I was told my Tahoe was fixed, the same warning light came on, and I was told to bring it back. After 3 days, I had to call to follow up on the progress of my SUV because I did not receive any updates from your shop. I was then told that the wrong side for the part was ordered, learned later that this was a front/rear part NOT left/right. After this I decided that I did not want my Tahoe serviced by your business. However, this was exactly how events were meant to happen. My speaking out about the poor service I received connected me with an excellent garage and mechanic who was able to service all of my vehicles including my 1983 Monte Carlo that was refused by your shop. Further away but peace of mind is priceless. I was content to only leave one star but thanks for asking, that is the reason for your one star, because I could not leave less.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Highly recommended.! They dropped me and picked me up, while my car is in service. I just dont know if I should leave a tip. Their customer service is above and beyond. We loved our experience with Sanders Automotive! My older car started making a strange noise and Sanders was so honest and told us it was in our best interest to get a new car rather than pay for expensive repairs. I was sooooo grateful for their honesty!!

Our car got a flat tire while driving to a funeral. We were right around the corner from Sanders and despite having several mechanics out sick they were able to fit us in so we could still make it to the service.Sanders staff was understanding and caring throughout and we cannot put into words how grateful we are for their help. We live in Chapel Hill and will be recommending Sanders to friends/family

Im pregnant and really emotional about everything so when my car started acting crazy and I was calling around and everybody said nope we can t help you this guy said bring it in Monday and ill see what we can do and if they aren t a bunch of life savers I dont know who is they say all super heroes dont wear capes mannnn I really appreciate you guys soooo much

The BEST car shop in all of Pittbsoro!Excellent pricing on my Mazda and even more excellent work. This is a shop where you ll never have to worry about feeling unknowledgeable about cars because they ll explain everything to you.And Lisa at the front desk is a sweetheart. Thank you Sanders!

Friendly people and good service! I got my car inspected there by chance, and it was the easiest and fastest inspection I have ever had. I liked it so much that I scheduled my next car repair with Sanders. I am sure I will be just as satisfied with the experience!

Excellent, outstanding customer service and turn around time. Our car was taken back immediately upon arriving for our appointment and the waiting room / interior of the shop/ building was super nice and pleasant to wait in. Significantly nicer than most shops waiting areas. The service was completed and our car was ready for us in half the time I expected and we quickly and easily checked out with the friendly and competent front desk clerk / admin. This was my first time here at Sanders and I'll without a doubt be a long time customer from now on. We had a perfect experience in regards to what one could ask for in a visit to an auto repair shop and I'm very happy to have found them. Another plus for them is that when our car was finished, we didn't get a long list of things that we should have fixed. I am able to run pretty deep diagnostics on my own car and I was aware that there weren't any other issues I needed to worry about and it was super refreshing that they didn't load us up with a bunch of recommended repairs or services like almost every ither shop has always done. I'm sure I'll be a loyal long term customer at this point. They really set a new standard for auto repair shops and I couldn't ask for more.Heads up to future customers:The pic on Google shows the old shop. Their new shop is located directly in front of the shop shown on in the 1st photo, directly across the street. The new shop is a very nice, new building and the pic should really be updated because the new shop is a super nice and inciting building.

I've had nothing but great experiences with the team at Sanders Automotive. To date, i've brought three different vehicles for various service requests. The most recent was a full engine replacement. I brought my Tahoe in for a diagnostic on an engine clicking noise that both myself and the technician suspected was a stuck lifter. This is a common problem on these motors with a lot of wear on them. But, I also new that this motor had been exposed to oil starvation and the filter contained a lot of sludge when I changed it.We agree to go into an investigation into the head with the clicking lifter and see what was up with the hope that it would only be a replacement of the lifters on that side of the motor. Frankly, I was not hopeful that this would be the case based on my knowledge of how the vehicle was maintained prior to me getting it, but I appreciated the team's approach to check that first before committing to other work.Rob gave me a call shortly later to inform me that the he found lots of sludge in the area under the valve cover and that the rocker arms were lose. The push rod tubes were also showing a pattern which indicated they were wearing in an incorrect fashion - all signs of oil starvation and subsequent wear on the valve components. At this point, he was hesitant to continue because, righty so, he wasn't sure what condition the remaining valve train was in the engine. After discussion, I opted to replace the engine as the vehicle is really good shape for its age.We were out of town the following week but Sanders completed the full engine replacement ahead of schedule and on the budget they quoted. So far the Tahoe has driven great with the new motor and I look forward to working with Sanders again for any automotive needs.

