuck on 64E on way home from Duck, NC and got a Flat J&T Service Centee arrived within minutes! Courteous, kind, and efficient! He even asked for us to call when we got home safely Thx Twan!!!!!!

J & T is simply amazing! I had a car problem at an inconvenient time and location where AAA could not provide any service. Twan promptly responded to my call for help and came to my aid without even needing to tow my vehicle. With his skills and expertise, he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue! We got a flat on the way to the outer banks on Sunday, on Father's day. We are from Indiana and had no idea what to do. Everywhere I called was closed. Luckily we were directed to J & T's and We are so grateful. Not only did he get our tire off without having our wheel lock (2 other mechanics had tried previous to our trip and had been unable to.) He got to us quickly and back on the road for our family vacation. I couldn't recommend them more!!Services: Car towing, Tire change

The owner came through when my husband and I were in a pinch. Even though it was a Saturday, he helped us out as fast as he could. He was professional and communicative through the whole process. Would definitely recommend this company to others in need of a tow or roadside assistance.

Knowledgeable and excellent service at a reasonable price.Driving back home from Outer Banks our car was wobbling, they fit us in right away and found the issue. They didn't have what we needed in stock but took the time to find where we could go safely on our route to get it fixed.

J & T Service Center saved our day! We were traveling from the Outer Banks to Raleigh when the front bearing assembly went out. Had a vehicle issue ony way to work that resulted in me being stuck along the road early in the morning. Called and was told "I'll be right there", I was relieved when the truck pulled up in what seemed almost immediately (although I was at least 30mins from Plymouth). When he arrived, he took his time to analyze the situation (my tire fell off while driving) and my vehicle to make sure he hooked onto it without damaging my vehicle. Towed back to their service center and had it repaired by lunch. Professional, responsive, and courteous. Already have their number in my phone if I need to call again! Twan and Mel were top notch last week when I had a tire blowout 2 hrs from home. They stayed after hrs to meet me beside the road, remove my tire and replace it waits another one. I can honestly say they turned a stressful situation into a relaxed remedy. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any vehicle service you may need. Wife already left a review but I also wanted to. Driving home from Vacation today I had a horrible vibration in our van and found I had a tire coming apart. They got me a tire and mounted and balanced in no time and had us on our way! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, couldn t have asked for a better experience in a stressful situation. I am not one to lots of reviews, but when I get great service, I feel I have to make the time, because these days, it's hard to find. I got excellent customer service from J&T Service Center this past Friday night as I was travelling through Plymouth. My truck had something break, and it couldn't be driven any more. My hopes were that it could be towed back to Greenville that night. Twan was a little unsure if he could get it to Greenville that night versus the following day due to his work load. I am not actually sure what plans he may have had that night with his family or friends, if any, but he went above and beyond and towed it to where I needed it, which made my weekend more enjoyable not having to worry. That is how you handle business, and why I believe it's important to support small business owners like J&T Service Center.Service: Car towing

Ran into car troubles passing through Plymouth while traveling. Luckily we were a short distance from J&Ts and they got us right in with no wait. They were able to replace the radiator in a pinch and even got a new radiator delivered within 30 minutes. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The lobby / office area is clean and there is plenty of space to sit. J&Ts really saved us!!

The owner, Twan, came to our aide after fuel pump went out 120 miles from home. Even with the confusion working with Roadside Assistance, he was polite and comforting. He delivered not only our car home safely but my husband and me as well. I highly recommend this business! I can t say enough positive things.I was working on a family project with my dad and managed to get a Bobcat (Heavy Equipment) completely stuck. My father knew the best service provider in the area for this problem was J&T. He came by immediately and towed me out! He was extremely professional and courteous. Somehow I had also damaged two of the tires. I purchased the tires and J&T mounted them the same afternoon. Now I m sure someone thinks this is just average. THANK YOU! I had just started my six hour drive home when my brakes went out. I ended up here by chance and it was definitely the best case scenario! I showed up unannounced and the owner (I m assuming) took a look and immediately knew what was wrong. he was very informative and comforting to me as a young woman who feels a bit out of place at a mechanic. he spoke with my dad on the phone to explain what happened, fixed my brakes in less than 20 minutes, and charged a very reasonable fee! he has a wonderful family and they were all very friendly. definitely recommend these guys!

For starters customer service was amazing!!! I have relied on J&T Service Center on several different incidents. I had a friend who had locked her keys in the trunk. Within 15 minutes of my call J&T arrived and resolved the problem. What I appreciate most about this company is the response time, the reasonable prices, and the people skills. My daughter called me in tears because her car would not start after she fueled up at a gas station near Plymouth, North Carolina. Twan came highly recommended by another automotive repair place who did not have anyone mobile. He arrived just a few minutes after my call, and just a few minutes later my daughter was on her way with the knowledge of what has gone wrong, and a plan to DREX a permanent fix. Absolutely wonderful service. Our tire popped at 8pm on a weekend and they were able to get 4 new tires and have the car ready to go by 10am the next morning. Quick, efficient, and friendly staff that is readily available and willing to help out. We would highly recommend!
