Pretty nice place to stop; especially late at night. They have a big area behind the building for the trucks to park at, and there are showers inside to use as well. Standard and well-stocked snack and drink selection, and the bathrooms were clean! There is also a Subway here with a dining room!

A lot of Spiders in the fuel pumps area, and the squigies to wash the windshield are not good at all. There is No hand soap or paper towels in the restroom. There were about 5 employees just doing nothing behind the counter like if they were all on break and the restroom was all filthy. If you like Spiders, this is your place to go.

14SEPT.2023 My first time stopping here and knowing about a One9 travel center. The attendant taking care of the lot was super polite and pleasant. The window cleaner bucket solution smelled good. (Some stops window solutions stink to high Heaven)The cashiers inside were nice and professional. Decent snack selection and a great variety of sodas, iced coffees, sports drinks, beers, and waters. There is a Subway restaurant inside and also seating in the Subway as well. Bathrooms smelled good and were clean. Wonderful truck stop experience.

Exceptionally clean bathrooms and a cheerful cashier behind the counter make this otherwise pretty run-of-the-mill gas station/convenience store the place to stop along I95 in northern North Carolina. Plus the gas was cheaper than everything else within 5 exits.

It's a nice truck stop, convenient off the I95. Almost 2200 hours and there is still parking available

I was in this location on 6/28/23 around 7:20am. I noticed this employee walk from behind the counter to go outside and fill up her car with gasoline while smoking a cigarette. SAFETY IS NOT AN ISSUE HERE AND IT S PATHETIC.

Well staffed gas station. Good variety of products in the mart. Very clean bathrooms, sanitation guidelines are being followed by the staff who are wearing masks and gloves. There is a Subway inside the mart as well which I haven t tried.

Used 3 different pumps and none of them work, just wasted time, never stopping here again lol.

We made an unplanned stop at One9 Travel Center on the way from VA to SC due to a flat tire. The lot attendant came over when he saw us at the air pump and immediately offered his help. It was a small puncture leak and he told us we could buy a "plug kit" inside the store. He plugged the tire for us and had us back on the road within 10 minutes. I believe his name was Damont - he said he had worked there for over 14 years. He really was a blessing to us that day!! Thank you, Damont!!!

Husband has been driving for over 30 years and has always been able to show receipt for fuel to get a shower except at this location. Manager says he needs a loyalty card and to Register the card online. Also, today's fuel purchase (over $460) would not go towards today's shower, that he would have to purchase a shower AND get a loyalty card. My husband will never get fuel or a shower at another ONE9 again due to this lack of customer service.

Horrible place to spend your weekend at if you re a truck driver! I would highly pass on this place all the workers are very lazy say the showers aren t working I came to a conclusion that s because no one wants to clean them ! Now I can t shower & im off. They Literally have no work to do but complains about using the shower as a bathroom because it s extra work I wasn t in the wrong they are lazy !!! End of discussion

This place will try to bait and switch you. Buy 2 get 1 free is displayed but when you get to the counter is something else. Deserved to be downgraded to a One9 100%

I stopped here to get gas. Be careful paying at the pump, go inside to make transaction. My bank card was charged/hacked here $151.00 three times. My bank flagged/blocked my card. I used my credit card it did the same thing charge me three times, but for the purchase of the gas. I won't go here again.

Showers have been down for over 2 weeks. Cell phone reception is horrible and store offers no wifi. On the bright side, you should be able to find parking if your desperate. Do expect anything more than a place to park your rig.

Clean store, restrooms, and well stocked. Subways sandwiches were very good and fresh. Staff was friendly and plenty of truck parking after 2130 which was a huge surprise. My husband and I was extremely tired and glad the evening went smoothly.

When i asked the manager "Is subway done for the night?" After seeing no one there at 7:30. He replyed "Yup. No one's there right?" Girl at counter huff and puffed and rolled her eyes when i payed for gas. Bathrooms were unclean and smelled bad. Very sticky floors. Do not recommend

the place is small the facilities are already a bit old but a very quiet place to sleep the place remains empty for truck drivers and to eat you can only find subway

Great place to grab a quick coffee. Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Great music. Always upbeat. Definitely a great place to grab something quickly if you need to get in and out and head to work or continue traveling. Usually Pilots are truck stops and they have showers and clean bathrooms. Excellent for a quick visit.

I give them a zero, since it changed to the one 9 fuel cards nor app will turn on the pumps..., Very ridiculous.., fix your computer system.

Tried twice to get a shower. 2nd lady I asked if they were cleaned yet, was rude. Just pure laziness! I, like alot of my fellow company drivers, are not happy that Pilot is our companies fuel supplier now. Pilot sucks and the owner a veteran should be ashamed! Loves is the best!!

Stop by here if you want to waste your time and money.I entered first shower and took out my clothes and then unfortunately checked the water. it was only cold water, i tryed a lot of combinations to catch a little hot water but useless. Only i freezed because I get wet with hope that a mild water will come. Bu no change after a 10 minutes.Then I put all of my cloths on and went to front desk. They gave me another key. Then again the same thing. No this time only hot water. They were like playing, kidding with their customers. After spending some similar time there i decided to leave there.I marked here as the worse pilot ever i've seen. Very primitive service and business understanding. I

Very big store at station, clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Not far away from when you exit 95. Open 24hrs so you dont have to worry about paying at pump. Also Sells various auto items if you have the need. Lots of pumps available too. Perfect spot to fill up tank and get back on road(95) quickly.

Been going here for years both ways up and down 95. Place could be a little nicer, but I've never been uncomfortable here. Friendly staff. Prices aren't terrible for a gas station, but they are high. Also. 24 hour Subway. 24. Hour. Subway. I cannot stress this enough.

Parking is very limited, but it doesn't seem to be a very popular spot, so there is parking available at most times. Has the ever so popular subway, and grill items, which are rarely stocked. No laundry, and the showers sit unclean. The cashier was super friendly, as was the man at subway, however the manager was very rude and seemed like she was just here to collect a paycheck and drink fountain drinks. Truck delivered and they just left the items all over the floor as the manager was the only one working the floor, but was preoccupied walking around and drinking soda. Not a very hospitable place for a driver away from home.

No hot chocolate and apparently only ONE person in the entire store knows where the hot chocolate is kept, even the manager did not know, talk about job security, no cheese either. Smh. Wanted a lottery ticket for the next three draws and they did not know how to do that. Other than that the sales clerk was very nice.

Stopped on my way to work and used my debit card at the gas pump. I brought $20 worth of gas. Pilot debited my card for $63. When I called inquiring about it they told me this was their procedure and the money would go back on my card in a couple of hours. Two hours later I call back again and ask for a manager. The manager was on break and the employee tells me my money will definetly go back on my card no longer than tommorrow. I'm not understanding if I only brought $20 in gas why take $63.

I travel for a living and frequently stop at Subway for meals. This Subway staff was really pleasant, especially Jonathan the manager. Customer service and a friendly smile go a long way in this day and age. Thank you.

The females in the subway need to be fired out right they acted as if everything I ask them to do to my sandwich was a nuisance asking the other co-worker to handle me so she didn't have to and then rudely said Thank you to the other co-worker this really made me want to return everything I bought refund my reserved parking and leave but the rest of the store was neat and tidy didn't go into the bathrooms us drivers deal with enough out on the road... when we are tired hungry needing showers etc we do nt want to deal with these kinds of employee's
