Friendly staff, very conscientious of the client. Job well done . Price doesn t break the bank. Been there before , been there recently and will be a repeat customer. Kudos to all at Colony. Stop in at the bistro 116 downtown Plymouth ask for me and I ll buy you a beer.

My first time at Colony Tires in Plymouth NCHere s what I learned today1) The price I was quoted is what I paid2) The customer service was amazing from my first step inside the store I noticed everyone that entered and left received outstanding customer service3) The service was excellent the tires and alignment were great4) There was a new girl there that was being trained I was impressed by how she was respected and trained while I was thereI will say this though I will definitely be a return customer and I strongly recommend others shop here as well

The staff at the Plymouth Colony Tire are very Knowledgeable and prompt! They are the best! Even if a mistake gets made, they are quick to make it right! They will Treat you right!!

Exceptional customer service, professionalism and problem solving skills I experienced when I went there for a tire change. The lady at the front desk was superb and they get me back on the road in a heartbeat . Thank you colony tire!!

The service was horrible. I took my car there to get a alignment and estimate for something else. My car was running fine when I took it there and dropped it off. When I got back to pick it up I noticed that my car wasn't running right and it was making a loud noise heading home, so I turned around and headed back to colony tire to let the manager know. Come to find out they caused a exhaust leak. I was cussed out by the manager and told that he wasn't gonna fix the problem. I was also told that I only wanted something done for free and I felt like that statement was made because I'm black. Mind you I have been spending a lot of money with colony tire. So now I have to take my car to another shop to get the exhaust leak done. The police was called. The manager of colony tire thought everything was so funny. He's very unprofessional. I'm filing for a small claims suit once I get the exhaust fix. I tired to be respectable about the hold situation but got no respect in return. I will not advise anyone to go there or will I ever again. See you in court.

Second time I been and each was an excellent experience. Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Also observed how they treated other customers and saw that same willingness to help and make the customer feel valued.

My husband, Gary and I, had a fan belt to shred into on our Motor Home. We were heading to Wanchese. We made it to Plymouth when we realized it was running hot. We called Good Sam and were directed to go to Colony Tire and Service. The manager of the store, Eric, I believe, went well and beyond to have the part overnighted from Richmond Virginia. We spent the night in our Motor Home and by 10:30 the next morning, we were on the road! This young man was exceptional. He was polite, efficient, and we could not have been more pleased with his work. His assistant, Jordan, was also helpful. We thank you both for getting us on the road!!!

Tire were over price in Wilmington is almost 75 dollars different I pay for an trailer that cost more then steer tire . Like he knew I didn't have no other choice cause no other tire place was around

I love the guys at Colony tire. We use them for all our vehicle service needs. Had them install a lift kit in one of my trucks. They do outstanding work, and do everything they can to make sure you are happy. Great place, great people from the mechanics to the front desk. Won't even consider going somewhere else

After visiting several places trying to conduct business I had become frustrated with the lack of costumer service in the area. My visit to Colony Tire brightened my day. The staff was very customer friendly and took care of my vehicle within thirty minutes. Extremely pleased with their service at the Plymouth NC location.

Fantastic service. We were passing thru to start our vacation when we stopped at a farmers stand down the road and noticed we were getting a flat tire. The farmers stand told us to go down two lights and this place would be about 9 miles down. We walked in just before 4 and they were able to get someone to help us and get us back on the road. The were so helpful and we greatly appreciate them going out of their way to help us!

Our experience with Colony Tire was absolutely wonderful the employees were very nice and respectable we had to have a lot of work done to our car and they explained everything to us and gave us the option to buy our own parts or go through them for parts we chose to go through them for the parts and in the long run we ended up coming out cheaper going through Colony Tire for our parts and they did not charge us a arm and a leg for labor either I definitely recommend Colony Tire to my friends and family and we'll be returning to them in the future if I have more car trouble but I would have to say the thing I like the most is they guarantee their work and it is insured

Just moved to Plymouth from Florida and was happy to find a local tire shop to replace my BMW tires. The staff were courteous, professional, and friendly. I waited in the very clean customer lobby area for my car to be done, which was in a very timely manner. I was also informed that they could do an oil change on my BMW vs having to drive to the dealership in Kinston.

My RV pre trip inspection walk-around revealed a bad front tire. We were staying at a local campground and looked up this company. Gave them a call for a couple of front tires, got options, and he had a ticket for service waiting on me upon arrival. There was no service wait, right into a bay. The guys in the back were super nice, friendly, playing music and working their behinds off in the heat. They had us in and out fast, about an hour. I told the nice folks at the front desk that I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Colony Tire.

I was pleasantly greeted immediately upon entering the door. An appointment was made ahead of time, so all I had to do was give my keys, take a seat, and wait for my new tires. Very pleased with the tire warrant given (which was explained in detail). It took no time at all (less than an hour). This place is a gem! I highly recommend! By way, made an appointment for an oil change while I was there. They are now the go-to for all my vehicle needs!Update: My car was due for an oil change, so I called to schedule an appointment. I, of course, was greeted with kindness. Unfortunately the oil stick had to be replaced. A new one was immediately ordered and I was able to have it the next day.It s extremely rare to come into contact with genuinely nice, professional people.