Everyone at Sanders has always been just good people.From Lisa when you make an appointment to Rob and Chris and now Bucky, super nice. Have never been disappointed, Great service, All family cars go there, Would never go anywhere else. Mechanic are awesome. Highly recommended

Initially I brought the vehicle to Sanders Automotive before I knew of Automotive Solutions. At Sanders Auto (my "old friend" there previously from Chapel Hill Tire, took my car in. Since I know just enough about vehicles to diagnose it I feel fairly confident when I bring it into the mechanic. When I saw "B" I knew it was going to get interesting and sure enough it did. I was told that the vibration went away if I hold the steering wheel (LOL) and that the only thing wrong was the CV Boot had ripped. They definitely missed the engine/transmission mounts as well as the failed control arm. But its a blessing in disguise as it lead me to Automotive Solutions :)

Fast, friendly, affordable, and transparent. I don t know much about cars and sometimes feel condescended to by mechanics, but not at Sanders. Rob was kind, informative, and even saved me a good bit of money when our former auto repair place tried to sell us work we didn t need. When we came back to Sanders for work we thought would take hours, we got our car back the same day even though we were late for our appointment. This place is a real gem and we re lucky to have found it.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

I'm so happy my neighbor told me about Sanders Automotive this morning! I came out today to a flat tire. My neighbor recommended Sanders. I called and was given a name and number for a company that would send someone to my home to put on my spare tire to get myself to Sanders. Dave from Circle City Towing came and was also great and had the spare on in no time! Got to Sanders, and they were very busy (week before a holiday weekend). I only waited 35 minutes before they took the car back, and they were apologizing to me for the wait! I was just grateful they fit me in so quickly. They were able to patch the tire, and I was on my way to work only $26 later!!! I am grateful for their speedy, professional and kind help. I will definitely be going back with any future car needs.Service: Tires

Never left a comment for them but I cant allow them not to be recognized after yet another incredible experience! Lisa at the desk is amazing. Friendly and figures out whatever way she can to get you in! My mechanic, from my receipt his name I believe was Chris, was incredibly helpful and even brought me back to show me the issue i had to give me some piece of mind. They went above and beyond even though my issue was minor. My family has come here since we moved to NC 6 years ago and there is no way I d go anywhere else! They care about you more than they care about frivolous add on fixes like chain places (pep boys for instance) try to add to your bills. Thank you for another amazing experience!

Best service I have ever experienced. They truly care about their customers and treat everyone like family. They even have an occasional door greeter to make your day better. I have lived all over the world but when I want something done I ship my vehicle back to Sanders for everything. Great friendly service. I needed a lift kit installed for my xterra that was unknown to them as of yet and they had no problem doing the research and setting aside time to have it installed. I couldn't find a single other mechanic around that would do it. I was missing a part necessary to finish it due to a shipping error but they started work anyway and kept it on the lift because they set the time aside for me. They are a VERY busy shop too so they could've decided to do other cars instead and push me back a few days. The price quoted as accurate and fair. Go to them for anything simple or complicated.

Purchased a vehicle from a lady that just recently had some work done by this shop. A day after I bought the vehicle a check engine light came on that was related to the repair she had paid for. Called and spoke with the lady and she explained that she just had it here and that they stand behind there work with a warranty. I called and spoke with Chris and explained the situation and he was very polite and understanding. He took responsibility and told me to bring it back that he would make it right. Just like every other chain mechanic shop out for $$$, but nice people.1. Unable to do alignment on my vehicle didn t even take the time to look into part or modification that would be required/necessary to do job even though they advertise custom work.2. AC recharged on my vehicle - when taking vehicle home after hours the ac compressor continuously engaged/disengaged indicating problem with recharge. Love not getting the service that was paid for.3. Tried to sneak In a $100 electrical diagnostic fee because they had to put a fuse in (fyi takes 10 min to figure out fuse is out an replace as compressor simply won t respond to ac recharge)- classic mechanic rip off and manager tried to bs me regarding the extensive diagnostic time Services: Steering & suspension repair, A/C installation & repair

These guys are awesome!! We recently had both my and my GF's subaru's worked on here, and we couldn't be happier!. Both cars run like they are new. The staff was very helpful, friendly and upfront about cost. The repairs were accurate with their price quotes and in my opinion the work was better then what I would have paid much more for from the dealership and other local shops. In all honesty we paid less for both cars to have timing belts done and a bunch of other work done, then what the local dealership quoted us to have one of our cars repaired. Thank you very much Rob and team for all of your hard work! We will both recommend you highly to everyone we know.

I had a few small repairs for my 2000 BMW 740il. I also asked Mark Sanders to look at the brakes and replace if needed. When the repairs were completed and I arrived to pay, I was informed that my brakes looked good and did not need replacing at this time. An honest and down home approach to customers. Sanders Automotive has earned my future business.
